[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial field of application] The present invention relates to a joint water-stop packing for a pontoon that constitutes a floating structure, and more specifically, a joint water-stop used for a joint surface joint part of a pontoon. It is related to packing.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 3, when joining the pontoon 1 at sea W, the joining surface joint portion 2 of the pontoon 1 may be located on the water surface, but the joining surface joint portion 2 using the fastening bolts is preferable. In the case of a large pontoon 1 located in the sea, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, water may be generated from the bolt hole portion of the joint surface joint portion 2 to make the bolt fastening work difficult, or When the fastening bolt 6 is inserted into the rubber packing 5 provided through the pressing plate 3 and the washer 4 in the bolt hole for tightening and fixing, the rubber packing 5 is cracked.
There was a problem that seawater invaded from this cracked portion.

As another conventional example, when joining pontoons,
Work is performed by pulling each pontoon, but at this time, a recess is formed in the joint surface joint part of the pontoon, and a sealing material made of a cylindrical elastic body is interposed in this recess and tightened by fastening bolts. That is, when pulling each pontoon as described above, the tubular sealing material is compressed and deformed, the pontoon is apt to laterally shift, and the sealing material buckles due to sideways falling, making it difficult to insert the fastening bolt. However, there was a problem that it became difficult to join the pontoons.

In order to achieve the above object, this invention forms a portion corresponding to a bolt insertion portion of a rubber packing that covers the bolt insertion hole into a thin portion that can withstand water pressure, and changes the diameter of the thin portion to the outside of the fastening bolt. The gist is to set the diameter approximately the same as the diameter.

This invention is configured as described above, when pulling a pontoon at sea and connecting and joining it, when inserting the fastening bolt from the inside of the pontoon into the bolt insertion hole, the thin portion of the rubber packing is torn by the tip of the fastening bolt. By making the thin-walled portion of the torn rubber packing closely adhere to the outer peripheral surface of the fastening bolt, it is possible to effectively prevent water from entering the pontoon through the bolt insertion hole.

FIG. 1 is a sectional view of a joint surface joint portion 2 of a pontoon 1 according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view of a rubber packing 7 through which a fastening bolt 8 is passed. As shown in FIG. 1, the plate-like rubber packing 7 having a predetermined plate thickness t 1 is formed by covering the side surface of the joint surface joint portion 2 with the bolt insertion hole 9 having a predetermined hole diameter D 1. It is water-tightly fixed via a pressing member 10 and a plurality of bolts 11.

Further, the rubber packing 7 is formed in a thin portion 12 having a plate thickness t 2 capable of withstanding water pressure at a central portion corresponding to the bolt insertion hole 9. The diameter D 3 of the thin portion 12 is the outer diameter D of the fastening bolt 8. The diameter is set to be approximately the same as or smaller than 2 .

Further, the plate thickness t 1 of the rubber packing 7 is preferably half or less of the difference between the hole diameter D 1 of the bolt insertion hole 9 and the outer diameter D 2 of the fastening bolt 8. That is, if the plate thickness t 1 of the rubber packing 7 is too thick, the workability of inserting the fastening bolt 8 becomes extremely poor. Further, the plate thickness t 2 of the thin portion 12 is a thickness that does not easily break due to water pressure or the like, that is,
It is preferable that the thickness of the rubber packing 7 is 1 mm or more and the thickness t 1 or less of the rubber packing 7.

The tip 8a of the fastening bolt 8 is formed in a conical shape so that the thin portion 12 can be easily torn when it is inserted into the rubber packing 7.

Since the embodiment according to the present invention is configured as described above, when pulling the pontoons 1 together at sea and connecting and joining the pontoons 1, the fastening bolts 8 are inserted from the inside of the pontoons 1.
2 is inserted into the bolt insertion hole 9, the thin-walled portion 12 of the rubber packing 7 is pushed and torn by the conical tip 8a of the fastening bolt 8, and the thin-walled seal portion 12a of the rubber packing 7 torn is shown in FIG. As described above, by closely contacting the outer peripheral surface of the fastening bolt 8 and by closely contacting the plate thickness t 1 portion (portion not torn) of the rubber packing 7 with the outer peripheral surface of the fastening bolt 8,
Water can be effectively prevented from entering the pontoon 1 from the bolt insertion hole 9.

Further, even when the thin-walled portion 12 of the rubber packing 7 is torn by the conical tip 8a of the fastening bolt 8, the thin-walled portion 12 of the rubber packing 7 can be retained within the defined thin-walled portion 12, and thus the thin-walled portion that has been torn apart The seal portion 12a is curved along the outer peripheral surface of the fastening bolt 8 and is in close contact with the fastening bolt 8 while being able to effectively prevent intrusion of water from the outside.

Further, the thin portion 12 can withstand the water pressure when the fastening bolt 8 is inserted, but it can be easily broken by the insertion pressure of the fastening bolt 8, so that the pontoon 1 can be easily joined and joined.
