2. Description of the Related Art Generally, the scales and hair floating in the bath water give a bather an uncomfortable feeling. Therefore, they used scoop nets, which are generally sold as miscellaneous goods, to scoop up the scales. In addition, in recent years, there has been proposed a bath kettle or a bathtub equipped with a circulation pump for forcibly circulating bath water and a filter provided in the middle thereof to collect scales and the like. Further, a technique for sucking water on the surface of bath water to guide the scales floating on the surface of the water to a filter is also disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 58-174218.

Effect In the bath water purifying bath kettle of the present invention, when the circulation pump is operated, a strong flow of bath water is generated in the main circulation path. Furthermore, since the flow velocity increases at the throttle and is discharged to the bathtub, a negative pressure is generated around it and the negative pressure also causes the purification circulation path to have a negative pressure. Is sucked together with the surrounding air, flows through the purification circulation path, joins with the jet flow in the main circulation path at the throttle portion from the one end opening, and is discharged into the bathtub. Since a filter is provided in the purification circuit, the scale can be captured. In addition, one water stain collector is located on the surface side of the bathtub with the throttle part attached and slightly inside the inner wall surface of the bathtub, and the jet flow discharged from the throttle part partially hits the opposing bathtub wall and rises. , Creates a reversing stream of water and efficiently collects the debris due to the flow in the direction of the debris collector.

Embodiment Hereinafter, a bath water purifying bath kettle according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, the bath pot body 1
A bath water circulating pump 2, main circulating paths 3 and 3a, a heat exchanger 4 and a burner 7 corresponding to the circulating pump 2 are provided inside. Further, a control unit 9 for controlling the operation of the system is provided above the circulation pump 2, the burner 7, the operation panel 8, and the like. The operation panel 8 is provided in an easily accessible place in the bathroom. Both ends of the main circulation paths 3 and 3a are connected to the surface 11 of the bathtub 10 on the bath kettle side.
A squeezing part 12 is formed at the tip facing the bathtub 10 of
The periphery of 12 is open 12a toward the inside of the bath. Reference numeral 13 denotes a bath water purifying circulation path, and the one end opening 13a is arranged in the negative pressure region generated on the outer periphery of the throttle portion 12 by the bath water ejected from the throttle portion 12 in the direction of the bath 10. The bath water purification circuit 13 is provided with a filter 14. Further, a water scale collector 15 located below the surface of the bath water is connected to the tip of the bath water purification circuit 13.
A technique such as a float system or a water surface control system is used for the water scale collector 15 so that it is always located near the water surface in the vertical direction. And again in the horizontal direction, the surface on the bath pot side
It is located slightly inside the bathtub from the inner surface of 11.
This is because when the surface 11 is contacted or a recessed portion that is recessed from the surface 11 in the direction of the bath is provided and the throttle 12 or the like is provided in this portion, the surface water flow for collecting dust efficiently occurs. It is not possible. Bath water 16 on the surface of the water and surrounding air 17 are sucked from the water stain collector 15, flow out from the throttle portion 12 and join with the jet flow from the throttle portion 12a of the main circulation path 3a, and are discharged into the bathtub 10. The bubble at this time is shown by 18,
It has been found that the direction of the throttle portion 12 is horizontal, or the water flow in the bathtub described above can be effectively generated up to the leading-down angle O. On the contrary, the jet stream directly hits the water surface in the forward direction, and the flow on the water surface is opposite to the direction of the water scale collector 15, which is ineffective. Also, as shown in Fig. 2, the flow of the surface of the bath water seen from above during bath water purification operation is as shown by the arrow, and the scale 19 is the scale collector 15
It flows toward. During this cleaning operation, the water surface flow of the bathtub water becomes constant during the jet flow as described above, and
Collect hair etc. On the other hand, the scales and hairs that circulate as vortices other than the water surface flow do not enter the above-mentioned constant flow even after a long time and remain on the water surface. Therefore, when the jet flow is stopped, the water surface flow of the bathtub water becomes unstable as the jet flow speed decreases, and as the flow velocity gradually decreases, the scales, hair, etc. diffuse to the water surface. After that, the jet operation is performed to collect the scales and hair that could not be collected last time. In this way, the intermittent operation is repeated by repeating the operation and stop of the jet flow, and the jet operation time and the stop time are set to a fixed ratio (for example, 2 to 1) to collect the scale and hair efficiently and effectively. be able to.

In the above embodiment, when the control panel 8 in the bathroom is operated, the circulation pump 2 is rotated and a strong flow is generated in the main circulation paths 3 and 3a. Then, since the flow velocity of the bath water ejected from the narrowed portion 12 becomes high, the surrounding area becomes negative pressure. Therefore, the bath water purification circuit 13 also has a negative pressure, so that it is sucked together with the surface water and the surrounding air from the water stain collector 15 connected thereto, and joins with the jet flow from the throttling portion 12 to form the bathtub 10.
It is exhaled inside. Then, the filter 14 provided in the bath water purification circuit 13 can catch the scale.
Also, there is only one water stain collector, and the bathtub with the throttle 12 is attached.
On the surface side of 10 and slightly inward of the inner wall surface of the bathtub, the jet discharged from the throttle 12 hits the facing surface of the bathtub 10 while including bubbles in the horizontal or forward / downward direction, and rises.
This causes a reversing water surface flow (water surface flow in FIG. 2). At this time, if the burner 7 is ignited and the temperature of the water flowing through the main circulation paths 3 and 3a is raised, the temperature of the bubbles also rises, and it is possible to promote the upward movement of foreign matter floating in the water toward the water surface. Also, as one of the effects of the above configuration, the circulation pump always rotates even when the bath water is heated or reheated, and as described above, the flow from the water surface to the bath water purification circulation path is always generated. Therefore, it also serves as purification. In the figure, reference numeral 20 denotes a cover, which covers the throttle portion 12, a part of the bath water purifying circulation path 13, one end opening 13a, and the throttle portion 12,
One end opening 13a faces the inside of the bath.

In addition, the scales and hairs that circulate as vortices other than this surface flow do not enter into the above-mentioned constant flow even after a long time and remain on the water surface temporarily, but intermittent operation that repeats jet operation / stop should be performed. Can be collected more efficiently. In addition, when replacing the bathtub with a new one, the bathtub can be a conventional bathtub with a new purification function.
