Description

The present invention relates to a coating container equipped with an applicator for applying a content liquid.

Conventionally, as containers for storing liquids such as manicures, pedicures, liquid lip balms, mascara, etc., applicator containers equipped with brush-like or brush-like applicators, such as those shown in Patent Documents 1 and 2, have been known. It is being Such a dispensing container is equipped with a container that stores a liquid inside an opening opening at the top, and a cap with an applicator provided with an applicator at the tip of a shaft-like part extending inside the opening. Therefore, when the cap with applicator is attached to the container, the applicator provided at the tip of the shaft-shaped portion is located near the bottom of the container. That is, according to such a coating container, even if the remaining amount of the liquid contained in the container decreases to a certain extent, it is possible to attach the liquid contained to the applicator.

Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2003-175961

By the way, if the remaining amount of the liquid contained in the container becomes even smaller, the liquid will no longer adhere to the tip of the applicator, but even in such a case, the liquid will remain attached to the bottom of the container. However, in conventional applicator containers, the shaft extends straight through the center of the mouth, and the tip of the applicator is located near the center of the bottom of the container. It is difficult to make the content liquid remaining around the outer edge adhere to the applicator. For this reason, there is a problem in that the liquid contained in the container cannot be used up to the end.

There are also known containers in which the bottom of the container is formed into a mortar shape so that the liquid content collects near the center of the bottom of the container, but in this case, a thick part is formed at the bottom of the container, so it is difficult to synthesize the container. When molding with resin, there are problems such as sink marks and the like, and the materials that can be used are limited. Further, although it is possible to prevent the formation of a thick wall portion by constructing the bottom of the container with a plurality of members, in this case, the number of parts increases, which inevitably leads to an increase in cost.

In view of these points, it is an object of the present invention to provide a coating container that can adhere the liquid content to the applicator even if the contained liquid decreases while keeping costs down.

The present invention is a coating container comprising a container that stores a liquid inside a mouth opening at the top, and a cap with an applicator extending from the inside of the mouth and having an applicator at its tip,
The cap with applicator is
a lid portion having a first engaging portion and attached to the mouth portion;
a shaft-like part having a second engaging part that engages with the first engaging part, and extending inside the mouth part when the lid part is attached to the mouth part;
The applicator is held and attached to the shaft-like part so as to be tilted with respect to the axis of the shaft-like part, and when the lid part is attached to the mouth part, the applicator is attached to the container. A tilting part that comes into contact with the bottom and is displaced to a tilted posture,
In the coating container, when the lid part is rotated in a direction around the axis, the tilting part rotates together with the shaft-shaped part by the second engaging part that engages with the first engaging part.

The lid portion includes a cylindrical inner circumferential wall centered on the axis, and an outer circumferential wall located outside the inner circumferential wall and rotatably held with respect to the inner circumferential wall and unable to come off.
The shaft-shaped portion includes a protrusion that protrudes radially outward from the inside of the inner circumferential wall and functions as the second engagement portion,
The inner circumferential wall has a lid-side threaded portion that is screwed into a container-side threaded portion provided at the mouth portion, and a circumferential groove portion through which the protrusion is inserted and which extends along a direction in which the protrusion is inserted and rotates around the axis. ,
It is preferable that the outer circumferential wall has the first engaging portion with which the protrusion inserted through the circumferential groove engages.

The outer peripheral wall has a spiral groove that is engaged with the protrusion inserted through the circumferential groove and functions as the first engagement portion,
The spiral groove portion spirally moves in a direction that causes the protrusion to rise relative to the outer peripheral wall when the outer peripheral wall is rotated to a side where the threaded connection between the container-side threaded portion and the lid-side threaded portion is loosened. extends,
The inner circumferential wall is connected to the circumferential groove and prevents the protrusion from rising due to the spiral groove when the outer circumferential wall is rotated to a side where the threaded connection between the container-side threaded portion and the lid-side threaded portion is loosened. It is preferable to have a permissible upward groove.

The cap with applicator has a cylindrical part through which the shaft part is inserted,
When the outer circumferential wall is rotated to the side where the lid-side threaded portion loosens with respect to the container-side threaded portion and the shaft-shaped portion rises with respect to the outer circumferential wall, the cylindrical portion rotates the applicator and the tilting portion. It is preferable to have a regulating part that engages with at least one of the parts to regulate the tilting of the tilting part.

The applicator-equipped cap for the applicator container of the present invention includes the lid part, the shaft part, and the tilting part as described above, and when the lid part is attached to the mouth part, the applicator is attached to the bottom of the container. contact, and the tilting part is displaced into a tilted position. That is, the applicator provided on the tilting portion is also displaced to a tilted position, and the applicator is oriented toward the outer edge of the bottom of the container. When the lid part is rotated in a direction around the axis, the tilting part rotates together with the shaft part, and the applicator provided on the tilting part also rotates, so the amount of liquid contained in the container decreases. Also, the content liquid remaining on the bottom (particularly on the outer edge of the bottom) can be made to adhere to the applicator.

The lid portion includes a cylindrical inner circumferential wall centered on the axis, and an outer circumferential wall that is located outside the inner circumferential wall and is rotatably held relative to the inner circumferential wall and cannot be removed from the inner circumferential wall. , the shaft-shaped portion includes a protrusion that protrudes radially outward from the inside of the inner circumferential wall and functions as the second engagement portion, and the inner circumferential wall includes a container-side screw portion provided at the mouth portion. and a circumferential groove portion through which the protrusion is inserted and which extends along the direction of going around the axis; When the outer peripheral wall is rotated to the side where the threaded connection between the container side threaded part and the lid side threaded part is loosened, the first engaging part of the outer peripheral wall becomes the protruding part. While the protrusion moves in the circumferential groove by rotating the container, the tilting part and the applicator rotate together with the shaft while the cap with applicator is attached to the container. can be attached to. When the protrusion finishes moving through the circumferential groove and the inner peripheral wall rotates together with the outer peripheral wall, the threaded connection between the container-side threaded part and the lid-side threaded part loosens, allowing the cap with applicator to be removed from the container. . That is, when configured in this way, the content liquid remaining at the bottom can be attached to the applicator during the operation of removing the cap with the applicator from the container, so that it is easy to use.

The outer peripheral wall has a spiral groove that is engaged with the protrusion inserted through the circumferential groove and functions as the first engagement portion, and the spiral groove is connected to the container-side threaded portion and the lid-side screw portion. The protrusion extends spirally in a direction that raises the protrusion relative to the outer circumferential wall when the outer circumferential wall is rotated to a side where the threaded engagement with the threaded portion loosens, and the inner circumferential wall is connected to the circumferential groove. and has a rising groove that allows the protrusion to rise due to the spiral groove when the outer peripheral wall is rotated to the side where the threaded connection between the container-side threaded part and the lid-side threaded part loosens; The shaft-shaped portion can be raised when removing the cap with applicator from. That is, by removing the applicator-equipped cap, the length of the shaft-shaped portion protruding from the lid body becomes shorter, allowing the applicator to be brought closer to the lid body. In other words, with this configuration, the distance between the finger holding the lid portion and the applicator is shortened, making it easier to apply the liquid content to the application destination. Furthermore, since the distance between the lid body and the applicator can be automatically shortened during the operation of removing the cap with the applicator, it is easy to use.

The cap with applicator has a cylindrical part through which the shaft part is inserted, and the cylindrical part has the outer peripheral wall on the side where the lid body side threaded part loosens with respect to the container side threaded part. When the cylindrical lower end portion engages with at least one of the applicator and the tilting portion to restrict tilting of the tilting portion when the shaft portion is rotated and rises with respect to the outer peripheral wall, The tilting of the tilting part can be automatically controlled during the operation of removing the cap with applicator from the container, and the applicator will not tilt when applying the liquid to the application destination, so the liquid can be applied. Work becomes easier.

As shown in FIG. 2, a circumferential groove portion 4b and a rising groove portion 4c that penetrate the inner peripheral wall 4a are provided at the upper portion of the inner peripheral wall 4a. Note that FIG. 2 shows the circumferential groove portion 4b and the ascending groove portion 4c in a state where the cylindrical inner circumferential wall 4a is unfolded into a planar shape. Further, in FIG. 2, the above-mentioned spiral groove portion 3c and the protrusion portion 5e, which will be described later, are shown by imaginary lines. A pair of the circumferential groove part 4b and the ascending groove part 4c of this embodiment are provided with the axis O in between. The circumferential groove portion 4b extends along the direction of circumferential rotation around the axis O, and in this embodiment is provided with a length corresponding to approximately half a circumference of the entire circumference of the inner circumferential wall 4a. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the rising groove portion 4c is connected to the right end portion of the inner circumferential wall 4a when viewed from the side, and extends from there so as to be inclined upward as it goes to the right side. In other words, the ascending groove portion 4c extends spirally in an upward direction when moving counterclockwise in plan view.

Further, the inner cap 4 includes an annular convex portion 4d that protrudes radially outward from the outer peripheral surface of the inner peripheral wall 4a and engages with the annular recess 3d below the circumferential groove portion 4b and the ascending groove portion 4c. By engaging the annular concave portion 3d and the annular convex portion 4d, the outer cap 3 is held relative to the inner cap 4 so as to be rotatable but not detachable. The inner circumferential surface of the inner circumferential wall 4a is provided with an inward flange 4e that protrudes radially inward, and a lid-side threaded portion 4f that is formed into a female thread shape and is screwed into the container-side threaded portion 1d. In this embodiment, the container side threaded portion 1d and the lid side threaded portion 4f have a right-handed thread relationship (in plan view, when the inner cap 4 is rotated clockwise with respect to the container body 1, the container side threaded portion 1d and the lid side screwed into the threaded portion 4f).

The shaft member 5 includes an annular wall 5a having a circular cylindrical shape. A disk-shaped wall 5b is connected to the lower end of the annular wall 5a, and a cylindrical shaft 5c extending downward is provided at the center of the disk-shaped wall 5b. A support portion 5d formed in a concave spherical shape is provided at the lower end of the cylindrical shaft 5c. Furthermore, a cylindrical protrusion 5e that protrudes radially outward is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the annular wall 5a. A pair of protrusions 5e in this embodiment are provided with the axis O in between, and each protrusion 5e is inserted through the circumferential groove 4b or the ascending groove 4c and engaged with the spiral groove 3c. Note that the protruding portion 5e is a portion corresponding to a “second engaging portion” in this specification and the like.

The cylindrical member 6 includes a cylindrical main body portion 6a having a cylindrical shape. As illustrated, a cylindrical shaft 5c is inserted inside the cylindrical main body 6a. Further, the cylindrical member 6 is inserted into the squeezing member 2 as shown, and the inner edge portion 2c contacts the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical member 6 when inserted into the squeezing member 2. The lower end portion 6b of the cylindrical main body portion 6a is a portion corresponding to a “regulating portion” in this specification, etc., and has a function of engaging the applicator 8 and restricting the tilting of the tilting member 7, as described later. are doing. The upper end of the cylindrical main body 6a is provided with an outward flange 6c that protrudes radially outward, and the upper surface of the outward flange 6c has a retainer whose cross-sectional shape in side view is claw-shaped. A portion 6d is provided. The holding portion 6d engages with the inward flange 4e in a state where the outward flange 6c is located below the inward flange 4e, thereby holding the cylindrical member 6 on the inner cap 4.

The tilting member 7 has a cylindrical shape and includes a holding cylinder portion 7a that holds the applicator 8. A spherical connecting portion 7b is provided at the upper end of the holding cylinder portion 7a. The spherical connecting portion 7b is formed so as to be slidably held on the support portion 5d formed in a concave spherical shape. That is, the tilting member 7 attached to the shaft-like member 5 such that the support portion 5d holds the spherical connecting portion 7b can tilt with respect to the axis O of the cylindrical shaft 5c.

The applicator 8 has an applicator part 8a for applying the content liquid, a cylindrical fitting part 8b provided on the upper part of the applicator part 8a, and a holding cylinder part 7a to which the applicator 8 is inserted. A cylindrical applicator holding portion 8c is provided to hold the applicator. The applicator 8a is provided in the shape of, for example, a brush, a sponge, or a brush, and the most suitable one is selected depending on the type of liquid content and the area to which the liquid content is to be applied.

As shown in FIG. 1, in the coating container 10 having such a configuration, the flange portion of the squeezing member 2 is in a state where the lid side threaded portion 4f of the inner cap 4 is screwed into the container side threaded portion 1d of the container body 1. 2a is held between the mouth portion 1c and the outward flange 6c. That is, since the accommodation space S can be sealed tightly, volatilization of the content liquid can be suppressed. Further, in this state, the projection 5e is located near the left end of the circumferential groove 4b shown in FIG. 2, and the shaft-like member 5 is located at the lowest position with respect to the inner cap 4. In this state, the protrusion 5e is engaged with the spiral groove 3c as shown in FIG. 2. Further, in this state, the support portion 5d and the spherical connecting portion 7b are located below the lower end portion 6b. The tip of the applicator 8a is in contact with the bottom 1a, and as a result, the tilting member 7 is displaced to a tilting posture tilted with respect to the axis O, and the applicator 8a is applied to the outer edge of the bottom 1a (the bottom 1a and the trunk). 1b). In the state shown in FIG. 1, it is assumed that the amount of liquid contained in the storage space S has decreased, and there remains enough to adhere to the bottom 1a.

When applying the content liquid with the applicator 8, as shown in FIG. 3, the outer cap 3 is rotated counterclockwise in plan view. As a result, the spiral groove portion 3c moves to the right in the state shown in FIG. Note that the protrusion 5e engages with the spiral groove 3c as well as the circumferential groove 4b. Therefore, although the protrusion 5e receives a force directed diagonally upward to the right by the spiral groove 3c in the state shown in FIG. 2, it is restricted from moving in the vertical direction by the circumferential groove 4b. Moving. That is, the shaft-like member 5 rotates counterclockwise in plan view about the axis O without moving in the vertical direction. As a result, the tilting member 7 and the applicator 8 rotate together with the shaft member 5 without moving in the vertical direction, so that the liquid content remaining on the bottom portion 1a can be attached to the applicator 8.

When the outer cap 3 is further rotated counterclockwise, the protrusion 5e moves to a position where the circumferential groove 4b and the ascending groove 4c are connected. As described above, the projection 5e receives a force directed diagonally upward to the right by the spiral groove 3c in the state shown in FIG. 2, and thus moves from the circumferential groove 4b to the ascending groove 4c. That is, the shaft-like member 5 moves upward while rotating counterclockwise in plan view about the axis O. When the upper end of the annular wall 5a of the raised shaft-like member 5 comes into contact with the outer cap 3, the inner cap 4 as well as the shaft-like member 5 rotates counterclockwise about the axis O in plan view. Therefore, the threaded engagement between the container-side threaded portion 1d and the lid-side threaded portion 4f is loosened, and the applicator-equipped cap 12 can be removed from the container 11 as shown in FIG. Note that when the cap 12 with applicator is attached to the container 11, the inner edge 2c of the squeezing member 2 is in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical main body 6a, so that the liquid content does not adhere to the cylindrical main body 6a. Even if the cap 12 with applicator is removed from the container 11, the content liquid can be scraped off with the squeezing member 2.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, when the shaft member 5 is raised, the support portion 5d and the spherical connecting portion 7b move inside the cylindrical main body portion 6a, and the fitting portion 8b is inserted into the lower end portion 6b. The lower end portion 6b and the fitting portion 8b fit together. That is, in this state, the tilting movement of the tilting member 7 is restricted, and the applicator 8 is held on the cylindrical member 6 with the applicator portion 8a oriented toward the axis O. Further, in this state, the applicator 8 comes closer to the outer cap 3 than in the state where the cap 12 with applicator is attached to the container 11. Therefore, according to the application container 10 of this embodiment, the applicator 8 does not tilt when applying the content liquid to the application destination, and the distance between the finger holding the outer cap 3 and the applicator 8 is shortened. The work of applying the liquid content becomes easier. Furthermore, during the operation of removing the applicator cap 12 from the container 11, the tilting of the applicator 8 is automatically regulated and the applicator 8 can be automatically brought closer to the outer cap 3, making it easier to use. It is also excellent in that respect.

To attach the removed applicator-equipped cap 12 to the container 11, insert the applicator 8 inside the squeezing member 2, move the applicator-equipped cap 12 downward, and then remove the outer cap 3. Rotate clockwise in plan view. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 6, the container-side threaded portion 1d and the lid-side threaded portion 4f can be screwed together. When the outer cap 3 continues to rotate, the outer cap 3 rotates clockwise relative to the inner cap 4 in a plan view. That is, when the outer cap 3 rotates with respect to the inner cap 4, the protrusion 5e, which had moved toward the ascending groove 4c in FIG. However, the shaft member 5 descends relative to the cylindrical member 6, and the tip of the applicator 8 comes into contact with the bottom portion 1a. Note that in this state, the support portion 5d and the spherical connecting portion 7b have moved below the lower end portion 6b. Therefore, when the shaft member 5 further descends, the tilting member 7 tilts with respect to the axis O because the applicator 8 is in contact with the bottom 1a. It can be directed towards.

In the above description, when the outer cap 3 is rotated clockwise in plan view, the container side threaded portion 1d and the lid side threaded portion 4f are first screwed together, and then the outer cap is rotated against the inner cap 4. 3 rotates and the shaft-like member 5 descends, for example, the sliding resistance of the container-side threaded portion 1d and the lid-side threaded portion 4f, the protruding portion 5e, the ascending groove portion 4c, the circumferential groove portion 4b, and the spiral groove portion 3c. Depending on the relationship of sliding resistance, the order may be reversed or these operations may occur simultaneously. Even if the outer cap 3 rotates with respect to the inner cap 4 and the shaft-like member 5 descends before the container-side threaded portion 1d and the lid-side threaded portion 4f are screwed together, the protrusion as shown in FIG. When the portion 5e moves to the left end of the circumferential groove portion 4b, the inner cap 4 rotates together with the outer cap 3, allowing the container-side threaded portion 1d and the lid-side threaded portion 4f to be screwed together. Therefore, even if the outer cap 3 rotates with respect to the inner cap 4 and the shaft-like member 5 descends before the container-side threaded portion 1d and the lid-side threaded portion 4f are screwed together, the applicator The attached cap 12 can be reliably attached.
