The present invention relates to a magnetic core, an electronic component, and a power supply device.
The magnetic core has often been designed to have a shape that makes the magnetic flux density distribution uniform within the magnetic body. In such a shape, when the magnetic core is excited, noise may be generated from the magnetic core.
However, these conventional techniques require complicated configurations. Therefore, it is desired to suppress the noise generated when the device is driven by a simpler method.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a magnetic core etc. that suppresses noise generated during driving.

It is characterized in that the relationship with Lf (mm) satisfies the relationship Li/Lf≧0.45.
X=1000×Ds×Li/(La+2×Lf)2で表される数式において、Xの値が5.7以上であることを特徴とする。
Moreover, in order to achieve the above object, the magnetic core according to the present invention according to the second aspect,

In the formula represented by X=1000×Ds×Li/(La+2×Lf) 2 , the value of X is 5.7 or more.
According to the research of the present inventors, it has been found that in a U-shaped magnetic core, when the sizes of each part of the magnetic core itself have a predetermined relationship, the noise generated during driving can be suppressed. Ta. That is, a magnetic core satisfying the relationship of Li/Lf≧0.45 makes it possible to sufficiently reduce the generated sound.
According to the research of the present inventors, in a U-shaped magnetic core, when the size of each part of the magnetic core itself and the density of the magnetic core have a predetermined relationship, the noise generated during driving can be reduced. found to be suppressed.
In this embodiment, regardless of the overall size of the
In this embodiment, regardless of the overall size of the
In the
As shown in FIG. 1A, in this embodiment, the
In this embodiment, in the U-shaped
In this relationship, the
Therefore, with such a magnetic core, there is no need for a complicated configuration, and just by designing the size of each part and the density of the magnetic core to meet these relationships, it is possible to achieve a level of noise that meets environmental standards. Since the noise can be suppressed, manufacturing costs can be reduced and the device can be made smaller.
As shown in FIG. 2, an
As shown in FIG. 3, coils 110 and 120 are wound around the
As shown in FIG. 2, in the present embodiment, in the
For example, by passing a current through the
In this embodiment, the

As shown in FIG. 3, in the
The wire forming the coil is, for example, a core material made of a good conductor such as copper (Cu), covered with an insulating material made of imide-modified polyurethane, and the outermost surface covered with a thin resin film such as polyester. can be used.

The OA value is the sum of each frequency analyzed sound pressure level. Table 1 also shows the value of Li/Lf and the value of the formula X expressed by X=1000×Ds×Li/(La+2×Lf) 2 .
When the value of Li/Lf was 0.45 or more, the data of the noise measurement was 58 dB at the maximum. When the value of Li/Lf was 0.6 or more, the data of the noise measurement was 55 dB at the maximum. Moreover, when the value of X was 5.7 or more, the data of the noise measurement was 59 dB at the maximum. Further, when the value of X was 8.0 or more, the data of the noise measurement was 43 dB at the maximum.
For magnetic cores with a Li/Lf value of 0.45 or more or a magnetic core with an It was possible to keep the temperature within Japan's environmental standards for daytime hours. Furthermore, magnetic cores with a Li/Lf value of 0.8 or higher cannot meet the Japanese environmental standards for daytime areas used exclusively for residential purposes and areas primarily used for residential purposes. Ta. Magnetic cores with an X value of 8.0 or more were able to meet the Japanese environmental standards for daytime areas particularly in areas where tranquility is required, such as areas where medical facilities, social welfare facilities, etc. are located in clusters.
