れた後、ロック部材12の凸部12aがパッドホルダー10に
形成された溝10bに嵌入して、ネジ13によりフレーム4

ダー10が熱せられる。パッドホルダー10は樹脂から成
り、熱膨脹率が大きいので、高温に熱せられると矢印A
−B方向に延びようとする。ここでロック部材12の凸部
12aがパッドホルダー10の溝10bに嵌入しているので、ポ
ットホルダー10は矢印B方向の延びる。また定着動作が
終了し、パッドホルダー10が冷やされると、パッドホル
ダー10は収縮しようとするが、やはりロック部材12に押
えられているいので、パッドホルダー10は矢印A方向に
収縮する。そして熱定着器1が運転停止を繰り返す毎に
この動作を繰り返す。このようにしてロック部材12はク
リーニング部材8が矢印A方向又は矢印B方向に過度に
ずれるのを防止している。

の元部20bがあるので先端部20aが折れることはない。以
上のように、クリーニング部材8の一端に突起20を設
け、フレーム4にこの突起20が嵌合する孔21を設けるこ
とにより部品点数を少くできる。
