(ィ) 溶接作業時に発生する溶接ヒュームは、空気中に微粒子となって浮遊する。この溶接ヒュームは有害性があり、長期渡り吸引すると神経障害や健康に関わる疾病が現れる。この溶接ヒュームは溶接時に上昇気流で溶接保護面内には入り込む事が課題である。
(ロ) 現在、溶接ヒューム対策は、工場内の全体換気、局所換気、集塵機、防塵マスクを使用し、健康被害の対策をしてきた。これらの対策では全体換気や集塵機は機械装置の換気口付近の溶接ヒュームは除去できるが、溶接作業者の防塵マスク付近の高濃度な溶接ヒュームの除去は困難である。局部換気でも、換気口の近くでは有効であるが、溶接材料が長尺になると、溶接場所が換気口から遠ざかり効果が薄まる。
高濃度の溶接ヒュームを防塵マスクのみで対処する事が課題である。
(ハ) 工場溶接の主流はシールドガスを用いた溶接法であり、強風時の溶接は内部に欠陥が入り、溶接不良を起こす場合がある。溶接作業場付近での工場用扇風機を作動させると同様に溶接の内部欠陥が発生することがある。よって溶接作業時の溶接個所への送風は厳禁であるため、風対策が課題である。
(二)溶接作業時は防塵マスク、溶接保護面、火傷や皮膚を守るための綿製の作業着、保護手袋と多くの装備を着用し作業をする。そのため夏場は暑さ対策が求められる。溶接作業時は顔や頭付近が高温になり、熱中症になりやすい。
本発明は、以上のような欠点を軽減するために考案したものである。(a) Welding fumes generated during welding work become suspended in the air as fine particles. (c) The mainstream of factory welding is a welding method using shielding gas, and welding during strong winds may cause internal defects and cause welding failures. Operating a factory fan near a welding workshop can also cause internal defects in the weld. Therefore, it is strictly prohibited to blow air into the welding area during welding work, so wind countermeasures are an issue.
(2) During welding work, workers must wear dust masks, welding protective masks, cotton work clothes to protect burns and skin, protective gloves, and other equipment. Therefore, measures against the heat are required in the summer. During welding work, the face and head area become hot, making it easy to suffer from heatstroke.
The present invention has been devised to alleviate the above drawbacks.

(ロ) 溶接保護面(1)の内面上部に送風装置(3)に固定する。回動によって、自由に風向を変化させることができる。
(ハ) 送風装置(3)に風力を変化する装置を設け、最適な風力に設定できる。
(二) 溶接保護面(1)の内部の送風装置(3)にフィルター(6)を設け、きれいな空気の流れを下向きにつくり、溶接ヒューム(9)の侵入を防ぐ。

(二) 夏場の暑い時期の溶接作業は頭や顔付近が高温になり、作業性に大きな影響を与える、顔付近の送風によって冷却効果が生まれ作業性の効果化が期待できる。

本発明は、以上のような構造である。
本発明を使用するときは、溶接保護面の使用時に、溶接保護面(1)内面に装着さている送風装置(3)のスイッチ(8)を入れる。
溶接保護面内を送風装置(3)からきれいな空気を下向きに流す。
よって、防塵マスク(7)付近にきれいな空気を送風される。
