2. Description of the Related Art Up to now, a pipe fitting or a main pipe protector for fitting pipes attached to a main pipe to the main pipe is mounted on a fitting made in conformity with the standard of the main pipe, and the fitting is hinged or , It was fixed to the main pipe with screws. However, in such a method, a strong tightening force is required to prevent the pipe fitting or the like from moving upward or downward. However, due to problems such as damage to the members, it was not possible to generate a very large tightening force. Moreover, this tightening work took a long time.
Therefore, the applicant has previously proposed the tubing protector (JP
61-237793). However, this method cannot be said to have completely facilitated the mounting work. This is because the previous application was mainly the invention of the pipe fitting itself, and although fixing it to the main pipe was much easier than before, there was still room for improvement.

As shown in FIG. 3B, the inner cylinder 14 is composed of a pair of semicircular cylindrical bodies 42, 44 having a smaller diameter than the cylindrical bodies 20, 22. Both cylinders 42,
44 have substantially the same shape. Therefore, the cylindrical body 42 will be described in detail. The inner cylinder semi-circular cylinder body 42 has an outer surface having substantially the same curvature as that of the inner surface of the outer cylinder semi-circular cylinder body 20. Further, the cylindrical body 42 has a pair of cutout portions 46 and 48 at the top and bottom. A hook portion 50 is formed integrally at the center of one edge, and a hinge 52 is preferably integrally formed at the other edge. It should be noted that at least hinges provided on the cylinder 42 and the cylinder 44

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3C, the lining 16 is a friction lining fixed to the inner surfaces of the inner cylinder semicircular cylinders 42, 44 by, for example, gluing or screwing, and is preferably made of rubber or the like. Three pieces are shown in FIG. 3C, but this is because the inner cylinder semi-circular cylinders 42, 44 are divided into three parts by cutout parts 46, 48. If the cutout parts are When only one tubular body 42 is formed in one direction in the vertical direction, only one lining 16 is required. When only one cutout is provided in the center of the cylindrical body 42, the lining may be two. In Fig. 2, the central lining is shown larger than the other upper and lower linings, but this is not an essential requirement,
It goes without saying that the size and the number of cutout portions can be any size. Further, the lining 16 can be replaced by lining or coating a friction lining on the inner surfaces of the inner cylinders 14, 14.

Next, the left and right inner cylinders 14, 14 are brought into contact with the inner surfaces of the left and right outer cylinders 12, 12, respectively. At this time, the hook portions 50 of the inner cylinders 14, 14 are fitted into the notches 36, 36 of the outer cylinders 12, 12 so that the inner cylinder can move up and down with respect to the outer cylinder, but it is not separated from there. However, the hook portion 50 and the notch 36 are not indispensable requirements, and the present invention functions normally even without this. However, these hooks and notches allow easy mounting during actual use. Therefore, if necessary, means other than the hook portion and the notch can be sufficiently replaced. Each member has such a size that when the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder are brought into contact with each other, the cutout portions 46, 48 of the inner cylinder 14, 14 straddle the raised portions 32, 34 of the outer cylinder with some margin. When using the fitting 10 of the present invention, for example, the pipe is hugged by this fitting 10 at a predetermined position of the main pipe in an upright oil well, and the hinges 24, 26 on the other side of each outer cylinder 12, 12 are provided. Combine 29,31 and insert another pin into them. A lining 16 provided on the inner surfaces of the inner cylinders 14 and 14 contacts the outer surface of the pipe and presses the surface. Next, the outer cylinders 12, 12 are lowered. The inner cylinders 14, 14 stop on the pipe surface through the lining 16, but the outer cylinders 12, 12
After moving a little downward, the raised portions 32, 34 of the outer cylinders 12, 12 or the cam surfaces are pressed against the upper surfaces of the cutout portions 46, 48 of the inner cylinders 14, 14.
Stop there. For this reason, the outer cylinders 12 and 12 cannot move downward from there, and stand still there. Since the cam surface is provided in both upper and lower directions, it is useless when using the fixture 10.

It is easy to make the ridges 38, 40 at the upper and lower ends of the outer cylinder 20 straight as shown in FIG. 4A, but if the meat outside the ridges is removed as shown in FIGS. 4B and 4C. Of course, the weight of the fixture 10 can be reduced. Further, in FIGS. 1 to 4A, two raised cam surfaces of the outer cylinder 20 are formed in the center, but this may be one or three or more. Similarly, the inner cylinder can be appropriately modified according to the shape and number of the raised cam surfaces of the outer cylinder.

As a method for recovering highly viscous and heavy oil in an oil well, there is a water vapor injection method. Then, as a type of steam injection method, there is a method of increasing steam and generating oil from a DHSG (Down Hole Steam Generator) installed at the bottom of the mine to improve the thermal efficiency of the entire system, thereby improving the fluidity of oil and increasing the recovery rate. At this time, along with the tubing pipe, the pipe that sends water, gas, etc. to the DHSG must be lowered into the deep pit. The tubing protector or pipe fitting is
Attached to a tubing pipe by a fitting and used to hold and protect the pipe. When the tubing pipe is lowered into the mine or when it is pulled up, the tubing pipe comes into contact with the mine wall and a large load is generated in the vertical direction. Since the fixture according to the present invention has a great strength in the axial direction, it is considerably effective in such a case. Also, assuming that the tubing pipe is 1500 m and tubing protectors are installed every 10 m, 150 tubing protectors will be installed. In this case, it is easy to install and remove.
Becomes important. From this point of view, it can be seen that it is extremely effective as a fixture for the tubing protector of the present invention.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION According to the fixture of the present invention, the taper cam surface generates strength substantially proportional to the external force, so that a large static force can be generated in one direction such as the vertical direction and the horizontal direction in accordance with the external force. Also, the installation work is simple and can be accomplished in a short time because the main pipe is pinched and stopped with a pin. Furthermore, the removal work can be accomplished very easily by simply pulling out the pin, and in addition, the attachment work and the main pipe or the auxiliary pipe are not damaged during the attachment / detachment work, which is safe. In addition, the fixture is easy to manufacture, and its own weight is light, which makes it convenient to carry.
