However, in the conventional member joining structure, the holes and grooves formed in the joining surfaces of one member and the other member are different, so there is a problem that the processing of the members becomes complicated. In addition, there are cases in which a special tool such as a screwdriver is required for joining or releasing the joining. Furthermore, in recent years, in order to reduce the burden on the environment, it is desirable to facilitate separation into individual materials at the time of disposal in order to facilitate sorting.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and its object is to make it possible to process the joining surfaces of members to have the same shape, to facilitate assembly without using tools or adhesives, and to remove the connector at the time of disposal. To provide a member joining structure of knockdown furniture and a method for attaching and detaching a connector used in the member joining structure of knockdown furniture, which facilitates separation by facilitating removal.

Next, means for solving the above problems will be described with reference to the drawings corresponding to the embodiments.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a member connecting structure for assembly furniture, and a pair of long grooves 17 extending in the same direction and having mortise grooves 29 formed on joint surfaces 15 between members 11 and 13 and having groove bottoms 25 with wide groove widths. , a connector 19 that fits over the pair of grooves 17 and connects the members,
At least one of the pair of grooves 17 is
It is formed with a predetermined length in the longitudinal direction, and the longitudinal half is formed by a wide groove 31 having the same width as the groove width of the groove bottom 25 without the tenon groove 29,
At the groove end on the tenon groove 29 side, a first locking recess 35 is formed by recessing the groove inner surface continuously to the groove bottom facing surface 33 of the tenon groove 29, and at the groove end on the wide groove 31 side A second locking recess 37 is formed by recessing the inner surface of the groove at the same height as the first locking recess 35 from the groove bottom 25,
The connector 19 has a connecting main body portion 39 and a detachable arm portion 85 that are continuous along the longitudinal direction of the groove 17 and is mounted in the one groove 17,
The connecting body portion 39 is arranged in the tenon groove 29 of the one groove 17 and has a first claw 45 that engages the first locking recess 35 , protrudes from the joint surface 15 and protrudes from the other groove 17 . has a tenon portion 43 elastically contacting the tenon groove 29 inside,
The attachment/detachment arm portion 85 is pivotally connected to the connection main body portion 39 , is arranged in the wide groove 31 of the one groove 17 , and is engaged with the second locking recess portion 37 . It is characterized by having claws 61 .

In this assembly furniture member joining structure, the joint surfaces 15 of the members 11 and 13 are joined by the connector 19 . A long groove 17 extending in the same direction is formed in each joint surface 15 . The connector 19 is provided across a pair of grooves 17 provided between the members 11 and 13 . A pair of grooves 17 are formed in the same shape. Therefore, the pair of grooves 17 can be easily formed without exchanging blades for grooving or changing processing control.
One groove 17 of the pair of grooves is formed to have a predetermined length, and this groove 17 is formed with a first locking recess 35 and a second locking recess 37 at both ends in the longitudinal direction. The connector 19 includes a first claw 45 that engages with the first locking recess 35 and a second claw 61 that locks with the second locking recess 37 . The connecting member 19 is configured by locking the first claw 45 and the second claw 61 to the first locking recess 35 and the second locking groove 37 in the groove 17, respectively, so that a special tool or adhesive can be used. Easy attachment to the groove 17 is possible without having to
Further, the connector 19 includes a connecting main body portion 39 for connecting the members 11 and 13 together, and a detachable arm portion 85 for enabling locking/unlocking to/from the groove 17 . The detachable arm portion 85 is swingably connected to the connecting body portion 39 . One of the grooves 17 has a tenon groove 29 in the longitudinal direction and a wide groove 31 without the tenon groove 29 in the other longitudinal half.
When the connector 19 is attached to the groove 17, the connection body 39 can be slid into the tenon groove 29 along the longitudinal direction by bending the detachable arm 85 with respect to the connection body 39. can. When the connecting main body 39 is inserted into the tenon groove 29 , the connecting tool 19 straightens the bent detachable arm 85 and drops it into the wide groove 31 , so that the second locking recess 37 is engaged with the second claw. 61 can be locked. As a result, the connector 19 can be easily attached to the groove 17 .
Moreover, when the coupler 19 is removed from the groove 17, the second hook 61 is elastically deformed to release the engagement with the second engagement recess 37, and the detachable arm portion 85 is bent again to form the wide groove. It can be lifted from 31. By lifting the detachable arm portion 85 , the connecting body portion 39 can be pulled out from the tenon groove 29 . Thereby, the connector 19 can be easily removed from the groove 17 without using a special tool.
In addition to this, in the member joining structure of this knockdown furniture, since the pair of grooves 17 formed in the joint surfaces 15 of the members 11 and 13 can be joined by one connector 19, the connector is attached to each of the grooves 17. The number of parts can be reduced compared to the member connection structure that must be done.

According to claim 2 of the present invention, there is provided a member connection structure for knockdown furniture according to claim 1, wherein:
The connecting main body portion 39 is characterized by having an accommodation space 53 that accommodates the tenon portion 43 in a projecting state before the tenon portion 43 is in elastic contact with the groove bottom facing surface 33 of the tenon groove 29 .

In this assembly furniture member joining structure, the connecting main body portion 39 has the accommodation space 53 . The accommodation space 53 accommodates the tenon portion 43 before elastic contact with the groove bottom facing surface 33 of the tenon groove 29 in a projecting state. When the connecting main body portion 39 is pushed into the tenon groove 29 , the tenon portion 43 is elastically deformed to the outside of the accommodation space 53 by the reaction force from the groove bottom facing surface 33 while slidingly contacting the groove bottom facing surface 33 . Therefore, when the tenon portion 43 is completely inserted into the tenon groove 29 , the tenon portion 43 is in elastic contact with the groove bottom facing surface 33 . When the tenon portion 43 receives a reaction force from the groove bottom facing surface 33 , the connecting main body portion 39 draws and joins the mating member to the member to which the connecting main body portion 39 is attached. That is, the connecting main body portion 39 is housed in the housing space 53 with the tenon portion 43 biased in advance, so that the connecting body portion 39 is elastically contacted with the groove-bottom facing surface 33 and draws the mating member in the coupling direction. can be done.

According to claim 3 of the present invention, there is provided a member connecting structure for knockdown furniture, which is the member connecting structure for knockdown furniture according to claim 1 or 2,
A flexible slit 75 is formed in the detachable arm portion 85 of the connecting member 19 to separate the second claw 61 from the second locking recess 37 so as to be unlockable.

In this assembly furniture member joining structure, the connector 19 is finally fixed to the groove 17 by the second hook 61 that is locked to the second locking recess 37 on the wide groove side. . In this fixed state, since the first claw 45 is also engaged with the first engaging recess 35 on the side of the tenon groove 29, both longitudinal ends of the connector 19 are engaged with the inner surface of the groove to prevent it from coming off. ing.
When the coupler 19 is removed from the groove 17 , first, the locking of the second claw 61 is released. That is, when the second claw 61 is released from the second locking recess 37 , the attachment/detachment arm 85 can be lifted from the wide groove 31 . When the detachable arm portion 85 is lifted from the wide groove 31, the tenon portion 43 can be pulled out from the tenon groove 29. In other words, in the assembly furniture member joining structure, the first claw 45 and the second claw 61 are securely attached, and when the connector 19 is removed, the flexible slit provided in the detachable arm portion 85 is removed. 75 facilitates unlocking of the second claw 61, which is the initial movement for withdrawal.

FIG. 4(a) is a perspective view of the male member 21 viewed obliquely from above, and FIG. 4(b) is a perspective view of the male member 21 viewed obliquely from below.
The male member 21 that constitutes the connector 19 has a connecting body 39 and a male detachable arm 41 that are continuous along the longitudinal direction of the groove 17 , and has a length substantially equal to the total length of the groove 17 in the longitudinal direction. formed in The connecting body portion 39 has a tenon portion 43 and a first claw 45 that engages the first locking recess portion 35 . The connecting body portion 39 has a long rectangular plate portion 47 along the longitudinal direction of the male member 21 . A pair of support shafts 49 are erected at both longitudinal ends of the rectangular plate portion 47 . A long tenon portion 43 is bridged along the rectangular plate portion 47 at the upper ends of the pair of support shaft portions 49 . Both lower surfaces of the tenon portion 43 projecting in the width direction from the support shaft portion 49 serve as contact surfaces 51 . The connecting body portion 39 has a housing space 53 surrounded by the pair of support shaft portions 49 , the rectangular plate portion 47 and the tenon portion 43 .

Next, the operation of the configuration described above will be described.

In this member joining structure, joint surfaces 15 of the members 11 and 13 are joined by a connector 19 . Grooves 17 long in the same direction are formed on the joint surfaces 15 so as to face each other. The connector 19 is provided across a pair of grooves 17 provided between the members 11 and 13 . A pair of grooves 17 are formed in the same shape. Therefore, the pair of grooves 17 can be easily formed without exchanging blades for grooving or changing processing control.

A first locking recess 35 and a second locking recess 37 are formed at both longitudinal ends of the groove 17 . The connector 19 includes a first claw 45 that engages with the first locking recess 35 and a second claw 61 that locks with the second locking recess 37 . By locking the first claw 45 and the second claw 61 in the groove 17, the connector 19 can be easily attached to the groove 17 without using a dedicated tool or adhesive.

The connector 19 is composed of a male member 21 and a female member 23 for connecting the members 11 and 13 together. The male member 21 is mounted in the groove 17 on one joint surface 15 . The female member 23 is mounted in the groove 17 on the other joint surface 15 .

The male member 21 has a connecting main body portion 39 and a male detachable arm portion 41 that are continuous along the longitudinal direction of the groove 17 . The connecting body portion 39 has a tenon portion 43 protruding from the joint surface 15 and has a first hook 45 that engages the first locking recess portion 35 . The male detachable arm portion 41 has a second claw 61 that engages the second locking recess 37 and is pivotally connected to the connecting body portion 39 .

The female member 23 has a connecting groove portion 67 and a female attaching/detaching arm portion 69 that are continuous along the longitudinal direction of the groove 17 . The connecting groove portion 67 has a female tenon groove portion 55 with a wide groove width of the groove bottom 25 with which the tenon portion 43 is inserted from the end in the longitudinal direction and is elastically contacted. The female attaching/detaching arm portion 69 has a second claw 61 that engages the second locking recess portion 37, and is formed with an entry groove 73 having a width that allows the tenon portion 43 to be inserted thereinto, and is pivotably connected to the connecting groove portion 67. be done.

When the male member 21 is attached to the groove 17 , the connecting body portion 39 can be slid into the mortise groove 29 of the one member 11 by bending the male detachable arm portion 41 with respect to the connecting body portion 39 . When the connecting main body portion 39 is inserted into the tenon groove 29 , the male member 21 straightens the bent male detachable arm portion 41 and drops it into the wide groove 31 . A claw 61 can be locked. This allows the male member 21 to be easily attached to the groove 17 .

When the female member 23 is attached to the groove 17 , the connecting groove portion 67 can be slid into the mortise groove 29 of the other member 13 by bending the knife attaching/detaching arm portion 69 with respect to the connecting groove portion 67 . When the connecting groove portion 67 is inserted into the mortise groove 29 , the knife member 23 straightens the bent knife attaching/detaching arm portion 69 and drops it into the wide groove 31 , so that the second locking concave portion 37 is engaged with the second claw. 61 can be locked. This allows the female member 23 to be easily attached to the groove 17 .

Moreover, when the male member 21 and the female member 23 are removed from the groove 17, the second hook 61 is elastically deformed to release the engagement with the second engagement concave portion 37, whereby the male removable arm portion 41 and the female member 23 can be removed. The arm 69 can be bent again and lifted out of the wide groove 31 . By lifting the male detachable arm portion 41 and the female detachable arm portion 69 of the male member 21 and the female member 23 , the connecting body portion 39 and the connecting groove portion 67 can be pulled out from the mortise groove 29 . Thereby, the connector 19 can be easily removed from the groove 17 without using a special tool.

In this member connecting structure, the male member 21 attached to the groove 17 of the joint surface 15 of one member 11 and the female member 23 attached to the groove 17 of the joint surface 15 of the other member 13 are connected. , the members are connected to each other. The male member 21 is coupled with the female member 23 by inserting the tenon portion 43 into the female tenon groove portion 55 of the female member 23 . In addition, the male member 21 and the female member 23 that are joined are such that the tenon portion 43 of the male member 21 moves from the female tenon groove portion 55 provided in the female member 23 to the entrance groove provided in the female attaching/detaching arm portion 69 . By moving to 73, the connection can be released.

Therefore, in this member joining structure, the male member 21 and the female member 23 are mounted in the pair of grooves 17 formed in the joining surfaces 15 of the members, and the male member 21 and the female member 23 are engaged with each other. Since the members can be connected to each other, smooth engagement and firm connection can be achieved as compared with directly connecting the connector 19 to the groove 17 . As a result, the joint surfaces 15 of the members can be machined to have the same shape, and can be easily assembled without using tools or adhesives. In addition, the connector 19 can be easily removed at the time of disposal, making it easy to separate the materials. becomes. In addition to this, the male member 21 is attached to one of the pair of joint surfaces 15 and the female member 23 is attached to the other, so that the male member 21 and the female member 23 can be slid and joined, so that the assembly is easy and the joint strength is high. and durability can be enhanced.

In this member coupling structure, the connecting body portion 39 has the accommodation space 53 . The accommodation space 53 accommodates the tenon portion 43 before elastically contacting the groove bottom facing surface 33 of the female tenon groove portion 55 in a curved protruding state. When the connecting main body portion 39 is pushed into the female tenon groove portion 55 , the tenon portion 43 is elastically deformed to the outside of the accommodation space 53 by the reaction force from the groove bottom facing surface 33 while slidingly contacting the groove bottom facing surface 33 . Therefore, when the tenon portion 43 is completely inserted into the female tenon groove portion 55 , the tenon portion 43 is in elastic contact with the groove bottom facing surface 33 . As a result, the tenon portion 43 is brought into elastic contact with the groove-bottom facing surface 33, and the members can be securely joined without rattling.

Further, in this member coupling structure, the connecting member 19 is finally fixed to the groove 17 by the second claw 61 that is locked to the second locking recess 37 on the wide groove side. In this fixed state, since the first claw 45 is also engaged with the first engaging recess 35 on the mortise side, both longitudinal ends of the connector 19 are engaged with the inner surface of the groove to prevent it from coming off. there is

In other words, in the member coupling structure, the first hook 45 and the second hook 61 are securely mounted, and when the connector 19 is removed, the flexibility slit 75 provided in the removable arm 85 allows The lock release of the second claw 61, which is the initial movement for removal, can be easily performed. As a result, of the first claw 45 and the second claw 61 for attaching the connector 19 to the groove 17 so as to prevent it from coming off, the second claw 61 that engages with the second locking recess 37 on the side of the wide groove is The flexible slit 75 can be deformed to release the lock, and the connector 19 can be easily removed from the joint surface 15 .

In the attaching/detaching method of the connecting member 19 used in the member joining structure according to the present embodiment, when attaching the connecting member 19, the first claw 45 is dropped into the wide groove 31 with the leading end side, and then it is slid into the mortise groove 29. to lock the first claw 45 in the first locking recess 35 . On the attachment/detachment arm side, after elastically deforming the second claw 61 and pushing it into the wide groove 31 , the second claw 61 is elastically restored and locked to the second locking recess 37 . This completes attachment of the connector 19 to the groove 17 .

When the connecting member 19 is removed from the groove 17 , the second claw 61 on the attachment/detachment arm side is elastically deformed by prying it with the rod-like member 83 , thereby releasing the locking of the second claw 61 to the second locking recess 37 . do. The attachment/detachment arm side with the second claw 61 unlocked can be lifted from the wide groove 31 . The connecting tool 19 can be pulled out from the tenon groove 29 by lifting the detachable arm side from the wide groove 31 . As a result, the connector 19 can be easily removed from the groove 17 .

Next, a modification of the member coupling structure according to the embodiment described above will be described.

FIG. 22 is an exploded perspective view of a member coupling structure according to a modification. In addition, in the following modified examples, members and parts that are the same as those shown in FIGS. 1 to 21 may be denoted by the same reference numerals, and explanations thereof may be omitted.
In the member coupling structure according to the modification, the coupler is composed only of the male member. That is, the female member is omitted. The member coupling structure according to the modification has the same configuration except that the width of the tenon portion 43 is the same as that of the base portion 57 . In this modification, the male member is simply referred to as connector 19 .

The member joining structure according to the modification is formed on the joining surfaces 15 of the members, and has a pair of long grooves 17 extending in the same direction and having a mortise groove 29 (see FIG. 24) with a groove bottom 25 (see FIG. 24) having a wide groove width. (see FIG. 24), and a connector 19 that is fitted across the pair of grooves 17 to connect the members.

At least one of the pair of grooves 17 is a wide groove 31 (see FIG. 24) which is formed to have a predetermined length in the longitudinal direction and has no mortise groove 29 in the longitudinal half thereof and has the same width as the groove width of the groove bottom 25 . It is formed. A first locking recess 35 (see FIG. 24) is formed by recessing the inner surface of the groove so as to be continuous with the groove bottom facing surface 33 (see FIG. 24) of the tenon groove 29 at the groove end on the tenon side. On the other hand, at the groove end on the wide groove side, a second locking recess 37 (see FIG. 24) is formed by recessing the inner surface of the groove at the same height as the first locking recess 35 from the groove bottom 25 .

23(a) is a plan view of the connector 19, FIG. 23(b) is a side view of the connector 19, and FIG. 23(c) is a front view of the connector 19. FIG.
The connector 19 has a connecting main body portion 39 and an attachment/detachment arm portion 85 that are continuous along the longitudinal direction of the groove 17 . The connecting body portion 39 has a tenon portion 43 elastically contacting the tenon groove 29 and has a first claw 45 that engages the first locking recess portion 35 . The detachable arm portion 85 has a second hook 61 that is pivotably connected to the connecting body portion 39 and hooked onto the second locking recess portion 37 .

Also in the member coupling structure according to the modification, the connecting main body portion 39 has an accommodation space 53 that accommodates the tenon portion 43 in a projecting state before the tenon portion 43 is in elastic contact with the groove bottom facing surface 33 (see FIG. 24) of the tenon groove 29. have In the member coupling structure according to the modification, the position of the contact surface 51 is different from the position of the contact surface 51 shown in FIG.

Next, a member connecting procedure of the member connecting structure according to the modified example will be described.

FIG. 24 is a sectional view of one member 11 to which the connector 19 is attached and the other member 13 to which the connector 19 is not attached.
In order to connect one member 11 to which the connector 19 is attached and the other member 13 not provided with the connector 19, the joint surfaces 15, 15 are made parallel to each other and attached to the one member 11. The connecting main body portion 39 of the male member 21 that has been connected is opposed to the wide groove 31 of the other member 13 .

FIG. 25 is a cross-sectional view of the process in which the connecting body portion 39 enters the tenon groove 29. As shown in FIG.
A connector 19 attached to one member 11 is inserted into a wide groove 31 formed in the other member 13 in a direction perpendicular to the joint surface 15 . When the joining surfaces are in contact with each other, the tenon portion 43 is slid and inserted into the tenon groove 29 together with one member 11 in the direction of the arrow a.

FIG. 26(a) is a cross-sectional view of the one member 11 and the other member 13 that have been connected, and (b) is a cross-sectional view taken along line FF of (a).
When the tenon portion 43 is inserted to a predetermined position of the tenon groove 29 in the other member 13 , the contact surface 51 of the tenon portion 43 contacts the groove bottom facing surface 33 of the tenon groove 29 . At this time, the contact surface 51 protruding into the accommodation space 53 is elastically deformed in a direction away from the accommodation space 53 due to the reaction force from the groove bottom facing surface 33 and elastically contacts the groove bottom facing surface 33 . When the tenon portion 43 is fitted into the tenon groove 29 , the tenon portion 43 is absent from the wide groove 31 .

27A and 27B are explanatory diagrams of the operation at the time of locking/unlocking the connector 19. FIG.
In the member coupling structure according to this modified example, the method of attaching and removing the connector 19 from the groove 17 is the same as in the above-described embodiment. That is, the attachment and removal of the connecting member 19 from the groove 17 are performed by displacing the second claw 61 with respect to the second locking recess 37 by acting the slit 75 for flexibility, while locking and unlocking. , by swinging the detachable arm portion 85 via the thin hinge portion 63 .

In the member joining structure according to this modified example, joint surfaces 15 of the members are joined by a connector 19 . A long groove 17 extending in the same direction is formed in each joint surface 15 . The connector 19 is provided across a pair of grooves 17 provided between the members.

In addition, the connector 19 includes a connecting body portion 39 for connecting members together, and an attachment/detachment arm portion 85 for enabling locking/unlocking to/from the groove 17 . The detachable arm portion 85 is swingably connected to the connecting body portion 39 . The groove 17 has a tenon groove 29 in one longitudinal half and a wide groove 31 without the tenon groove 29 in the other longitudinal half.

When the connector 19 is attached to the groove 17 , the connection body 39 can be slid into the tenon groove 29 by bending the attachment/detachment arm 85 with respect to the connection body 39 .

In addition to this, in this member connecting structure, the pair of grooves 17 formed in the joint surfaces 15 of the members can be connected by one connector 19, so that the connector is attached to each groove 17 of each member 11, 13. The number of parts can be reduced compared to the member connection structure that must be done.

Also in the member coupling structure according to the modification, the connecting main body portion 39 has the accommodation space 53 .

As a result, the tenon portion 43 is brought into elastic contact with the groove-bottom facing surface 33, and the members can be securely joined without rattling.

Next, another modified example will be described.

FIG. 28 is an exploded perspective view showing a member coupling structure according to a modification in which the grooves 17 formed in the other member 13 of the paired members are through grooves.
In the member joining structure according to the modification, the groove 17 formed in the other member 13 to which the connector 19 is not attached is a through groove (mortise groove 29) formed from one parallel end face to the other end face of the member. There may be. The female member 23 is not attached to this through groove, and the tenon portion 43 of the connecting body portion 39 attached to one member 11 is inserted from one end face or the other end face to join the members together. For example, as shown in FIG. 28, the joint surface 15 of one member 11 is used as the joint surface 15, and grooves 17 are formed in this joint surface, and the connector 19 is attached. On the joint surface 15 of the other member 13, a through-groove is formed continuously across the width of the member 13. As shown in FIG. With such a configuration, the grooves 17 of one member 11 can be formed in the same manner as in the above-described embodiment, and the grooves 17 of the other member 13 can be formed continuously from one end surface to the other end surface. easier.

29A to 29C are side views showing modifications of the connector 19 (male member 21) in which the tenon portion 43 has a convex portion 87. FIG.
In the member coupling structure according to the above-described embodiment and modifications, the convex portion 87 may be formed on the contact surface 51 of the tenon portion 43 . A concave portion (not shown) into which the convex portion 87 is fitted when the tenon portion 43 is elastically contacted is formed in the groove bottom facing surface 33 of the tenon portion 43 and the female tenon groove portion 55 . As shown in FIG. 28(a), the convex portion 87 can be formed by, for example, a projection having a semicircular cross section. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 28(b), the convex portion 87 may be formed by, for example, a projection having a triangular cross section. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 28(c), the convex portion 87 may be formed by, for example, a group of protrusions having a sawtooth cross section.

In this member connection structure, when the tenon portion 43 elastically contacts the groove bottom facing surface 33 of the female tenon groove portion 55 at a predetermined position, the convex portion 87 of the tenon portion 43 snaps into the concave portion of the groove bottom facing surface 33 of the female tenon groove portion 55 . fits. In other words, when the elastic connection of the tenon portion 43 is completed, the operator can perceive that the tenon portion 43 has been fitted into the female tenon groove portion 55 at the proper position by a sense of moderation. Further, the tenon portion 43 and the female tenon groove portion 55 are restricted from easily sliding in the mating releasing direction compared to a structure in which the convex portion 87 and the concave portion are not present. As a result, it is possible to confirm that the tenon portion 43 is locked at a predetermined position of the female tenon groove portion 55, and to hold the tenon portion 43 firmly connected.

Also, although illustration is omitted, in the member coupling structure according to the above-described embodiment and modification, a groove having a U-shaped cross section is formed in one member 11, and the edge (end edge) of the other member 13 is formed in this groove. In the structure that fits into the U-shaped groove, the groove bottom of the U-shaped groove is used as one joint surface 15, and the edge end surface facing this joint surface 15 is used as the other joint surface 15. A similar pair of grooves 17 may be formed, and a connector 19 may be fitted across the pair of grooves 17 to connect the members 11 and 13 together.

In addition, in the member coupling structure according to the above-described embodiment and modification, if a pair of grooves are formed in the joint surface between one member and the other member, the members can be coupled together even at an angle other than a right angle. It is possible to

Therefore, according to the member joining structure according to the present embodiment, the joining surfaces 15 of the members can be machined to have the same shape, and can be easily assembled without using tools or adhesives. can be easily performed, making it easier to separate the materials. In addition to this, since it is sufficient to attach the connector 19 to only one of the pair of grooves 17 formed in the joining surfaces 15 of the members, the members can be joined at a low cost with a small number of parts.

According to the attachment/detachment method of the coupler 19 used in the member coupling structure according to the present embodiment, when the coupler 19 is attached to the joint surface 15, it is dropped into the wide groove 31 with the first claw 45 on the tip side, and the attachment/detachment arm portion After bending the side and sliding the tip side into the mortise groove 29 and locking the first claw 45 in the first locking recess 35, the detachable arm side is extended linearly and pushed into the wide groove 31, By locking the second hook 61 to the second locking recess 37, the connector 19 can be easily attached. When the connector 19 is removed from the joint surface 15, the second claw 61 is elastically deformed to release the locking, thereby lifting the detachable arm side from the wide groove 31 and bending it, and pulling out the tip side from the mortise groove 29. , the coupler 19 can be easily removed from the groove 17 .
