Description
本開示は、皮膚洗浄料に関する。 This disclosure relates to a skin cleanser.
Skin cleansing products such as facial cleansing creams are sometimes required to contain scrubbing agents that not only remove sebum from the skin, but also remove dirt that has clogged pores (so-called keratin plugs).
As an example of a skin cleanser containing a scrubbing agent, Patent Document 1 discloses a skin cleanser containing crystalline cellulose having an average particle size of 100 μm or less, polyquaternium-7, a salt of a higher fatty acid having 8 to 22 carbon atoms, and a polyhydric alcohol.
Patent Document 2 discloses a skin cleanser composition containing component (A): a higher fatty acid and/or a salt thereof, component (B): fibrous cellulose, component (C): a cationic polymer, and component (D): water, in which the content of component (A) is 5.0 to 50.0 mass%, the content of component (B) is 1.0 to 10.0 mass%, and the content of component (C) is 0.05 to 2.0 mass%.

[Spherical crystalline cellulose (C)]
The skin cleansing agent of the present disclosure contains spherical crystalline cellulose.
Crystalline cellulose has a CAS number of 9004-34-6 and is a component obtained by partially depolymerizing α-cellulose obtained as pulp from fibrous plants with a mineral acid and purifying it.
The size and shape of crystalline cellulose vary depending on the processing method (e.g., granulation method), but as long as it is spherical, it can be used in the skin cleansing agent of the present disclosure without any particular limitation.
球状の結晶セルロースとは、「長軸の長さ/短軸の長さ」から求められる真球度が1.0~1.3の結晶セルロースを意味する。
球状の結晶セルロースの真球度は、1.0~1.3であり、角栓の除去性能に優れる観点から、1.0~1.2であることが好ましく、1.0~1.1であることがより好ましい。
Spherical crystalline cellulose refers to crystalline cellulose having a sphericity of 1.0 to 1.3, calculated by "length of major axis/length of minor axis."
The sphericity of the spherical crystalline cellulose is 1.0 to 1.3, and from the viewpoint of excellent performance in removing keratin plugs, it is preferably 1.0 to 1.2, and more preferably 1.0 to 1.1.
球状の結晶セルロースの粒度範囲は、角栓の除去性能に優れる観点、及び低刺激(低摩擦)の観点から、100μm~700μmであることが好ましく、150μm~500μmであることがより好ましく、150μm~300μmであることがさらに好ましい。 From the viewpoint of excellent keratin plug removal performance and low irritation (low friction), the particle size range of the spherical crystalline cellulose is preferably 100 μm to 700 μm, more preferably 150 μm to 500 μm, and even more preferably 150 μm to 300 μm.
球状の結晶セルロースの粒度範囲とは、個々の球状の結晶セルロースの粒径(すなわち、粒度)が収まる範囲を意味する。つまり、粒度範囲が100μm~700μmである球状の結晶セルロースの場合、個々の球状の結晶セルロースは、最も小さくて100μmの粒径を有し、最も大きくて700μmの粒径を有する。 The particle size range of spherical crystalline cellulose means the range within which the particle size (i.e., particle size) of each spherical crystalline cellulose falls. In other words, in the case of spherical crystalline cellulose with a particle size range of 100 μm to 700 μm, each spherical crystalline cellulose has a minimum particle size of 100 μm and a maximum particle size of 700 μm.
The sphericity and particle size range of crystalline cellulose are determined by the following method.
The skin cleansing agent containing the crystalline cellulose to be measured is photographed under an electron microscope (magnification x 50), and 10 crystalline cellulose particles are extracted from the photographed image. The lengths of the major and minor axes of the 10 extracted crystalline cellulose particles are measured, and the sphericity is calculated by dividing the major axis length by the minor axis length (i.e., "major axis length/minor axis length"). The arithmetic mean value of the sphericities of the 10 particles obtained is calculated, and this is regarded as the sphericity of the crystalline cellulose.
In addition, the major axis of the extracted 10 crystalline cellulose particles is taken as the particle diameter (i.e., particle size), and the minimum and maximum particle diameters of the obtained 10 particles are determined, and these are taken as the particle size range of spherical crystalline cellulose.
Here, the length of the long axis is the distance between A-A' when the crystalline cellulose in the captured image is sandwiched between two parallel lines A and A' so that they are in contact with each other, and the length of the short axis is the distance between B-B' when the crystalline cellulose is sandwiched between two parallel lines B and B' that are perpendicular to the two parallel lines A and A' that determine the length of the long axis.
なお、本開示において、結晶セルロースの真球度及び粒度範囲について、カタログ値が確認できる場合には、カタログ値を優先して採用する。 In this disclosure, when catalog values are available for the sphericity and particle size range of crystalline cellulose, the catalog values are used as a matter of preference.
