ソーを設けた台金を、ハンドルの往動時に、係止装置と
の係止作動により制動された回動体を軸として不回動状
態のもとに刃先がグラインダーに当たることなくグライ
ンダーに向け弧状前進させて刃先面および刃背面を正確
に研磨することができるとともに、ハンドルの復動時に
は台金を、弧状を画きながらハンドルの復動方向と同一
方向に向け後進回転させながら刃背面がグラインダーに
当たることなく離反せしめ、もってハンドルの単なる連
続往復作動によりチップソーの刃先面および刃背面を切
れ味良好となるように研磨することができるは勿論のこ
と、台金の外形も適正な形状に修正し、切断作業を騒音
やガタ付きも発生させず能率的に達成させることができ
る。

(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 支軸を基点として前後移動調節作動およ
び左右回動調節作動により垂直面内で回転するグライン
ダーの位置が基台に対し変向できるグラインダー取付台
と、ハンドルの左右往復回動で左右に回動される回動体
とを基台上に対向して設け、回動体の偏心位置に立設し
た軸受筒に左右方向の回動が制動された状態で取付軸を
軸架する一方、取付軸に、台金の周縁にチップを装着し
た鋸刃を装着してハンドルの往動で回動体を軸として鋸
刃をグラインダーに接触するよう弧状前進させ、復動で
離反するよう後退させる構成にするとともに、基台の一
側に、鋸刃の前進時に鋸刃の特定の溝に係止して当該溝
をその位置に留め、後退時に係止が外れて当該溝から一
又は複数離れた溝に係止する係止装置を装設したことを
特徴とするチップソー等の研磨機。
