Abstract

To provide a foldable information communicator that can be opened by using a step that serves as the beginning of peeling-off between opposing surfaces, without a recipient being confused about the opening order or opening location when opening a package.SOLUTION: In a foldable information communicator J1, a unit information communicator sheet consisting of a plurality of leaves connected transversely via fold lines is folded from fold lines 5 and 7 in a bellows shape, and the opposite sides are peelably bonded to each other via a pseudo-adhesive medium. When the number of leaves is odd, either of two leaves positioned outermost after folded is wider than the other leaf, allowing an edge of the leaf positioned outermost after folded to form a step and allowing the step to be used as the beginning of opening to start peeling off. When the number of leaves is even, two leaves positioned outermost after folded are wider than the other leaves, allowing the protruding edges of the two leaves to form an unbonded or weakly bonded space and allowing the space to be used as the beginning of opening to start peeling off.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an information communication device in which a plurality of leaf pieces are folded and detachably integrated. More specifically, it relates to the structure of an unsealing means that serves as a trigger for detachment in an information communication device in which a plurality of leaf pieces are folded and the opposing surfaces are detachably adhered via a pseudo-adhesive medium.

Until now, as means for transmitting a large amount of information such as advertisements, guides, pamphlets, etc., it has been common to fold and enclose and seal a sheet on which various items of communication are printed in an envelope and mail it. Recently, however, it has become possible to omit the time and effort required for enclosing and sealing, and print personal information such as data at the same time as other general information, etc., and fold it into a sealed letter, thereby reducing the enormous costs involved in the aforementioned work. . As such an example, for example, a folding sheet for sealed letter described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-43456 has been proposed.

The folded letter sheet described in the above-mentioned cited document describes all the personal information of one person including the addressee on one sheet to complete the folded letter. Therefore, the information of others is not mistakenly mixed. It also has the advantage of saving the trouble of enclosing and sealing because it automatically becomes a sealed letter when folded. However, special processing of the protruding sealing piece, adhesive application processing for sealing, cutting perforation processing to tear off the adhesive piece when opening, coating of peeling agent so that the adhesive part can be easily peeled off, and two perforations It requires complicated and time-consuming special processing such as unsealing means, and it is relatively expensive despite the advantages mentioned above.

In addition, since the folded letter sheet in the above cited document is simply a folded leaflet with a large area, when the recipient opens it and unfolds it on a flat surface, there is an ordinary newspaper folded leaflet with a random layout. is the same as when the is expanded. In other words, it is not as effective as a leaflet insert, and is decisively lacking in appealing effect and impact to recipients.

In view of the above problems, the folding information communication body of the present invention describes information on one sheet and finishes it as a folding letter. In addition, accidents such as erroneous enclosing and misdelivery of other people's information do not occur, and troublesome and costly labor such as enclosing and sealing is eliminated. To provide a foldable information communication body which can be unsealed by making use of a difference in level serving as a trigger of peeling between opposing surfaces when unsealing, while increasing interest and enhancing an appealing effect without giving. .

In order to achieve the above object, the folded information communication body of the present invention folds a unit information communication body sheet, in which a plurality of leaf pieces are connected in the horizontal direction via the folding line, into a bellows shape along the folding line, and folds the facing surfaces together. is detachably adhered via a pseudo-adhesive medium, in the case where the number of leaf pieces is an odd number, the width of one of the two outermost leaf pieces after folding is wider than the width of the other leaf piece. , After folding, a step is formed at the edge of the leaf located on the outermost side, and peeling can be started using the step as a starting point for opening, and when the number of leaf pieces is an even number, it is located on the outermost side after folding. It is possible to form an unbonded or weakly bonded space at the protruding edges of the two leaf pieces after folding, and to start peeling using the space as the beginning of opening. It is characterized by

As for the paper used for the folding information communication body of the present invention, synthetic paper, non-woven fabric, resin film sheet, etc. can be preferably used in addition to ordinary paper such as high-quality paper, matte paper, coated paper, and the like.
Pseudo-adhesion media used for quasi-adhesion for releasably adhering folded opposing surfaces will be described below. Pseudo-adhesion methods are roughly classified into the following three types depending on the difference in quasi-adhesion media.
1. A pseudo-adhesive UV varnish is applied to the surface of the sheet to be pseudo-adhesive after the post-adhesive printing to form a pseudo-adhesive film. Then, when the pseudo-adhesive coatings are opposed to each other and pressurized or heated and pressurized, they are adhered in a detachable manner. Some apply an emulsion-type pseudo-adhesive adhesive (adhesive).
2. The quasi-adhesive medium containing natural rubber or synthetic rubber as the main component is applied and impregnated onto the quasi-adhesive surface of the paper before printing by the glue-first method. After drying, printing is performed, and then the surfaces to be quasi-adhered are opposed to each other and pressurized to adhere releasably. Papers so produced are referred to in the industry as crimped papers.
3. Coat (laminate) a pseudo-adhesive film sheet on the pseudo-adhesive surface of paper after film printing, fold the pseudo-adhesive film sheets so that they face each other, and pressurize or heat/pressurize. When applied, it adheres releasably. In the film method, as described above, the opposing pseudo-adhesion surfaces are pre-coated, then folded and adhered so that they can be peeled off. There are two types of sandwiching methods, in which the laminated film is sandwiched and the paper and film are adhered and releasably integrated.

The folding information communication body of the present invention is a folding information communication body sheet in which a plurality of odd or even leaf pieces are connected in the horizontal direction via folding lines, and the width of the outermost leaf piece is designed to be wider than the width of the other leaf pieces. Thus, when the number of leaf pieces is odd, the outermost wide leaf piece forms a step along the opening, and when the number is even, the outermost wide leaf piece forms a space along the opening. This makes it extremely easy to unseal the well-adhered information communication body during mailing or transportation. As described above, the folding information communication body having the above configuration is sequentially folded in a bellows shape so that the outermost leaf piece forms a step or space. Finally, it is folded into a rectangular envelope, A4 or B5 size, and transported as a sealed letter, a postal item called a mail service, or a delivery item.

In the folding information communication body of the present invention, one sheet is finished in the form of a folded letter, so information leakage (mixing of other people's information, etc.) that occurs when a plurality of separate sheets on which personal information is written is enclosed and sealed. serious accidents do not occur.

In addition, there is no need for complex, time-consuming and costly operations such as formation of a flap part for sealing, spot-like adhesive media, or sewing for opening. Since it can be integrated in a detachable manner just by applying it, it is possible to significantly reduce the total cost.

In addition, the recipient can easily perform the first peeling operation, and once the package is opened, steps due to the remaining folded leaf pieces appear one after another due to the bellows-like folding mode, so that the recipient does not have to worry about the appearing steps. can be used as a starting point for peeling.

Furthermore, since it is folded in a simple bellows shape rather than in other folding forms such as roll folding and double folding, there is no inconvenience in handling due to the crease when it is unfolded in a flat state, and the formation place of the pseudo adhesive medium is technically difficult. There are no fine spotting areas that require precision.

In addition, each time a group of leaflets folded in a bellows shape is opened, a story can be developed in order, and the recipient will expect the story to be developed on the next opening, which will increase appeal and exhilaration. It is given and the willingness to purchase improves.

The present invention will be explained below in an easy-to-understand manner with reference to the drawings.
As the pseudo-adhesive medium used in the examples described later, a pseudo-adhesive film sheet of the all-surface attachment type, which is easy to handle, is used. The pseudo-adhesive film sheet is configured by forming a known heat-sensitive adhesive layer with a thickness of 10 to 20 μm on one side of a base material such as polyethylene terephthalate or biaxially oriented polypropylene with a thickness of 10 to 20 μm, and leaving the layer. A thermal laminate having an ultra-thin pseudo-adhesive layer formed on the other side can be preferably used, but a dry laminate omitting the heat-sensitive adhesive layer may also be used.

The configuration of the leaf pieces of the foldable information communication device of the present invention is such that when the number of leaf pieces is even, the width of the two exposed leaf pieces is wider than the other leaf pieces, and when folded into a bellows shape, one edge of the two exposed leaf pieces is widened. , protrudes from the narrower leaf piece that is inwardly of the two leaf pieces. The protruding portions form the same edges between the leaf pieces that are exposed, but due to the thickness of the enclosed leaf pieces, the edge portions cannot be brought into sufficient contact with each other in terms of processing. Therefore, unlike the other enclosed leaf pieces, they are not sufficiently adhered to each other and are not adhered or weakly adhered.

When the number of leaf discs is an odd number, the width of one of the two exposed leaf discs is wider than that of the other leaf discs, and when folded into a bellows shape, one edge of the exposed leaf disc protrudes from the other leaf disc. become a state. Since the protruding portion forms a step, it is possible to unseal and develop the package using the step as a trigger for peeling.

[Folding Information Communication Body J1]
1(A), (B) and FIGS. 4(A), (B) are front and rear views and a perspective view of a folding information communication body J1 of this embodiment.
The folding information communication body J1 is manufactured from the folding information communication body sheet S1 shown in FIGS. 2(A) and 2(B). The hatched lines in the drawing indicate the area covered with the pseudo-adhesive film sheet G. As shown in FIG.
The folding information communication body sheet S1 may be continuous paper or cut out from a single sheet, and generally the folding information communication body paper printed on the various types of paper is covered with a pseudo-adhesive film sheet G. Later, by cutting off the surrounding margins, it is cut out as a single folding information communication body sheet S1.

As shown in FIGS. 2(A) and 2(B) , the folding information communication body sheet S1 described above has the first leaf piece 1, the second leaf piece 2, the third leaf piece 3 and the fourth leaf piece 4 at the folding lines 5, 6 and 4. 7 are laterally connected. The relationship of the width of each leaf piece is 1st leaf piece 1 = 4th leaf piece 4 > 2nd leaf piece 2 = 3rd leaf piece 3 . Except for the surface of the first leaf piece 1, the surface of the other three leaf pieces and the entire back surface of the other leaf pieces except the back surface of the fourth leaf piece 4 are covered with the pseudo-adhesive film sheet G.

Then, each leaf piece is folded into a bellows shape as shown in FIG. be At this time, the wide edges of the first leaf piece 1 and the fourth leaf piece 4, which are used for opening, protrude from the other leaf pieces. Pressure treatment is applied, but the edges of the protruding portions of the two leaf pieces cannot be sufficiently contacted due to the thickness of the other leaf pieces contained therein, and it is difficult to apply pressure. It will be in a state where it can be easily peeled off.

The recipient of this folded information communication body J1 picks up either edge of the first leaf piece 1 or the fourth leaf piece 4, which protrudes and is hardly adhered, and starts peeling off the second leaf piece 2 or the third leaf piece 3. . Then, the steps appearing after that can be used as a starting point for peeling, and the layers can be peeled off in order, and finally developed into a planar state shown in FIG. In this way, the information written on the inner surface can be confirmed through the covered pseudo-adhesive film sheet G.

[Folding Information Communication Body J2]
5(A), (B) and FIGS. 8(A), (B) are front and rear views and a perspective view of the folding information communication body J2.
The folding information communication body J2 is manufactured from the folding information communication body sheet S2 shown in FIGS. 6(A) and (B). Note that the oblique lines in the drawing indicate the covered area of the pseudo-adhesive film sheet G. As shown in FIG. The folding information communication body sheet S2 may be continuous paper or cut out from a single sheet, and generally the folding information communication body paper printed on the various types of paper is covered with a pseudo-adhesive film sheet G. Later, by cutting off the surrounding margins, it is cut out as a single folding information communication body sheet S2.

As shown in FIGS. 6(A) and 6(B), the folded information communication body sheet S2 described above has the first leaf piece 11, the second leaf piece 12, the third leaf piece 13, the fourth leaf piece 14 and the fifth leaf piece 15 folded. They are laterally connected via lines 16 , 17 , 18 and 19 . The relationship of the width of each leaf piece is: first leaf piece 11>second leaf piece 12=third leaf piece 13=fourth leaf piece 14=fifth leaf piece 15. The pseudo-adhesive film sheet G covers the entire surface of the four leaf pieces except the surface of the first leaf piece 11 and the entire back surface of the four leaf pieces except the back surface of the fifth leaf piece 15 .

Then, each leaf piece is folded into a bellows shape as shown in FIG. 7 from each folding line (folding means such as a folding sewing machine or a folding line may be formed) via the adjacent leaf pieces and the pseudo-adhesive film sheet G. be At this time, the edge of the first leaf piece 11 having a large width protrudes from the other leaf pieces, and the pseudo-adhesive film sheet G is subjected to pressure or heat/pressure treatment, which is an adhesion condition that allows peeling of the pseudo-adhesive film sheet.

The recipient of the folded information communication body J2 picks up the protruding edge of the first leaf piece 11 and starts peeling it off from the second leaf piece 12 . Then, the steps appearing after that can be used as the beginning of peeling, and the layers can be peeled off one by one, and finally developed into a planar state shown in FIG. By doing so, the information written on the inner surface can be confirmed through the pseudo-adhesive film sheet G covered.

It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments.
For example, in the embodiment, the cases of 4 leaflets and 5 leaflets are explained, but even if the number of leaflets is more than that, the folding mode is determined by the difference between the even number and the odd number, so it can be handled in the same way. That is, when the number of leaflets is even, two leaflets are exposed, and one edge protrudes from the other leaflet that is sandwiched between the opposing surfaces, and when the number of leaflets is odd, one leaflet is exposed. It becomes a form in which the edge of the is protruded.
Also, the pseudo-adhesive medium is not limited, and any of the pre-adhesive method, the post-adhesive method, and the film method may be adopted.
Furthermore, for the purpose of improving the appealing effect of DM, words or marks may be added to determine the peeling order of each leaf.
