向を反転させながら直列に循環させることによって洗浄
効率を上げて短時間のうちに硬質の水蒸気酸化スケール
を完全に除去することができる一方、仮設循環ポンプの
容量、洗浄用仮設配管のサイズを小さなもので構成でき
るために仮説工事に要する労力と費用とを大幅に節減
し、化学洗浄液量及びその液中の薬品量を減少させるこ
とができる化学洗浄液循環装置を提供することができ
る。
