First Embodiment

A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 1 to 5. Then, the outer plate 2a to which the bottom pad 1b is connected is raised, and the inner plate 2b is folded so that it fits along the inside of the pair of interlocking holding pieces 8, forming a side wall 2 consisting of the outer plate 2a and the inner plate 2b, and the bottom pad 1b is folded from the inner plate 2b and overlapped on the bottom plate 1a.

At this time, the bottom restraining portions 5b on both sides of the folded piece 5 overlap the upper surface of the bottom pad 1b, and the bottom pad 1b is held down by the bottom restraining portions 5b, preventing the bottom pad 1b from floating up.

Then, the deterrent piece 7 is restored to its original fold, placed on top of the folded piece 5, and the folded piece 5 is pressed down by the deterrent piece 7, preventing the folded piece 5 from floating up and resulting in the assembled state shown in Figure 1. After storing the contents such as confectionery, the lid 4 is closed and the overlapping lid tip piece 4c is inserted along the inner surface of the inner plate 2b of the other side wall 2, resulting in the closed lid state shown in Figure 2.

In the box described above, as shown in FIG. 1, a folded piece 5 is connected to the tip of the inner plate 2b of one side wall 2, a bottom pad 1b is connected to the inner plate 2b of the other side wall 2, and the folded piece 5 is held down by a restraining piece 7. Therefore, even if the lid 4 connected to one side wall 2 is opened wide and folded back, the folded piece 5 will not float up and the bottom pad 1b will not float up either.

In addition, the end wall 3 does not need to have a frame structure, and an inner flap 9 can be provided from the top of the end wall 3 toward the inside, overlapping with the inner surface of the lid 4. This means that the shape and printing of the inner flap 9 can be carefully designed to attract attention when the lid 4 is opened.

As shown in FIG. 6, this box has a pair of side walls 2 and end walls 3 that stand around the bottom wall 1 and are rectangular, forming a rectangular parallelepiped when assembled. Since there is no gap between the outer plate 2a and the inner plate 2b of the pair of side walls 2, there is no need to maintain the distance between the outer plate 2a and the inner plate 2b, and the protruding piece 2c of the first embodiment does not exist.

As shown in the blank in Figure 7, the folded piece 5 does not have the bottom deterrent portion 5b of the first embodiment, and an engagement protrusion 7a is provided at the tip of the deterrent piece 7, and an engagement slot 2d is formed by cutting into one of the inner plates 2b facing the boundary with the folded piece 5. Then, as shown in Figure 6, the engagement slot 2d opens when the folded piece 5 is folded, and the engagement protrusion 7a is inserted into the engagement slot 2d, and the inner plate 2b and the deterrent piece 7 are engaged and fixed.

Third Embodiment
Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 8 and 9. Note that, again, only the features different from the first embodiment will be mentioned.

As shown in FIG. 8, this box has a pair of rectangular side walls 2 and end walls 3 that stand around the bottom wall 1, and is a rectangular parallelepiped when assembled, and is a tray without the lid 4 provided in the first and second embodiments. The pair of side walls 2 also have a frame structure in which the outer plate 2a and the inner plate 2b are connected via the top plate 2e at the top, and a gap is provided between the outer plate 2a and the inner plate 2b, spanning the entire height direction.

As shown in the blank in Figure 9, the middle top plate 8c and middle side plate 8d are connected in sequence from the upper edge of the holding piece 8, and as shown in Figure 8, the middle top plate 8c and middle side plate 8d are folded so as to follow the back surface of the top plate 2e and the inner plate 2b, respectively, reinforcing the pair of side walls 2.
