Claims (12)
- 円筒形である複数の電池セル(20)と、
本体(31)及び第1方向(X)に前記本体(31)を貫通する少なくとも1つの通風路(32)を含み、前記第1方向(X)は前記複数の電池セル(20)の軸線方向と平行であり、前記通風路(32)の前記第1方向(X)に垂直な断面をフィン状とする空冷構造(30)と、
を含むことを特徴とする、電池(10)。 - 前記複数の電池セル(20)は前記空冷構造(30)を囲むように設置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池(10)。
- 前記複数の電池セル(20)は熱伝導性構造用接着剤(34)によって前記本体(31)の前記通風路(32)から離れた第1表面(313)に貼り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の電池(10)。
- 前記第1表面(313)における前記複数の電池セル(20)に貼り付けられた領域の輪郭形状は、前記複数の電池セル(20)の表面の輪郭形状とマッチングすることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電池(10)。
- 前記空冷構造(30)はさらにファン(70)を含み、前記ファン(70)は前記通風路(32)内に風を通して、前記複数の電池セル(20)が生成した熱を排出するために用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池(10)。
- 前記電池(10)はさらにボックス(11)を含み、前記ボックス(11)は第1ボックス部(111)及び第2ボックス部(112)を含み、前記第1ボックス部(111)及び前記第2ボックス部(112)は係合して前記空冷構造(30)及び前記複数の電池セル(20)を収容するための収容キャビティを形成し、前記第1ボックス部(111)及び前記第2ボックス部(112)のうちの少なくとも1つは開口を有し、前記開口が位置する平面は前記第1方向(X)と平行であることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電池(10)。
- 前記第1ボックス部(111)の底壁に第1放熱部(1110)が設置されており、前記第1放熱部(1110)における前記複数の電池セル(20)に接触する領域の輪郭形状は、前記複数の電池セル(20)の表面の輪郭形状とマッチングすることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の電池(10)。
- 前記第2ボックス部(112)の底壁に第2放熱部(1120)が設置されており、前記第2放熱部(1120)における前記複数の電池セル(20)に接触する領域の輪郭形状は、前記複数の電池セル(20)の表面の輪郭形状とマッチングすることを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載の電池(10)。
- 前記空冷構造(30)はダイカストプロセスによって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の電池(10)。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の電池(10)を含む電気機器において、前記電池(10)が前記電気機器に電気エネルギーを供給するために用いられることを特徴とする、電気機器。
- 円筒形である複数の電池セル(20)を提供するステップと、
