【考案の詳細な説明】
（イ） 産業上の利用分野
この考案は、道路の中央分離帯、路側帯の生垣である植
え込み、立ち木の保護をなすものであり、組合せにより
公園、遊園地等に於て椅子の機能を付与するものに係
る。
（ロ） 従来の技術
従来、この種構造物はなく、植え込みは裸の状態であ
る。
（ハ） 考案が解決しようとする問題点
道路の中央分離帯、路側帯に生垣を利用するのは自然を
生かして環境に潤いを与えるものであり、又特に中央分
離帯にあっては対向車のライトを遮ぎるもので有用なも
のである。しかるにこれだけではガードレール等の如く
保守効果の機能はなく、又生垣自体の保護を含めてこれ
を解決するものである。
（ニ） 間題を解決するための手段
生垣全体を側面から覆うさく状構造物で構成する。
（ホ） 作用
さく状構造物により生垣を保護すると共に車輌に対する
保安効果を有する保護さくを提供する。
（ヘ） 実施例
以下、本考案の実施例を第１図から第３図で詳述する。
全体は鋳造品等からなり、１は短ざく状主体、２は空隙
をなす溝、３は連結棧、４は路床面に対する取付脚、５
は取付孔、６は円孤状をなす立ち上り部、７は路床面と
平行な平担面、８は生垣、９は立ち木を示すものであ
る。
（ト） 効果
以上説明した如く構成するものであるが、第２図で示す
中央分離帯での実施の態様に於て、生垣８は生長にとも
ない溝２から外側に伸びてくるが、円孤状をなす立ち上
り部６、及び平担面７の面に縁って苅取ることによって
美観の維持が出来ると共に生垣自体を保護すると同時に
分離帯の機能として保安構造物となり、第３図で示す公
園、遊園地等での立ち木９を囲繞した組合せとすること
により、立ち木の保護効果を有しながら平担面７は椅子
の機能を生じるものであり、その実用的価値高いもので
