Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 神経形成手術用の頭蓋顔面インプラントを形成する方法であって、
頭蓋顔面領域における骨欠損および/または空隙のサイズを決定することと、
前記骨欠損および/または空隙ならびに前記骨欠損および/または空隙を囲む骨の少なくとも一部を覆うサイズの予め製造されたチタンメッシュ片で形成されたインプラントを選択することであって、前記インプラントは、一般的な頭蓋切除寸法に合わせて予めサイズ設定され、ヒト頭蓋骨のための通常の曲率半径を使用して予め輪郭形成されることと、
前記インプラントを滅菌することと
を含む、神経形成手術用の頭蓋顔面インプラントを形成する方法。 - 切断後に前記チタンメッシュを研磨することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の神経形成手術用の頭蓋顔面インプラントを形成する方法。
- 切断後に前記チタンメッシュをコーティングすることをさらに含み、前記コーティングは、前記チタンメッシュに接着する低摩擦コーティングである、請求項1に記載の神経形成手術用の頭蓋顔面インプラントを形成する方法。
- 前記コーティングは、前記チタンメッシュに滑らかな外部を提供し、インプラント領域の微小損傷を実質的に防止する、請求項3に記載の神経形成手術用の頭蓋顔面インプラントを形成する方法。
- ステレオリソグラフィモデルを使用して手で前記チタンメッシュインプラントを成型することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の神経形成手術用の頭蓋顔面インプラントを形成する方法。
- 三次元プリンタによって前記チタンメッシュを切断して成型することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の神経形成手術用の頭蓋顔面インプラントを形成する方法。

- 前記頭蓋顔面領域における前記骨欠損および/または空隙、ならびに前記骨欠損および/または空隙を囲む前記骨をマッピングすることをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の神経形成手術用の頭蓋顔面インプラントを形成する方法。
- 前記チタンメッシュインプラントは、縁部または角のない丸形である、請求項1に記載の神経形成手術用の頭蓋顔面インプラントを形成する方法。
- 前記チタンメッシュインプラントは、長さが5~10cm、10~15cm、および15~20のうちの1つである、請求項1に記載の神経形成手術用の頭蓋顔面インプラントを形成する方法。
- 第2のチタンメッシュインプラントを第1のチタンメッシュインプラントに結合し、長さ20cmを超える骨空隙および/または欠損を覆うことをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の神経形成手術用の頭蓋顔面インプラントを形成する方法。
- 神経形成手術用の頭蓋顔面インプラントであって、
