Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 電気外科器具(16)に高周波交流電圧を出力するように構成された電気外科発電機であって、
前記電気外科器具(16)の接続のための出力部(14)に出力ライン(4)を介して印加される高周波交流電圧を発生させる高電圧用のインバータ(3)と、
前記出力部(14)に接続された前記電気外科器具(16)のための漏れ電流検出装置(6)と、を備え、
前記漏れ電流検出装置(6)は、電圧測定装置(7)と非対称検出器(8)とを備え、
前記電圧測定装置(7)は、該電圧測定装置(7)の入力部によって、前記出力ライン(4)のアクティブライン(41)及びニュートラルライン(42)に対して容量結合部(71,72)を介してそれぞれ接続され、
前記電圧測定装置(7)は、所定の固定比率を有するバイポーラの分圧器(73)を備え、
前記電圧測定装置(7)は、前記容量結合部が適用される上側接続部(78)及び下側接続部(79)と、中央タップ(77)とを備え、
前記非対称検出器(8)は、前記上側接続部(78)と前記中央タップ(77)との間の上側電圧を、前記下側接続部(79)と前記中央タップ(77)との間の下側電圧と比較し、前記下側電圧に対する前記上側電圧の比率が前記所定の固定比率からずれている場合、漏れ電流のための障害信号を出力するように構成されている、電気外科発電機。 - 前記非対称検出器(8)は、最小閾値(85’)を有し、該最小閾値未満では前記障害信号が出力されない、請求項1に記載の電気外科発電機。
- 前記最小閾値(85’)は、好ましくは、前記電気外科発電機(1)の動作モード及び/又は前記電気外科器具(16)に応じて、調整可能である、請求項2に記載の電気外科発電機。
- アクティブ電極とニュートラル電極とで、異なる前記最小閾値(85’)が提供される、請求項2または請求項3に記載の電気外科発電機。
- 前記最小閾値(85’)は、好ましくは、前記電気外科器具に割り当てられて前記最小閾値(85’)のための値が記憶されるメモリにおいて、器具依存的に規定されている、請求項3または請求項4に記載の電気外科発電機。
- 前記非対称検出器(8)には、漏れ電流のための極性検出器(87)が設けられている、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科発電機。
- 前記極性検出器(87)は、アクティブ電極またはニュートラル電極に漏れ電流が生じているかどうかを知らせるように、ディスプレイ装置(89,89’)と交信する、請求項6に記載の電気外科発電機。
- 前記非対称検出器(8)は、2つの入力部を有する比較器(83)を備え、前記2つの入力部のうち、一方の入力部に前記上側接続部(78)が接続され、他方の入力部に前記下側接続部(79)が接続されている、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科発電機。
- 前記比較器(83)は、好ましくは演算増幅器によって、アナログ技術を用いて構成されている、請求項8に記載の電気外科発電機。
- 前記非対称検出器(8)は、下流側に接続された閾値切換部、特にシュミットトリガ(85)を備えた差算出部(88)として構成されている、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科発電機。
- 前記非対称検出器(8)は、ADコンバータ(84,84’)を有する、請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科発電機。
- 前記ADコンバータ(84,84’)は、前記非対称検出器(8)の入力側に配置されている、請求項11に記載の電気外科発電機。
- 前記容量結合部(71,72)は、前記分圧器(73)に比べて、好ましくは少なくとも100倍だけ、特に少なくとも1000倍だけ高インピーダンスにあり、好ましくは、前記分圧器(73)は高電圧にさらされないように配置されている、請求項1から請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科発電機。
- 前記分圧器(73)は容量性である、請求項1から請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科発電機。
- 前記中央タップ(77)は、固定電位、好ましくは接地電位に接続されている、請求項1から請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科発電機。
- 前記漏れ電流検出装置(6)は、電流の大きさ、特に漏れ電流の大きさを特定するための装置(80)と交信する、請求項1から請求項15のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科発電機。
- 前記分圧器(73)は、対称分圧器である、請求項1から請求項16のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科発電機。
