(B)炭素数14~22のアルキル鎖を有する高級アルコール
(C)塩化ステアリルトリメチルアンモニウムまたは塩化ベヘニルトリメチルアンモニウムから選ばれる1種以上
(D)多価アルコール
(E)ヒドロキシエチルセルロース
を含有し、(A)成分の含有量が0.4~24質量%、(B)成分の含有量が0.8~8質量%である毛髪化粧料組成物。 A hair cosmetic composition comprising: (A) a methylpolysiloxane having a kinetic viscosity at 25°C of 10 to 3,000 mm2 /s; (B) a higher alcohol having an alkyl chain containing 14 to 22 carbon atoms; (C) one or more selected from stearyltrimethylammonium chloride and behenyltrimethylammonium chloride; (D) a polyhydric alcohol; and (E) hydroxyethylcellulose, wherein the content of component (A) is 0.4 to 24% by mass and the content of component (B) is 0.8 to 8% by mass.
