DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Industrial application field) The present invention relates to a planar fastener having a good tactile sensation without damaging an engageable fabric such as a knitted fabric when surface joining is not performed. (Prior Art) Conventionally, as a planar fastener in which a hook-shaped engaging element and a loop-shaped engaging element are present on the same base cloth surface, a large number of hooks or mushrooms are formed on one half of the surface or partially in a mosaic shape. A planar fastener provided with a hook-shaped engaging element and a plurality of loop-shaped engaging elements on the other half or partially (for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 38-22830, Japanese Patent Publication No. 44-5569, and Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 49-38405, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 49-1151
No. 05, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 57-7311, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 63-1416, etc.)
Also, a planar fastener in which hook-shaped engaging members and loop-shaped engaging members are mixedly provided on the same base cloth surface (for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 45-12952, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 47-46145, Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 48-48). -3605, JP-A-55-145913, JP-A-56-86014, JP-A-62-90513, and JP-A-62-260.
No. 03 publication) has been proposed. (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the conventional planar fastener in which the hook-shaped engaging elements and the loop-shaped engaging elements are present on the base cloth surface, the hook-shaped engaging elements and the loop-shaped engaging elements have the same height. , Or because the hook-shaped engaging element is higher than the height of the loop-shaped engaging element, when any of the planar fasteners is not engaged with other planar fasteners (when they are not surface-joined), especially when washing, etc. For example, the hook-shaped engaging element is caught by a fabric of another textile product such as a nonwoven fabric, a knitted fabric, a standing blanket, and a thin woven fabric, thereby damaging the fabric or damaging the hook-shaped engaging element. Furthermore, the surface of these planar fasteners has the disadvantage that the skin is easily and directly contacted with the tip of the hook-shaped engaging element, which is usually made of a thick, coarse and hard monofilament. Further, in the case of a planar fastener in which a large number of hook-shaped engaging elements and loop-shaped engaging elements are independently provided in a mosaic form on the same base cloth surface, positioning at the time of engagement is not easy. An object of the present invention is to prevent the hook-shaped engaging element from being caught by a fabric such as another textile product which should not be engaged with the hook-shaped engaging element even when the hook-shaped engaging element is not engaged, thereby damaging the hook-shaped engaging element. An object of the present invention is to provide a planar fastener that can be easily positioned when engaged. Another object of the present invention is to provide a planar fastener which has a good tactile feel on the surface of the base fabric and can obtain a sufficient synthetic force. (Means for Solving the Problems) The object of the present invention is to provide a planar fastener in which a hook-shaped engaging element and a loop-shaped engaging element are mixedly provided on the same surface of a woven or woven base fabric. Height is 1.
This is achieved by providing a planar fastener which is provided at 5 to 4 mm and 0.1 to 2.0 mm higher than the height of the hook-shaped engaging element. Further, in the above-described configuration of the present invention, the hook-shaped engaging member is formed of a monofilament, and the loop-shaped engaging member is formed of a multi-filament having good flexibility and touch, as shown in an embodiment described later. A planar fastener with a good tactile sensation is provided. (Function) In the present invention, the configuration of the planar fastener is such that the hook-shaped engaging element is provided on the same plane of the base cloth as lower than the loop-shaped engaging element, so that the loop-shaped engaging element layer covers the hook-shaped engaging element. I made it. As a result, it becomes difficult for the hook-shaped engaging element to come into direct contact with other textile products, so that it accidentally engages with such textile products or the like, or the fabric is damaged by being caught, and unintended engagement occurs. Not only is it harder, but the feel is also improved. Also, when engaging with other planar fasteners, unintended engagement of the hook-shaped engaging elements with the loop-shaped engaging elements on the mating side is unlikely to occur as in the above, so that positioning is facilitated.
Furthermore, since the loop-shaped engaging element is made of the multifilament, the hook-shaped engaging element, which is usually made of a monofilament that is thick and rough, is covered with a soft loop-shaped engaging element. The surface feel is further improved. (Embodiment) The present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the drawings showing an embodiment thereof. FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a planar fastener in which a hook-shaped engaging element and a loop-shaped engaging element are mixed on the same plane of a base cloth, where 1 is a base cloth made of woven or knitted cloth, and 2 is provided on the base cloth. The hook-shaped engaging element 3 of the sheet fastener is a loop-shaped engaging element. In the present invention, the height of the loop-shaped engaging element 3 must be 1.5 to 4 mm and 0.1 to 2.0 mm higher than the height of the hook-shaped engaging element 2. If the height of the loop-shaped engaging element is 1.5 mm or less, it is difficult to engage with the hook-shaped engaging element. If the height is 4.0 mm or more, the loop-shaped engaging element is easily disengaged even when engaged with the hook-shaped engaging element. The height of the loop-shaped engaging element is preferably set to usually 2 to 3 mm in order to maintain the engaging force with the hook-shaped engaging element. It is important that the height of the loop-shaped engaging element 3 is higher than the height of the hook-shaped engaging element by 0.1 to 2.0 mm, and is preferably 0.5 to 2.0 mm higher. Even if the height of the loop-shaped engaging element is in the range of 1.5 to 4 mm and is larger than the height of the hook-shaped engaging element 2, if the difference between the heights of the two engaging elements is 0.1 mm or less, the loop-shaped engaging element may have a planar shape. If the surface of the fastener has a poor tactile sensation, and if the thickness is 2.0 mm or more, it is difficult to engage with the planar fastener on the other side due to the rebound of the loop-shaped engaging element when performing surface joining. As the loop-shaped engaging element 3 and the hook-shaped engaging element 2, synthetic fibers made of a thermoplastic polymer such as nylon, polyester, and polypropylene are usually used. The hook-shaped engaging elements 3 and the loop-shaped engaging elements 2 are arranged in a staggered pattern every other or a plurality of rows, or in a row every other row or a plurality of rows. The number or the rows of the loop-shaped engaging elements 2 and the hook-shaped engaging elements 3 are not necessarily the same. If the ratio between the loop-shaped engaging element 2 and the hook-shaped engaging element 3 is usually 40 to 60%, an engaging force equivalent to that of a conventional planar fastener can be provided. If the ratio between the loop-shaped engaging element 2 and the hook-shaped engaging element 3 is largely out of the above range, the balance with the mating planar fastener may be poor, and the engaging force may be reduced. The ratio can be appropriately selected. The planar fastener of the present invention, for example, after weaving loop-shaped engaging elements having different heights in every other row, cuts the low-shaped loop-shaped engaging element with a tapered cutting blade to easily form the hook-shaped engaging element. Can be formed. In addition, as a mating surface fastener that engages with the surface fastener of the present invention,
It may be a planar fastener having a hook-shaped engaging element and a loop-shaped engaging element, or a male-shaped fastener having a hook-shaped engaging element or a female-shaped fastener having a looped engaging element. FIG. 2 exemplifies a state in which a hook-shaped engaging element and a loop-shaped engaging element are engaged by using a pair of planar fasteners of the present invention. Next, in order to confirm the effect of the planar fastener of the present invention, the following two types of planar fasteners were woven. First, a nylon multifilament having a fineness of 110 denier / 10fil is used for the warp and the weft of the base cloth, a nylon monofilament having a fineness of 330 denier is used for the warp for the hook, and a nylon multifilament having a fineness of 210 denier / 10fil is used for the warp for the loop. The hook-shaped engaging element is set to 1.9 mm, the loop-shaped engaging element is set to 2.2 mm, and two rows of hook-shaped engaging elements and two rows of loop-shaped engaging elements are alternately arranged in the width direction, and the unit area is reduced. Weaving was performed with the area of the loop-shaped engaging element occupying 50%, and as a finishing treatment, a planar fastener [I] in which hook and loop engaging elements were mixed was obtained. For comparison, the height of both the hook-shaped engaging element and the loop-shaped engaging element was set to 2.2 mm, and the other parts were woven under the same conditions as in the above [I], subjected to a finishing treatment, and subjected to a conventional hook and loop. The surface fastener [II] in which the engaging elements are mixed was obtained. Table 1 shows a comparison of the performance of the two types of obtained planar fasteners. (Effect of the Invention) The planar fastener of the present invention does not cause accidental engagement with other fabrics such as textiles and does not damage the fabric, and the hook-shaped engaging element is less damaged. Further, the feel of the fastener surface is also good. Further, the positioning at the time of engagement is easy, and the engagement force is sufficient for practical use.
