Abstract

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a cosmetic component and a method for attaching a cosmetic component.

BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, an outlet section has been attached to an outlet box installed in an opening in a building. The outlet section includes, for example, an outlet, an outlet frame to which the outlet is fixed, a base that covers the outlet frame, and a decorative cover that covers them. The decorative cover section 10 is provided with an opening 11 so that any one of the outlet main body 91, the LAN connector main body 92, and the switch main body 93 can be used. The housing section 20 includes a base section 21 to which the device M can be fixed, and this base section 21 is connected to the decorative cover section 10 (see FIGS. 4 and 5). More specifically, the base portion 21 is provided so as to extend from the end of the decorative cover portion 10 in a direction along the surface of the decorative cover portion 10. The decorative cover section 10 is usually installed along a wall surface. In the example shown in FIG. 2, the base portion 21 is located below the decorative cover portion 10, but the positional relationship between the decorative cover portion 10 and the base portion 21 is not limited to this example.

In this case, the weight is likely to be directed either downward from the decorative cover section 10, or directed downward and toward the wall as shown in FIG. Even if a force is applied toward the base portion 21, the wall surface exists, so the base portion 21 cannot move much. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the possibility that the decorative cover section 10 will come off or that the connecting portion between the decorative cover section 10 and the base section 21 will be deformed.

Here, an example of a method for fixing the device M (sensor, communication device, etc.) to the base portion 21 will be described. In the example shown in FIGS. 4 and 8, the base portion 21 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 21b. This protrusion 21b is configured so that a string-like member such as a binding band 99 can be hooked thereon. When fixing the device M, select some of the protrusions 21b to be used from among the plurality of protrusions 21b, and use the selected protrusions 21b to secure the device M to the base portion 21 using a cable tie 99 or the like. It is preferable that the partition wall 21a is provided with a recess 21e through which the wiring 95 can pass. In this way, the wiring 95 can be brought out from the inside of the base part 21 to the outside through the recess 21e and then wound along the partition wall part 21a, making it easy to organize the wiring 95. Note that it is preferable that the partition wall portion 21a has a plurality of recesses 21e through which the wiring 95 can pass. Further, it is preferable to provide a configuration in which recesses 21e are provided in the upper and lower portions of the base portion 21, respectively, in opposite directions when viewed from the center of the base portion 21.

In addition to the cover locking portion 22a provided in the cable guide portion 22, a structure capable of locking the cover portion 23 may be provided. For example, a bag-shaped receiving part 21f may be provided on the decorative cover part 10 side of the base part 21 and the opposite side thereof, so that the protrusion 23a provided on the cover part 23 can be hooked thereto (see FIG. 9 to 11). Of course, the bag-shaped receiving portion may be provided on the cover portion 23 and the protrusion may be provided on the base portion 21.

In the embodiment, by pushing the cable guide part 22 located on the outer peripheral side of the base part 21 into the inside of the cover part 23, movement of the cover part 23 is suppressed at the part where the cable guide part 22 and the cover part 23 contact. At the same time, the movement of the cover part 23 is also suppressed by the protrusion 23a fitting into the receiving part 21f. Although the movement of the cover part 23 may be suppressed using other structures, it is possible to suppress the movement of the cover part 23 by using the cable guide parts 22 scattered along the outer periphery of the base part 21. By the way, the decorative cover part 10 and the base part 21 may be made into an integral structure by injection molding, etc., but it is also possible to construct the decorative cover part 10 and the base part 21 as separate parts and combine them. Therefore, when replacing the device M mounted on the base portion 21, the base portion 21 can be removed from the decorative cover portion 10 and replaced.
