Abstract
Description

この分野は、植物及び動物の脂肪及び油などの材料中に見られるトリグリセリド及び遊離脂肪酸などのバイオ再生可能供給原料から、航空燃料として有用な炭化水素を生成している。
「連通」という用語は、列挙された構成要素間で材料の流れが動作可能に許容されることを意味する。
環境及び持続可能な経済がますます重要視されるにつれて、精油業者にとって、再生可能燃料基準プログラムにより付与される再生可能識別番号(Renewable Identification Number、RIN)からの自社の収益性を最大化するために、自社の製品ラインの一部としてグリーン燃料を生産することがますます魅力的になってきている。RINは、収益性を高めるために、プログラム内で取引され得る、コンプライアンスのために使用されるクレジットである。本開示は、精油業者が、バイオ再生可能な供給源から生成されるジェット燃料収率を最大化することを可能にし、市場需要に応じて、ディーゼル燃料生成物に対するジェット燃料生成物の収率を最適化する柔軟性を提供する。

Claims (10)
- バイオ再生可能供給原料を水素化加工するためのプロセスであって、
バイオ再生可能供給物流を、水素の存在下で、水素化処理触媒上で水素化処理して、前記バイオ再生可能供給物流を水素化脱酸素化して水素化処理流を提供することと、
前記水素化処理流から取り出された水素異性化供給物流を、水素の存在下で、水素異性化触媒上で水素異性化して、水素異性化流を提供することと、
前記水素化処理流及び/又は前記水素異性化流を、水素化加工蒸気流と水素化加工液体流とに分離することと、
前記水素化加工液体流又は前記水素異性化流を、任意選択でストリッピング後に、蒸留して、ジェット燃料流及びディーゼル流を生成することと、
前記ディーゼル流を水素化分解して、ジェット燃料を含む水素化分解流を提供することと、を含む、プロセス。 - 前記水素異性化流及び前記水素化分解流を蒸留することを更に含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記水素異性化流を蒸留することを更に含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記水素化分解流を水素異性化することを更に含む、請求項3に記載のプロセス。

- 水素化処理された水蒸気を、水素の存在下で、前記水素異性化触媒上で水素異性化して、前記水素異性化流を提供することを更に含む、請求項5に記載のプロセス。
- 前記分離工程において前記水素異性化流を分離することを更に含む、請求項6に記載のプロセス。
- 前記水素化分解流を前記水素化加工液体流とともに蒸留することを更に含む、請求項5に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ディーゼル流中の所与の炭素数のノルマルパラフィンの濃度を、前記水素異性化流に対して、少なくとも2倍に富化することを更に含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
