Claims (11)

A health management method implemented by a computer, the method comprising:
Storing a subject's questionnaire response in a memory in association with the subject;
accepting input of additional information regarding the subject;
storing the additional information in the memory in association with the subject;
A health management method comprising: displaying answers to the questionnaire and the additional information associated with the subject on a display. 2. The health management method according to claim 1, wherein the additional information includes information indicating whether a specific response to the subject is required. The health management method according to claim 2, wherein the specific response includes conducting a hearing. The health management method according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the additional information includes information indicating that the specific response has been completed. The health management method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the additional information includes information acquired from the subject by a public health nurse during a hearing. The health management method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising displaying past questionnaire responses of the subject on the display. The health management method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising displaying the subject's electronic medical record on the display. The health management method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising displaying on the display a list of subjects whose answers to a questionnaire satisfy a given criterion among the two or more subjects. 9. The health management method according to claim 8, wherein the subject to whom the additional information is input is selected from the list. A program that is executed by a computer to cause the computer to implement the health management method according to any one of claims 1 to 3. A memory that stores the program according to claim 10;
