Abstract
Description

Claims (15)
- 手術器具であって、
ベースユニットと、
前記ベースユニットの遠位端部の開口部を通って配置されたプローブであって、
前記プローブの遠位先端に近接して形成されたポートと、
前記プローブを通って形成された内腔と、
前記内腔内に配置された1つ以上の光ファイバであって、前記光ファイバが前記ポートに近接した領域を照射して前記ポートを通って吸引された硝子体材料のコラーゲン繊維を切断するためのレーザ光を投射し、前記1つ以上の光ファイバが患者の眼内空間を照明するための照明光を更に投射する、1つ以上の光ファイバと、を含むプローブと、を備える、手術器具。 - 前記1つ以上の光ファイバが、前記レーザ光及び前記照明光を投射するように構成された単一の光ファイバを含む、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記レーザ光が、前記光ファイバのコアに集束し、前記照明光が、前記光ファイバのクラッドに集束する、請求項2に記載の手術器具。
- 前記照明光が、前記光ファイバの前記コアにも集束する、請求項3に記載の手術器具。
- 前記1つ以上の光ファイバが、レーザ光を投射するように構成された第1の光ファイバと、照明光を投射するように構成された第2の光ファイバと、を含む、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記照明光が、前記第2の光ファイバのクラッドに集束する、請求項5に記載の手術器具。
- 前記照明光が、前記第2の光ファイバのコアに集束する、請求項5に記載の手術器具。
- 前記照明光が、前記第2の光ファイバのコアにも集束する、請求項6に記載の手術器具。
- 前記レーザ光が、パルスレーザ光である、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記パルスレーザ光が、ピコ秒レーザ光である、請求項9に記載の手術器具。
- 前記パルスレーザ光が、フェムト秒レーザ光である、請求項9に記載の手術器具。
- 前記レーザ光が、連続レーザ光である、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記照明光が、パルス照明光である、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記レーザ光及び照明光が、前記1つ以上の光ファイバから同軸で投射される、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記プローブが、照明光の透過を容易にするために半透明又は透明な材料で形成された1つ以上の部分を更に含む、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
