トッパー杆を常に作動杆との係合状態をはずす方向に付
勢するバネと、ストッパー杆の作動杆との係合姿勢を維
持するヒューズプレートを有してなり、前記作動杆は下
端部に、前後端部が下方外側に傾斜する前後傾斜面が形
成された作動用突部を有し、上端部に、前記ストッパー
杆が係合する係合用突部を有し、前記前後傾斜面に、前
