Abstract
Description
The present invention includes an engine body having a combustion chamber, an exhaust passage through which exhaust gas discharged from the engine body flows, a particulate filter disposed in the exhaust passage and collecting soot in the exhaust gas, The present invention relates to an exhaust purification system for a vehicle having an oxidation catalyst disposed in an exhaust passage upstream of a particulate filter to burn unburned fuel in exhaust gas, and an accelerator pedal.
BACKGROUND ART As disclosed in
In addition, in a vehicle equipped with an engine such as a diesel engine in which the temperature of the exhaust gas is relatively low, an oxidation catalyst is arranged in the exhaust passage on the upstream side of the particulate filter so that the oxidation catalyst does not reach the oxidation catalyst from the combustion chamber. Combustion fuel is introduced and burned by the oxidation catalyst to raise the temperature of the exhaust gas, thereby burning the soot in the particulate filter and regenerating it.
In an engine that draws out unburned fuel from the combustion chamber to regenerate the particulate filter as described above, regeneration of the particulate filter is required even when fuel supply to the combustion chamber is required to be stopped due to deceleration of the vehicle. Therefore, it may be necessary to supply fuel to the combustion chamber. In this case, the combustion of part of the fuel in the combustion chamber gives positive torque (driving torque) from the engine to the wheels, resulting in insufficient deceleration of the vehicle and insufficient deceleration for the driver. I can't give you the feeling On the other hand, in order to apply negative torque (braking torque) to the wheels, it is conceivable to drive a power generator that generates power by receiving the rotational force of the wheels. According to this configuration, the feeling of deceleration can be ensured, and the engine torque can be regenerated as electric power, thereby suppressing deterioration in fuel efficiency. However, when the power generator is driven under conditions where power generation efficiency is low, that is, under conditions where the ability to regenerate engine torque is kept low, there is a possibility that deterioration in fuel efficiency cannot be sufficiently suppressed.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an exhaust emission control system for a vehicle capable of suppressing a decrease in fuel efficiency performance while achieving appropriate regeneration of a particulate filter and securing a feeling of deceleration.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an exhaust passage through which exhaust gas discharged from a combustion chamber of an engine body mounted on a vehicle flows; and an oxidation catalyst disposed in the exhaust passage upstream of the particulate filter to burn unburned fuel in the exhaust gas, wherein rotation from the wheels a power generation device that generates power by receiving power; a power generation amount changing device that can change the power generation amount of the power generation device; a fuel supply device that supplies fuel to the combustion chamber; and soot trapped in the particulate filter. a soot collection amount detection device that detects the amount of collected soot, a temperature detection device that detects a filter temperature that is the temperature in the particulate filter, the fuel supply device, and the power generation amount change device. a control device for controlling each part of the vehicle, the control device performing fuel cut control to stop the supply of fuel from the fuel supply device to the combustion chamber, and introducing unburned fuel into the oxidation catalyst. A fuel injection control unit that performs regeneration control for increasing the temperature of the particulate filter by supplying fuel from the fuel supply device to the combustion chamber, and the fuel based on the opening of an accelerator pedal provided in the vehicle Determining whether or not a fuel cut condition for performing cut control is satisfied, determining whether or not a regeneration condition for performing said regeneration control is satisfied based on the detection result of said soot collection amount detection device, and a judgment unit for judging whether the filter temperature detected by the temperature detection device is equal to or higher than a predetermined judgment temperature; When both of the regeneration conditions are satisfied, the fuel injection control unit causes the power generation amount changing device to increase the power generation amount of the power generation device and perform the fuel cut control when the filter temperature is less than the determination temperature. A deceleration regeneration control that prohibits and permits the regeneration control is performed, and if the filter temperature is equal to or higher than the determination temperature, the deceleration regeneration control is restricted.
Note that the restriction on the execution of deceleration regeneration control performed when the filter temperature is equal to or higher than the judgment temperature is the amount of fuel supplied from the fuel supply device to the combustion chamber so that unburned fuel is introduced into the oxidation catalyst, and the power generation device compared to when the filter temperature is less than the judgment temperature (including prohibiting the above-mentioned fuel supply from the fuel supply device and prohibiting an increase in the power generation amount by setting these to 0) Say.
In the present invention, when it is determined that the regeneration condition is established based on the detection result of the soot collection amount detection device, fuel is supplied from the fuel supply device to the combustion chamber so that unburned fuel is introduced into the oxidation catalyst. Playback control is performed. Therefore, the oxidation catalyst burns the unburned fuel to raise the temperature of the exhaust gas introduced into the particulate filter, so that the particulate filter can be regenerated by burning off the soot trapped in the particulate filter. . In addition, even when the fuel cut condition for cutting the fuel to stop the fuel supply to the combustion chamber is satisfied, the fuel cut control is prohibited when the regeneration condition is satisfied, and the combustion chamber and the oxidation catalyst remain unburned. Fuel is supplied. Therefore, the particulate filter can be regenerated at appropriate timing, and its soot trapping ability can be maintained in good condition. Furthermore, when the fuel cut condition and the regeneration condition are satisfied while the engine body and the wheels are connected, the amount of power generated by the power generator that generates power by receiving the rotational force of the wheels is increased. Negative torque (braking torque) is applied to the wheels. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the deceleration of the vehicle from becoming lower than the deceleration desired by the driver due to the execution of regeneration control (prohibition of fuel cut control), and regenerate the engine torque as electric power.
Moreover, in this configuration, when the filter temperature, which is the temperature inside the particulate filter, is equal to or higher than the judgment temperature, deceleration regeneration control (control to increase the power generation amount of the power generation device and prohibit fuel cut control and permit regeneration control ) is restricted, it is possible to appropriately regenerate the particulate filter while suppressing deterioration in fuel efficiency.
Specifically, when the filter temperature reaches the judgment temperature or higher, soot can be burned in the particulate filter even if the supply of unburned fuel to the oxidation catalyst is stopped or the supply amount is reduced. Therefore, the particulate filter can be appropriately regenerated even if the execution of deceleration regeneration control is restricted to suppress or prohibit the supply of fuel to the combustion chamber. Further, even under conditions where the ability of the power generator to regenerate the engine torque is suppressed, the fuel supply itself is suppressed or prohibited, thereby suppressing deterioration in fuel efficiency.
In the above configuration, preferably, a battery charged by the power generation device is provided, the determination unit determines whether the SOC of the battery is equal to or higher than a predetermined determination SOC, and the control device controls the engine main body. When both the fuel cut condition and the regeneration condition are satisfied in a state in which the engine and the wheels are connected to each other, and the SOC of the battery is equal to or higher than the determination SOC, execution of the deceleration regeneration control is restricted (claim Item 2).
According to this configuration, the execution of the deceleration regeneration control is restricted when the SOC of the battery is higher than the judgment SOC, so that the power generation of the generator is stopped or the amount of power generated is reduced, thereby preventing the battery from being overcharged. can.
In the above configuration, preferably, when the filter temperature rises to or above the determination temperature after the start of the deceleration regeneration control, the control device controls the deceleration until at least one of the regeneration condition and the fuel cut condition is not satisfied. Limiting the execution of playback control (Claim 3).
It is known that once the filter temperature becomes equal to or higher than the judgment temperature, the subsequent decrease in filter temperature is suppressed and the combustion of soot in the particulate filter continues. Therefore, as described above, when the filter temperature rises to the judgment temperature or higher after the start of the deceleration regeneration control, the execution of the deceleration regeneration control should be restricted until at least one of the regeneration condition and the fuel cut condition is not satisfied. If so, it is possible to reliably suppress deterioration in fuel efficiency while regenerating the particulate filter.
In the above configuration, preferably, when restricting the execution of the deceleration regeneration control, the control device prohibits the control for increasing the power generation amount of the power generation device and the regeneration control, and performs the fuel cut control. (Claim 4).
According to this configuration, since the supply of fuel to the combustion chamber is stopped, deterioration in fuel efficiency can be suppressed more reliably.
According to the vehicle exhaust emission control system of the present invention, it is possible to suppress a decrease in fuel efficiency performance while realizing appropriate regeneration of the particulate filter and ensuring a deceleration feeling.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Hereinafter, a vehicle exhaust purification device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

The
The
The
The driving force of the
The
The

The
The
The
Determining
The requested
When the driver depresses the
On the other hand, when the driver does not depress the
The required
The
A fuel
The fuel
On the other hand, the fuel
Regeneration control (post-injection) is control (injection) for regenerating the
When the regeneration condition is satisfied, the fuel
Next, the fuel
When the regeneration condition is established, the fuel
Here, if all the fuel supplied to the combustion chamber C by the post-injection can be introduced into the
Further, the fuel
When the
When the brake pedal sensor SN7 detects that the
Here, part of the fuel supplied to the combustion chamber C by post-injection as described above is burned within the combustion chamber C. Therefore, when the regeneration control is executed when the fuel cut condition is satisfied, the
In this manner, the
Specifically, the
As described above, if the deceleration regeneration control is performed, an appropriate braking torque can be applied to the
On the other hand, the inventors of the present application have found that when both the regeneration condition and the fuel cut condition are satisfied, once the temperature of the
From the above findings, in the present embodiment, when both the regeneration condition and the fuel cut condition are satisfied, after the deceleration regeneration control is started, if the temperature of the

Next, the processor 100 (requested torque calculation unit 104) calculates the requested engine torque based on the accelerator opening (step S2). As described above, when the fuel cut condition is satisfied, a negative engine torque (requested deceleration engine torque) for realizing the deceleration requested of the
Subsequently, processor 100 (determining unit 101) determines whether or not a reproduction condition is satisfied (step S5). The
When determining that the regeneration condition is not satisfied (when the determination in step S5 is NO), the processor 100 (determination unit 101) determines whether or not the fuel cut condition is satisfied (step S20). The
When it is determined that both the regeneration condition and the fuel cut condition are not satisfied (when the determination in step S20 is NO), the processor 100 (fuel injection control unit 106) performs only normal injection without performing post injection (step S21). On the other hand, when it is determined that the fuel cut condition has been satisfied while the regeneration condition is not satisfied (when the determination in step S20 is YES), the processor 100 (fuel injection control unit 106) performs fuel cut control. Injection of fuel from the injector 9 to the combustion chamber C is stopped (step S22). That is,
After steps S21 and S22, the
The determination flag is a flag that indicates whether or not deceleration regeneration control is to be performed in a state where both the fuel cut condition and the regeneration condition are satisfied. The determination flag is set to 1 when the DPF temperature becomes equal to or higher than the determination temperature after the start of the deceleration regeneration control, and is set to 0 when the conditions other than the DPF temperature condition among the conditions for performing the deceleration regeneration control become non-established. be. Specifically, the determination flag is switched to 0 when at least one of the fuel cut condition, the regeneration condition, and the condition that the battery SOC is less than the determination SOC, as will be described later, does not hold.

Subsequently, the processor 100 (determining unit 101) determines whether or not the fuel cut condition is satisfied (step S7) as in step S20. That is, the
On the other hand, if the determination in step S7 is YES and both the regeneration condition and the fuel cut condition are satisfied, processor 100 (determination unit 101) determines whether the battery SOC calculated in step S5 is less than the determination SOC. (step S8).
If the determination in step S8 is NO and both the regeneration condition and the fuel cut condition are satisfied and the battery SOC is equal to or higher than the determination SOC,
Returning to step S8, when the determination in step S8 is YES, both the regeneration condition and the fuel cut condition are satisfied, and the battery SOC is less than the determination SOC, processor 100 (determination unit 101) sets the determination flag to 0. (step S9).
If the determination in step S9 is NO, both the regeneration condition and the fuel cut condition are satisfied, the battery SOC is less than the determination SOC, and the determination flag is 1, the
On the other hand, if the determination in step S9 is YES, both the regeneration condition and the fuel cut condition are satisfied, the battery SOC is less than the determination SOC, and the determination flag is 0, the
Specifically, processor 100 (regeneration control unit 107) calculates regeneration torque (step S10). As described above,
After step S13, the processor 100 (determination unit 101) determines whether the DPF temperature is equal to or higher than the determination temperature (step S14). That is, the processor 100 (determination unit 101) determines whether or not the DPF temperature has risen to the determination temperature after starting the deceleration regeneration control including the processing of steps S9 to S13. Then, if the determination in step S14 is NO and the DPF temperature is less than the determination temperature and has not risen to the determination temperature,
(action, etc.)
As described above, in the
When both the clutches CL1 and CL2 are engaged and the
Moreover, after starting the deceleration regeneration control, the deceleration regeneration control is stopped (execution is prohibited) when the filter temperature, which is the temperature inside the
Specifically, as described above, once the filter temperature reaches the judgment temperature or higher, soot combustion in the
Further, in the above embodiment, even if both the fuel cut condition and the regeneration condition are satisfied, the deceleration regeneration control is prohibited when the battery SOC is equal to or higher than the determination SOC, and the regeneration control and the power generation amount of the
(Modification)
In the above embodiment, when both the fuel cut condition and the regeneration condition are satisfied, the deceleration regeneration control is started. After that, once the filter temperature rises to the judgment temperature or higher, the fuel cut condition or the regeneration condition is not satisfied regardless of the filter temperature. A case has been described in which the deceleration regeneration control is prohibited until the
Further, in the above embodiment, a case has been described in which deceleration regeneration control is prohibited when the filter temperature once rises above the determination temperature while both the fuel cut condition and the regeneration condition are satisfied. It may be configured such that the deceleration regeneration control is continued even after the filter temperature rises to , while the amount of increase in the post-injection amount and the power generation amount is made smaller than before the filter temperature rises to the determination temperature or higher. It should be noted that even in a configuration in which deceleration regeneration control is always performed when both the fuel cut condition and the regeneration condition are satisfied and the filter temperature is less than the judgment temperature as described above, both the fuel cut condition and the regeneration condition are satisfied. In the case where the filter temperature is equal to or higher than the determination temperature, the implementation of the deceleration regeneration control may be restricted by reducing the amount of increase in the post injection amount and the power generation amount instead of prohibiting the deceleration regeneration control.
In the above embodiment, the deceleration regeneration control is prohibited when the battery SOC is equal to or higher than the determination SOC. However, the deceleration regeneration control may be performed regardless of the battery SOC. That is, the determination in step S8 may be omitted in the above embodiment.
