Claims (14)
- パウチ型電池ケースに電極組立体を収容するパウチ型電池セルであって、
前記電極組立体は全幅が全長より短い構造を有する正極及び負極を含み、
前記正極及び前記負極は、全幅方向の外周辺または全長方向の外周辺に平行に、電極合剤が塗布されていない無地部、及び前記無地部を除いた部分であって、電極合剤が塗布されている有地部が形成され、
前記パウチ型電池ケースには、前記無地部が位置する部分に内側に凹んでいる段差部が形成されている、パウチ型電池セル。 - 前記電極組立体の前記全幅方向の外周辺のうち一側外周辺上に正極タブ及び負極タブが突設されている、請求項1に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記正極及び前記負極は、前記無地部を基準に対称または非対称に第1有地部及び第2有地部が形成され、
前記無地部で前記正極及び前記負極がフォルディングされる、請求項1または2に記載のパウチ型電池セル。 - 前記第1有地部及び前記第2有地部のうちいずれか一方から正極タブ及び負極タブが突出する形態を有する、請求項3に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記無地部と前記有地部との境界部において、前記無地部の一部及び前記有地部の一部の外面上に絶縁部材が付加される、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記絶縁部材は、絶縁テープの形態、または絶縁液の形態を有する、請求項5に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記無地部には皺形態のフォルディングラインが形成されている、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記パウチ型電池ケースは、第1電池ケース及び第2電池ケースを含み、
前記第1電池ケース及び前記第2電池ケースのうち少なくとも一方には前記無地部が位置する部分に電池ケースの内側に凹んでいる前記段差部が形成される、請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型電池セル。 - 前記パウチ型電池ケースの凹んでいる前記段差部は、前記電極組立体の最上端の電極及び最下端の電極と付着された構造を有する、請求項8に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記パウチ型電池ケースは前記電極組立体のフォルディングによってフォルディングされ、
前記パウチ型電池ケースがフォルディングされる部分のシーリング部にはノッチが形成されている、請求項1から9の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型電池セル。 - 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型電池セルの製造方法であって、
(a)電極シートに電極合剤がコーティングされた前記有地部と、電極合剤がコーティングされていない前記無地部とを形成するようにコーティングする段階と、
(b)前記有地部と前記無地部との境界部において、前記無地部の一部及び前記有地部の一部の外面上に絶縁部材を付け加える段階と、
(c)前記電極シートを圧延する段階と、
(d)前記段階(c)の前記電極シートをスリッティングする段階と、
を含む、パウチ型電池セルの製造方法。 - 前記段階(b)は、絶縁テープを付着するか、または絶縁液を塗布する方式で遂行する、請求項11に記載のパウチ型電池セルの製造方法。
- 前記段階(d)の前記電極シートを切断して製造した前記正極及び前記負極に分離膜を介在して前記電極組立体を製造し、前記電極組立体を段差の形成された前記パウチ型電池ケースに収容して密封する工程を含む、請求項11または12に記載のパウチ型電池セルの製造方法。
- 前記電極組立体を前記段差の形成された前記パウチ型電池ケースに収容し、前記電極組立体の最上端の電極及び最下端の電極と前記パウチ型電池ケースの前記段差部を付着する工程をさらに含む、請求項13に記載のパウチ型電池セルの製造方法。
