(Prior Art) Conventionally, exterior materials such as cement-based inorganic boards having excellent properties such as heat insulation and sound insulation have been widely used. These exterior materials are installed from the base side of the outer wall toward the eaves. The so-called horizontal lining method, in which the parts are sequentially spliced together and fixed, has become popular as the most common mounting method.

In this construction method, the exterior material has been attached and fixed directly by nailing, but it is easy for the exterior material to be damaged by nailing and the nail head is exposed on the surface. Since it is not desirable for the construction appearance, dedicated mounting metal fittings have come to be used for mounting and fixing.

This connection fitting (a) has an exterior material (f) (ki) connected and fixed, for example, as the structure shown in FIG. That is, first, the upper end portion of the exterior material (F) is inserted and sandwiched between the vertical piece (A) and the hanging piece (C) of the connecting fitting (A), and the vertical piece ( A) is brought into contact with the furring strip (K) of the outer wall surface, and a nail (K) is driven in and fixed from the nail hole (E) provided on the inclined surface of the hanging piece (C). Next, the exterior material (K) is attached from above the connection fitting (A) so that the bent piece (D) of the connection fitting (A) is inserted into the groove of the lower end portion. The exterior material (K) is connected by the elastic force of the bent piece (D).

(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, in the case of the conventional connecting metal fitting (a) as described above, as illustrated in FIG. 5, the nail (ke) is driven obliquely to the outer wall surface. Therefore, when the driving angle of the nail (ke) deviates from a predetermined angle, the nail head may protrude from the inclined surface of the hanging piece (c), or the top of the nail may bend, etc. There is a drawback that it is not possible to attach g) to the connection fitting (a), or the fixing force of the connection fitting (a) itself to the outer wall surface tends to decrease. Also, in this mounting structure, rattling is likely to occur due to the weight of the exterior material (g).

For this reason, when attaching and installing the exterior material using the conventional connecting metal fittings (a), mounting and fixing the connecting metal fittings (a) becomes a troublesome work, and many of the connecting metal fittings are nailed at a constant angle. It was difficult to fix it, which was an obstacle to improving the construction efficiency. Moreover, there was still a problem with the fixing strength.

(Means for Solving the Problem) An exterior material connecting metal fitting which is interposed between upper and lower connecting portions when an exterior material having a projection portion at an upper end and a groove portion at a lower end is consecutively arranged up and down. The metal fitting includes (a) a horizontal piece, and (b) a vertical piece having a nail hole for fixing the outer wall surface, which is extended upward at the center of the rear end edge of the horizontal piece or on both left and right sides. (C) a hanging piece extending downward at the rear edge of a horizontal piece not extending vertically, and (d) a horizontal piece extending upward at the rear edge of the vertical piece. A locking piece extending downward at the front edge position, and (e) a vertical piece extending upward and rearward at an acute angle at the front edge position of a horizontal piece extending downward at the rear edge,
In addition, it has an elastic bending piece which is folded back upward and forward, and the hanging piece and the locking piece sandwich and engage the upper end projection of the lower exterior material, and the vertical piece is nailed and fixed to the outer wall surface. Provided is an exterior material connecting fitting, wherein the elastic bending piece is inserted into and supported by the lower end groove portion of the upper exterior material.

Further, when interconnecting the exterior material, the elastic bending piece portion of the exterior material connecting metal fitting is inserted into the groove formed in the lower end portion of the exterior material member arranged in the upper portion, so that the folded portion of the elastic bending piece portion is formed. On the back surface thereof, the inner surface of the groove contacts the inner surface of the groove and is pushed inward of the groove to elastically change. At this time, in response to the change in elasticity, an elastic force acting in the groove outer direction is generated in the elastic bending piece, which pushes the exterior material back, and the lower end of the elastic bending piece is firmly held between the vertical piece surface. Supported. Further, since the lower end of the upper exterior material is also supported by the upper surface of the horizontal piece, the weight of the exterior material can be firmly supported, and rattling does not occur, which is stable.

Further, due to the presence of the horizontal piece, the upper end on the back surface side of the exterior material can be sandwiched between the locking piece portion and the hanging piece portion, and the lower exterior material is also supported at the upper end portion. Becomes This prevents the upper end of the lower exterior material from falling forward, and the exterior material is firmly fixed on the outer wall surface.

Regarding the upper exterior material (9) arranged above the exterior material (8) and connected thereto, the elastic bending piece portion (5) is inserted into the groove portion (12) formed at the lower end portion thereof while the lower portion It is placed directly on the exterior material (8). At this time, the lower end on the back surface side of the upper exterior material (9) is arranged and supported on the upper surface of the horizontal piece (4) of the exterior material connection fitting (1). Further, the folded-back portion (51) of the elastic bending piece portion (5) is inserted into the groove portion (12) of such an exterior material (9), and as shown in FIG. It makes contact with the opposing inner surface of (12) and is pushed inward of the groove (12) to elastically change. In response to the elasticity change at this time, an elastic force acting in the outward direction of the groove (12) is generated in the folded portion (51), and the elastic force of the elastic bending piece (5) causes the exterior material. (9) is pushed back, and its lower end is clamped between the surface of the vertical piece (3). The lower end portion of the exterior material (9) is strongly supported as compared with the case where the elastic material is not simply sandwiched. Thus, the weight of the exterior material (9) is firmly supported by the horizontal piece (4), the elastic bending piece (5) and the vertical piece (3), and rattling does not occur.
