Description
The present invention relates to a film cutting device.
However, since the user must pull the film out from the original roll, it takes time to pull the film out from the original roll. In addition, since the user cuts the film by moving the cutting part in the width direction of the film, it is difficult to cut out the specified length of film. In particular, when film is pulled out simultaneously from multiple original rolls of different widths, it takes time to pull out the film and cutting the film becomes even more difficult. Film that fails to be cut is discarded. Examples of cutting failures include film that is not the specified length, wrinkles, and tears.
The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned problems.
The aspect of the present invention is a film cutting device, which includes a pull-out section that can rotate around a central axis and pulls out a sheet-like film from a raw roll as the film cuts, a cutting section that cuts the film pulled out from the raw roll by moving in an axial direction along the central axis, and a handle section for rotating the pull-out section around the central axis by a user's operation. The pull-out section has a plurality of film support sections that are arranged at equal angular intervals on a circumference centered on the central axis and extend along the central axis. As the pull-out section rotates as the handle section is operated, the pull-out section pulls out the film from the raw roll, and the cutting section moves in the axial direction to cut the film at a position a predetermined length from the end of the film.
According to the present invention, the user can pull out film from the original roll and cut the film pulled out from the original roll to a specified length simply by operating the handle. This makes it easy to obtain film cut to a specified length, and reduces the waste of film due to insufficient length, tears, wrinkles, etc. Furthermore, when pulling out film from multiple original rolls of different widths, etc., the film can be pulled out from each of the multiple original rolls with a single operation, thereby reducing the time required to pull out multiple films.

In the following explanation, we will explain one of the two
A
The pull-out
The pull-out
In this embodiment, four
Each of the
When the pull-out
Of the multiple
As shown in FIG. 1, the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
When a user grips the
As shown in FIG. 1, the cutting
In more detail, when the
As shown in FIG. 1, the cutting
When the

The
As shown in Figures 1 and 2, a
The

When the first connecting
Next, the operation of the
First, the user causes the second rod-shaped
Next, the user grasps the
At this time, the other
When the
The
The cutting
When the first tensile force becomes greater than the second tensile force due to the user's operation of the
When the cutting
As the
As described above, since the

The invention that can be understood from the above embodiment is described below.
The aspect of the present invention is a film cutting device (10), which is rotatable around a central axis (42) and includes a pull-out section (14) that pulls out a sheet-like film (36) from a raw roll (34) as the film cuts, a cutting section (16) that cuts the film pulled out from the raw roll by moving in the axial direction along the central axis, and a handle section (18) for rotating the pull-out section around the central axis by a user's operation. The pull-out section has a plurality of film support sections (44) that are arranged at equal angular intervals on a circumference (46) centered on the central axis and extend along the central axis. As the pull-out section rotates by operating the handle section, the pull-out section pulls out the film from the raw roll, and the cutting section moves in the axial direction to cut the film at a position a predetermined length from the end (56) of the film.
In one aspect of the present invention, when the pull-out section rotates, one of the multiple film support sections functions as an end support section (58) that supports the end of the film, and another of the multiple film support sections that is adjacent to the end support section in the opposite direction to the rotation direction of the pull-out section functions as an intermediate support section (60) that supports a portion of the film between the original roll and the end, and the cutting section moves in the axial direction when the intermediate support section reaches the movement path of the cutting section as the pull-out section rotates, thereby cutting the film.
Because the film is supported by the end support section and the middle support section, the film can be easily pulled out from the original roll by simply rotating the pull-out section. In addition, tension can be applied to the film by hanging it over the middle support section. This allows the film pulled out from the original roll to be cut to the specified length easily and reliably.
In one aspect of the present invention, each of the multiple film support sections has a first rod-shaped member (50) and a second rod-shaped member (52) that extend parallel to each other in the axial direction, the second rod-shaped member is spaced apart from the first rod-shaped member in a direction opposite to the direction of rotation, and the cutting section moves in the axial direction between the first rod-shaped member and the second rod-shaped member at the intermediate support section to cut the film.
The film is cut at a position between the first and second rod-shaped members in the intermediate support section, so that after the film is cut, the end of the next film can be supported by the second rod-shaped member. This allows the next film to be pulled out reliably.
In one aspect of the present invention, the handle portion has a central portion (62) that is arranged coaxially with the central axis and can rotate integrally with the pull-out portion around the central axis, and an operating portion (64) that protrudes radially outward from the central portion around the central axis and can be operated by the user.
Because the handle part can rotate coaxially and integrally with the pull-out part, the direction and amount of operation of the control part by the user correspond to the direction and amount of rotation of the pull-out part. This allows for intuitive operation, making it even easier to pull out the film from the original roll.
In an aspect of the present invention, the film cutting device further includes a cutting unit movement mechanism (20) for moving the cutting unit in the axial direction, and the cutting unit movement mechanism moves the cutting unit in a first direction along the axial direction radially outward of the portion of the film that is stretched between the end support unit and the intermediate support unit during rotation of the pull-out unit in response to the user's operation of the handle unit, and the cutting unit moves to a cutting standby position (70) without cutting the film by moving in the first direction, and when the intermediate support unit reaches the movement path of the cutting unit, the cutting unit movement mechanism moves the cutting unit from the cutting standby position in a second direction opposite to the first direction, and the cutting unit cuts the film by moving in the second direction.
When the film is being pulled out from the original roll, the cutting section can be moved to the cutting standby position without cutting the film, so the film pulled out from the original roll can be reliably cut to the specified length.

When the film is pulled out from the roll, the first slider slides along the first rail due to the pressing force of the handle portion, and the cutting section and the second slider move along the second rail against the load of the weight due to a first tensile force from the first slider via the first connecting portion to the cutting standby position, and after the film has been pulled out from the original roll by the predetermined length or more, when the first slider is released from the pressing force, the cutting section and the second slider move in the second direction along the second rail due to a second tensile force from the weight via the second connecting portion, and the film is cut.
