Abstract
Description
少なくとも1つのイソシアネート成分(A)と、少なくとも1つのアミン成分(B)と、を含む、多成分樹脂系であって、
イソシアネート成分(A)が、
-2以上の平均NCO官能性を有する少なくとも1つの脂肪族および/または芳香族ポリイソシアネートを含み、
アミン成分(B)が、
-イソシアネート基に対して反応性であり、かつ2以上の平均NH官能性を有する少なくとも1つのアミンを含み、
多成分樹脂系が、ポリアスパラギン酸エステルを含まないこと、
イソシアネート成分(A)および/またはアミン成分(B)が、少なくとも1つの充填剤と、少なくとも1つのレオロジー添加剤と、を含むこと、そして
イソシアネート成分(A)とアミン成分(B)とを混合することによって製造されるモルタル組成物の総充填レベルが、多成分樹脂系の総重量に基づいて、30~80%の範囲内にあること、
を特徴とする、多成分樹脂系に関する。
-「多成分樹脂系」とは、複数の成分を互いに別々に貯蔵し、全ての成分を混合した後に初めて硬化が起こる反応樹脂系である。
R1およびR2は同じでも異なっていてもよく、イソシアネート基に対して不活性な有機基を表し、
Xは、イソシアネート基に対して不活性なn価の有機基を表し、
nは、少なくとも2、好ましくは2~6、より好ましくは2~~4、特に好ましくは2の整数を表す。
本発明による多成分樹脂系は、少なくとも1つのイソシアネート成分(A)と、少なくとも1つのアミン成分(B)と、を含む。使用前に、イソシアネート成分(A)およびアミン成分(B)は、反応を阻害する方法で互いに別々に提供される。
多成分樹脂系においてイソシアネート成分(A)とは別に反応を阻害する様式で提供されるアミン成分(B)は、イソシアネート基に反応性であり、かつ少なくとも2つのアミノ基を有する少なくとも1つのアミンを、官能基として含む。本発明によれば、アミンは2以上の平均NH官能性を有する。平均NH官能性は、アミンの窒素原子に結合している水素原子の数を示す。したがって、例えば、一級モノアミンは2の平均NH官能性を有し、一級ジアミンは4の平均NH官能性を有し、3つの二級アミノ基を有するアミンは3の平均NH官能性を有し、1つの一級および1つの二級アミノ基を有するジアミンは3の平均NH官能性を有する。平均NH官能性は、アミン供給業者から提供された情報に基づき得、実際に示されたNH官能性は、ここで理解される理論上の平均NH官能性とはおそらく異なって示される。「平均」という表現は、それが化合物のNH官能性であり、化合物に含まれるアミノ基のNH官能性ではないことを意味する。アミノ基は、一級または二級アミノ基であり得る。アミンは、一級または二級アミノ基のみ、あるいは一級および二級アミノ基の両方を含むことができる。
イソシアネート成分(A)およびアミン成分(B)の両方は、少なくとも1つの充填剤と、少なくとも1つのレオロジー添加剤と、を含み得、2つの成分のうち少なくとも1つが充填剤およびレオロジー添加剤の両方を含むことが、本発明に不可欠である。イソシアネート成分(A)およびアミン成分(B)の両方が、それぞれ少なくとも1つの充填剤と、少なくとも1つのレオロジー添加剤と、を含むことが好ましい。
4,4’-メチレン-ビス¥[N-(1-メチルプロピル)フェニルアミン](ABCRから)、アスパラギン酸、N、N’-(メチレンジ-4,1-シクロヘキサンジイル)ビス-,1,1’,4,4’-テトラエチルエステル(CovestroのDesmophen NH 1420として)、(6-メチル-2,4-ビス(メチルチオ)フェニレン-1,3-ジアミンと2-メチル-4,6-ビス(メチルチオ)フェニレン-1,3-ジアミンの混合物(AlbermaleのEthacure 300 Curativeとして)、4,4’-メチレンビス(2,6-ジエチルアニリン)(TCIの)およびジエチルトルエンジアミン(AlbermaleのEthacure 100として)を、アミン成分中のイソシアネート基に反応性であるアミンとして使用した。
RE500V3(Hilti、比較例1、エポキシ樹脂モルタル)およびHY200A(Hilti、比較例2)の2つの市販のモルタル組成物を、比較例として使用する。以下の表に挙げられている、EP3447078A1に基づく組成物を、比較例3として使用する。
モルタル組成物を製造するために、イソシアネート成分およびアミン成分をそれぞ
れ最初に個別に製造した。この目的のために、表1~3に示されている構成成分を一緒に加え、互いに混合した。このようにして生成された液体イソシアネートおよびアミン成分を、それぞれスピードミキサー(HauschildのDAC-600)中で1500rpmで30秒間混合した。次に、イソシアネート成分とアミン成分とを互いに組み合わせ、スピードミキサー中、1500rpmで30秒間混合した。このようにして得られたモルタル組成物をハードカートリッジに充填し、押出装置を使用して掘削孔に注入した。
Claims (14)
- 少なくとも1つのイソシアネート成分(A)と、少なくとも1つのアミン成分(B)と、を含む、多成分樹脂系であって、
前記イソシアネート成分(A)は、
-2以上の平均NCO官能性を有する少なくとも1つの脂肪族および/または芳香族ポリイソシアネートを含み、
前記アミン成分(B)は、
-イソシアネート基に反応性であり、かつ2以上の平均NH官能性を有する少なくとも1つのアミンを含み、
前記多成分樹脂系が、ポリアスパラギン酸エステルを含まないこと、
前記イソシアネート成分(A)および/または前記アミン成分(B)が、少なくとも1つの充填剤と、少なくとも1つのレオロジー添加剤と、を含むこと、
前記イソシアネート成分(A)と前記アミン成分(B)とを混合することによって製造されるモルタル組成物の総充填レベルが、前記多成分樹脂系の総重量に基づいて、30~80%の範囲内にあること、
を特徴とする、多成分樹脂系。 - 前記イソシアネート成分(A)および前記アミン成分(B)の両方が、少なくとも1つの充填剤と、少なくとも1つのレオロジー添加剤と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多成分樹脂系。
- 前記イソシアネート成分(A)の充填レベルおよび前記アミン成分(B)の充填レベルが、各場合に、それぞれ、前記イソシアネート成分(A)および前記アミン成分(B)の総重量に基づいて、10~70重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の多成分樹脂系。
- 前記イソシアネート成分(A)および前記アミン成分(B)が、前記平均NCO官能性対前記平均NH官能性が0.3~2.0である量比で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の多成分樹脂系。
- 前記イソシアネート成分(A)が、1,4-フェニレンジイソシアネート、2,4-および/または2,6-トルイレンジイソシアネート、キシリレンジイソシアネート、水素化キシリレンジイソシアネート、テトラメチルキシリレンジイソシアネート、1,5-ナフチレンジイソシアネート、ジフェニレンメタン-2,4’-および/または-4,4’-ジイソシアネート、トリフェニルメタン-4,4’,4’’-トリイソシアネート、ビス-およびトリス-(イソシアナトアルキル)-ベンゼン、トルエンおよびキシレン、ならびにそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの芳香族ポリイソシアネートを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の多成分樹脂系。
- 前記イソシアネート成分(A)が、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(HDI)、トリメチルHDI(TMDI)、ペンタンジイソシアネート(PDI)2-メチルペンタン-1,5-ジイソシアネート(MPDI)、イソホロンジイソシアネート(IPDI)、1,3-および1,4-ビス(イソシアナトメチル)シクロヘキサン(H6XDI)、ビス(イソシアナトメチル)ノルボルナン(NBDI)、3(4)-イソシアナトメチル-1-メチル-シクロヘキシルイソシアネート(IMCI)および4,4’-ビス(イソシアナトシクロヘキシル)メタン(H12MDI)、ならびにそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの脂肪族ポリイソシアネートを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の多成分樹脂系。
- 前記総充填レベルが、前記多成分樹脂系の総重量に基づいて、35~65重量%の範囲内にあることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の多成分樹脂系。
- 前記イソシアネート成分(A)および/または前記アミン成分(B)が、少なくとも1つの接着促進剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の多成分樹脂系。
- イソシアネート基に反応性である前記アミンが、4,4’-メチレン-ビス¥[N-(1-メチルプロピル)フェニルアミン]、6-メチル-2,4-ビス(メチルチオ)フェニレン-1,3-ジアミンと2-メチル-4,6-ビス(メチルチオ)フェニレン-1,3-ジアミンとの異性体混合物(Ethacure 300)、4,4’-メチレンビス(2,6-ジエチルアニリン)、4,4’-メチレンビス(N-sec-ブチルシクロヘキサンアミン)(Clearlink 1000)、3,3’-ジアミノジフェニルスルホン(ダプソン)、N,N’-ジ-sec-ブチル-p-フェニレンジアミンおよび2,4,6-トリメチル-m-フェニレンジアミン、ならびにそれらの混合物からなる基から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の多成分樹脂系。
- 前記多成分樹脂系が、二成分樹脂系であることを特徴とする、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の多成分樹脂系。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の多成分樹脂系の前記イソシアネート成分(A)と前記アミン成分(B)とを混合することによって製造される、モルタル組成物。
- 掘削孔内への建設要素の化学的留め付けのための方法であって、請求項11に記載のモルタル組成物または請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の多成分樹脂系が、前記化学的留め付けのために使用される、方法。
