The present invention relates to a fence in which a fence body is attached to a fence.

BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, barricades and gate-type protective fences have been used to separate passages for vehicles and pedestrians on roads and to prevent pedestrians from approaching facilities in factories and warehouses. A form is known in which a fence body is fixed using a horizontal beam member such as a protective fence.

For example, in Patent Document 1, a fence body is fixed to the barricade by using a horizontal single pipe of the barricade, or a reinforcing single pipe or the like is fixed to the fence body installed side by side, and the fence body A fence fixture is disclosed that can be easily reinforced in an installed state.

Further, Patent Document 2 discloses a detachable safety fence that can be installed from one side of the fence installation side to an existing fence or a pillar or beam of an automated warehouse or the like.

特開2003-293333号公報Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2003-293333 特開2011-001699号公報JP 2011-001699 A

By the way, as an existing fence, a gate-shaped protective fence can be mentioned. This type of protective fence is arranged in an inverted U shape by bending a steel pipe into a U shape and burying it in the installation surfaces at both ends of the U shape. Furthermore, in order to reinforce the protective fence, another small-diameter steel pipe is installed between the steel pipes on both sides, so that two levels of horizontal members are arranged in many cases. Moreover, this kind of guard fence is often used in a form in which a plurality of guard fences are arranged along the lateral direction.

When a fence body is attached to such a protective fence, mounting metal fittings are arranged on the upper and lower horizontal members, respectively, and these mounting metal fittings are used to fix the fence posts in the vertical direction. Furthermore, the fence body can be fixed between fence posts fixed at different positions of the same guardrail or fence posts fixed to other adjacent guardrails.

The lower cross member may be located in the same plane between the steel pipes on both sides, or it may be located on one side, which is the front or rear side of the steel pipe. Depending on the situation at the installation site, the fence body may be attached to the front side of the protective fence or to the rear side. As a result, three patterns are generated.

If the mounting metal fittings for the horizontal members and the fence posts are configured so that their lengths can be adjusted, even if there are three patterns of the above-mentioned positional relationship, one type of mounting metal fittings can be used for each of the upper and lower sides. During installation work, it is necessary to adjust the length each time, and if the length is adjustable, it is necessary to secure a predetermined length, so adjustment for arranging the fence posts in the vertical direction is required each time, and in addition to the workability, there is a risk that problems will occur in terms of appearance.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to solve the above problems and to provide a fence in which a fence body can be fixed via fence posts fixed to the fence while reducing the number of types of mounting members.

Further, in this embodiment, a middle horizontal member 14 having the same diameter as the lower horizontal member 13 is installed between the upper horizontal member 12 and the lower horizontal member 13 . In this embodiment, the lower horizontal member 13 and the middle horizontal member 14 are fixed at the left and right end portions to the front-rear center portions of the left and right fence posts 11 by welding.

Next, the relationship between the fence support 40 to which the fence body 50 is fixed and the fence 10 will be described in detail. The fence posts 40 are fixed to the fence 10 while being arranged in the vertical direction. In this embodiment, the fence post 40 is a steel pipe having a rectangular cross section, and the fence body 50 is arranged on the front side, and the upper horizontal member 12 and the lower horizontal member 13 of the fence 10 are arranged on the rear side.

3 is an enlarged view of the vicinity of the upper mounting member 20 of FIG. 2, FIG. 4 is a sectional view along line BB of FIG. 3, and FIG. 5 is an explanatory view of the upper mounting member 20 of FIG. The upper attachment member 20 attaches the vertical middle part of the fence post 40 to the upper horizontal member 12 of the fence 10, and in this embodiment, the post fitting part 21 fitted to the fence post 40 and the upper A fence fitting portion 22 that fits with the horizontal member 12 is provided.

The post fitting portion 22 is formed in a U-shaped cross section having a vertical plate portion 23 and a pair of bent portions 24 and 25 obtained by bending both ends in the width direction forward, and is open forward. , and the bent portions 24 and 25 are arranged with an interval that is approximately the same as or slightly larger than the lateral dimension of the fence post 40 .

The bent portions 24 and 25 have through holes 24a and 25a in the left-right direction, which is the thickness direction. The fence post 40 has a pair of left and right through holes 41 and 42 penetrating in the left and right direction in both left and right side portions thereof. When fixing the upper mounting member 20 to the fence post 40, the fence post 40 is moved inside the U-shaped portion of the post fitting portion 21, and penetrates through the through holes 25a, 42, 41, and 24a in this order. The nut member 71 may be tightened from the screw tip side through the bolt member 61 so as to do so. In this embodiment, since the through-holes 41 and 42 of the fence post 40 are formed in a plurality at intervals in the vertical direction, the fixed height position of the post fitting portion 21 with respect to the fence post 40 can be adjusted. can. In this embodiment, since the rear surface side of the fence post 40 is in contact with the vertical plate-shaped portion 23 formed on the flat plate, the fence post 40 can be easily arranged in the vertical direction.

The fence fitting portion 22 is formed by extending the vertical plate-shaped portion 23 upward and folding back halfway to form an inverted U-shaped longitudinal section. It has a vertical plate-like portion 23 folded back into a semicircular shape and a rear plate-like portion 26 which is arranged with a gap that is approximately the same as or slightly larger than the longitudinal dimension of the upper horizontal member 12 in the longitudinal direction.

When fixing the upper mounting member 20 to the upper horizontal member 12, the upper mounting member 20 is arranged above the upper horizontal member 12, and the upper horizontal member 12 is positioned between the vertical plate-shaped portion 23 and the rear plate-shaped portion 26. The fence fitting portion 22 may be moved to a state where it is fitted to the upper horizontal member 12 .

The lower ends of the vertical plate-shaped portion 23 and the rear plate-shaped portion 26 are located below the lower ends of the upper horizontal members 12 when the fence fitting portion 22 is fitted to the upper horizontal member 12 . A through hole 26a is formed at the lower end of the rear plate-shaped portion 26, and a screw hole 23a is formed at the lower end of the vertical plate-shaped portion 23, respectively. Further, in a state where the upper mounting member 20 is fixed to the fence post 40, a through hole 43 is formed in the rear surface portion of the fence post 40 corresponding to the position of the screw hole 23a. The upper horizontal member 12 is fastened between the vertical plate-shaped portion 23 and the rear plate-shaped portion 26 by screwing the bolt member 62 so as to pass through the through hole 43 via the screw hole 23a from the through hole 26a. In this embodiment, the threaded hole 23a is burred to protrude forward, and the protruding portion can also be placed in the through hole 43. It can be brought into contact with the front side of 23 .

Thereby, the fence post 40 can be fixed to the upper horizontal member 12 via the upper mounting member 20 .

Next, the lower attachment member 30 will be described. 6 is an enlarged view of the vicinity of the lower mounting member 30 of FIG. 2, FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view taken along line CC of FIG. 6, and FIG. 8 is an explanatory view of the lower mounting member 30 of FIG. The lower mounting member 30 is for mounting the lower end of the fence post 40 to the lower horizontal member 13 of the fence 10, and is a pair of vertical plate portions 31 fixed on both left and right sides with the fence post 40 therebetween. , 32 and a connection plate portion 33 connecting them. Furthermore, the lower horizontal member 13 of the fence is fixed via the vertical plate portions 31 and 32 . In this embodiment, the plate material is bent to form a U-shaped cross section, but it is also possible to form each member separately and connect them by welding or the like.

Through holes 31a and 32a are formed in front end portions of the vertical plate portions 31 and 32 so as to penetrate in the left-right direction. Further, through holes 44 and 45 penetrating in the left-right direction are formed in the fence post 40 at positions where the vertical plate portions 31 and 32 are fixed. When fixing the lower mounting member 30 to the fence post 40, the fence post 40 is moved between the vertical plate portions 31 and 32, and bolts are inserted so as to pass through the through holes 32a, 45, 44, and 31a in order. The nut member 72 may be fastened through the member 63 .

Since the through-holes 44 and 45 are formed vertically along the vertical direction of the fence support 40, the height position of the through-hole bolt member 61 can be arbitrarily changed. This facilitates adjustment of the mounting positions of the vertical plate portions 31 and 32 . That is, when the fence 100 according to the present invention is newly installed including the fence 10, the distance between the upper horizontal member 12 and the lower horizontal member 13 is constant, but the fence post 40 and the fence body are attached to the existing fence 10. When the fence 100 according to the present invention is formed by attaching 50, the distance between the upper horizontal member 12 and the lower horizontal member 13 varies. Here, if the through holes 41 and 42 used for fixing the upper mounting member 20 to the fence post 40 are also formed vertically long, the degree of freedom in adjusting the mounting position is increased compared to the present embodiment. After that, the weight of the fence post 40 and the fence body 50 may cause the fence post 40 to shift downward. Therefore, a plurality of through-holes 41 and 42 corresponding to the upper mounting member 20 are formed at intervals in the vertical direction, and through-holes 44 and 45 corresponding to the lower mounting member 30 are formed vertically long to provide a fence structure. It is possible to prevent the downward displacement of the fence post 40 due to its own weight after installation while allowing the mounting position of the post 40 to be adjusted.

The vertical plate portions 31 and 32 are provided with notch portions 34 and 35 which are formed upward from the lower ends thereof and in which the lower horizontal member 13 can be arranged. The notches 34 and 35 have first notches 34a and 35a, second notches 34b and 35b, and third notches 34c and 35c. The second cutouts 34b, 35b in which the material 13 is arranged will be described. The positions of the second cutouts 34b and 35b are formed at intermediate portions of the cutouts 34 and 35 in the front-rear direction. In this embodiment, the shape of the upper ends of the second cutouts 34b and 35b is formed in a semicircular shape in accordance with the circular cross-sectional shape of the lower horizontal member 13. As shown in FIG.

The positions of the second cutouts 34b and 35b in the front-rear direction are set so that when the fence support 40 is attached to the fence 10 via the above-described upper mounting member 20, the fence support 40 is arranged in the vertical direction. The horizontal member 13 is located at the upper end of the second notch 34b, 35b.

If the lower horizontal members 13 are arranged in the second notches 34b and 35b, it is possible to temporarily fix the fence posts 40 to the fence 10 together with the upper mounting members 20. The horizontal member 13 may move within the second notches 34b, 35b, causing the fence post 40 to tilt obliquely. Therefore, in this embodiment, the connection plate portion 33 of the lower mounting member 30 is formed with a threaded hole 33a penetrating in the front-rear direction. , the lower horizontal member 13 is brought into contact with the edges of the second notches 34b, 35b at the tip of the bolt to be fixed.

Thereby, the lower mounting member 30 can be firmly fixed to the lower horizontal member 13 . Since the movement of the lower horizontal members 13 arranged in the second cutouts 34b, 35b is suppressed, the inclination of the fence posts 40 is suppressed and the state in which they are arranged in the vertical direction can be maintained. .

The fence body 50 is attached between the fence posts 40 . In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the fence body 50 uses a so-called mesh fence in which a large number of vertical members and horizontal members are arranged in a lattice. 40 is fixed to the front side.

In this embodiment, one fence post 40 is fixed to each of two fences 10 arranged in the horizontal direction, and one fence body 50 is fixed to the two fence posts 40. Further, by arranging a plurality of pairs of fences 10 to which the fence bodies 50 are attached in the left-right direction, the fence bodies 50 can be continuously arranged in the left-right direction. In other words, the fence body 50 may be composed of one fence body 50 as in the present embodiment, or may be arranged in a plurality in the left-right direction.

Thereby, for example, the fence body 50 can be retrofitted to the existing fence 10 . Moreover, by using the upper mounting member 20 and the lower mounting member 30, the fence post 40 can be firmly fixed to the fence 10, and construction is easy.

9 is a side view showing a second embodiment of the fence 100 according to the present invention, FIG. 10 is an enlarged side view of the vicinity of the upper mounting member 20 of FIG. 9, FIG. 10 is an explanatory diagram of the upper mounting member 20 of FIG. 10, FIG. 13 is an enlarged side view of the vicinity of the lower mounting member 30 of FIG. 9, and FIG. 14 is a cross-sectional view of FIG. The fence according to this embodiment is different from the fence 100 shown in FIGS. and the fixing position of the lower horizontal member 13 on the lower mounting member 30 are different. Therefore, the points different from the fence 100 shown in FIGS. 1 to 8 will be mainly described, and the same constituent elements as those already described are given the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted.

In the fence 10 according to this embodiment, since the position of the lower horizontal member 13 is arranged on the front side of the fence support 11, the lower horizontal member 13 is larger than the upper horizontal member 12 in the longitudinal dimension of the lower horizontal member 13. Minutes are in a prominent state. Therefore, if the fence post 40 is arranged vertically with the upper horizontal member 12 as a reference, it interferes with the lower horizontal member 13 . In the present embodiment, the fence posts 40 are arranged in the vertical direction with the lower horizontal member 13 as a reference, and the structure is such that the clearance between the upper horizontal member 12 and the fence post 40 is absorbed.

Specifically, compared with the upper mounting member 20 shown in FIG. 5, the upper mounting member 20 according to the present embodiment has the bent portions 24 and 25 extending forward, and accordingly, the bent portions 24 and 25 extend forward. The positions of the holes 24a and 25a in the front-rear direction are also arranged on the front side. The vertical plate portion 23 has protruding portions 23b and 23c that protrude forward from the vertical intermediate portion and the lower end portion, and the upper mounting member 20 is fixed to the fence post 40 by the bolt member 62. When doing so, a gap is generated between the rear surface of the fence post 40 and the vertical plate-shaped portion 23, but the fence post 40 can be brought into contact with the projecting tip sides of the projecting portions 23b and 23c. Thereby, the fence post 40 can be firmly fixed.

The lower mounting member 30 mounts the fence support 40 and the fence 10 via the upper mounting member 20 according to the present embodiment, and the lower horizontal member 13 can be arranged in a state in which the fence support 40 is arranged in the vertical direction. First cutouts 34a and 34a are formed on the front side of the second cutouts 34b and 35b.

Since the lower horizontal member 13 according to the present embodiment is positioned so as not to overlap with the lower horizontal member 13 shown in FIG. The cutouts 34a, 35a can be formed at different positions of the vertical plate portions 31, 32 than the second cutouts 34b, 35b. Since the lower mounting members 30 fixed to the fence posts 40 are positioned relatively forward, the lower mounting members 30 fixed to the fence posts 40 are also positioned relatively forward. The rear sides of the cutouts 34a and 35a partially overlap the front sides of the second cutouts 34b and 35b.

The lower horizontal member 13 shown in FIG. 2 is abutted and fixed from the top of the second cutouts 34b, 35b to the front edge. If the cutouts 34b and 35b have the same height dimension, the edges from the tops of the second cutouts 34b and 35b to the front side cannot be formed with a sufficient length. The upper ends of 34b and 35b are located above the upper ends of the first notches 34a and 35a. As a result, the edges of the first cutouts 34a, 35a and the second cutouts 34b, 35b from the top to the front side are formed in a stepped manner, so that the second cutouts 34b, 35b are provided with a lower horizontal member. can be fixed.

The connection plate portion 33 includes screw holes 33a formed at positions corresponding to the second cutouts 34b and 35b, and screw holes 33a at positions corresponding to the first cutouts 34a and 35a and below the screw holes 33a. It has a threaded hole 33b formed on the side. The bolt member 64 is screwed into the lower horizontal member 13 from the screw hole 33b, and the lower horizontal member 13 is fixed by contacting the front edges of the first notches 34a and 35a with the tip of the bolt. ing.

As a result, even when the lower horizontal member 13 is arranged in the same plane as the fence support 11 or arranged on the front side of the fence support 11, the common lower mounting member 30 can be used. By using this, it becomes possible to firmly fix the lower mounting member 30 to the lower horizontal member 13 .

15 is a side view showing a third embodiment of the fence 100 according to the present invention, FIG. 16 is an enlarged side view of the vicinity of the lower mounting member 30 of FIG. 15, and FIG. 17 is a cross-sectional view taken along line FF of FIG. . The fence 100 according to this embodiment is different from the fence 100 shown in FIGS. The fixing position of the lower cross member 13 on the member 30 is different. Therefore, the points different from the fence 100 shown in FIGS. 1 to 8 will be mainly described, and the same constituent elements as those already described are given the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted.

In the fence 100 of this embodiment, the lower horizontal member 13 is arranged on the rear side of the fence post 11, and the fence post 40 is mounted using the upper mounting member 20 shown in FIG. Since the upper mounting member 20 according to the present embodiment can be fixed to the upper horizontal member 12 at any time, the description of the upper mounting member 20 is omitted.

In the lower mounting member 30, the vertical plate portions 31 and 32 fix the fence support 40 to the upper horizontal member 12 via the upper mounting member 20 according to the present embodiment, and arrange the fence support 40 in the vertical direction. , and third cutouts 34c and 35c formed behind the second cutouts 34b and 35b at positions where the lower horizontal member 13 can be arranged.

Since the lower horizontal member 13 according to the present embodiment is positioned so as not to overlap the lower horizontal member 13 shown in FIG. can be formed on the rear side different from the second cutouts 34b and 35b, and the third cutouts 34c and 35c can be formed without overlapping the second cutouts 34b and 35b. .

The upper ends of the third cutouts 34c and 35c are formed to match the height positions of the upper ends of the first cutouts 34a and 35a. A bolt member 61 is screwed into the lower horizontal member 13 from the screw hole 33b, and the lower horizontal member 13 is fixed by contacting the edges of the third notches 34c and 35c with the tip of the bolt.

As a result, even when the lower horizontal member 13 is arranged in the same plane as the fence support 11, and even when it is arranged on the front side or the rear side of the fence support 11, a common lower mounting structure is provided. The member 30 can be used to securely fix the lower mounting member 30 to the lower cross member 13 .

Here, in the fence 100 according to the present invention, the side to which the fence support 40 is fixed to the fence 10 has been described as the front side, but the front-rear direction is a relative position. That is, when the fence post 40 is fixed from the rear side in the fence 10 shown in the first embodiment, the form is substantially the same as that of the third embodiment.

The fence 100 according to the present invention comprises fence posts 11 erected on an installation surface and arranged at intervals in the left and right, upper horizontal members 12 erected on the upper parts of the fence posts 11, and upper horizontal members 12. Below the fence post 11, the fence 10 having the lower horizontal member 13 installed on the front side, the rear side of the fence post 11, or in the same plane as the fence post 11, and the upper horizontal member 12 An upper mounting member 20, a lower mounting member 30 attached to the lower horizontal member 13, a fence support 40 fixed to the upper mounting member 20 and the lower mounting member 30 and arranged in the vertical direction, and fixed to the fence support 40. A fence 100 comprising:
The lower mounting member 30 has a pair of vertical plate portions 31 and 32 fixed on both left and right sides with the fence post 40 therebetween. Cutouts 34 and 35 are provided in which the lower horizontal member 13 can be arranged, and the cutouts 34 and 35 correspond to the installation position of the lower horizontal member 13, and the lower horizontal member 13 is arranged on the front side of the fence support 11. , the first notches 34a, 35a in which the lower horizontal member 13 is arranged, and the lower horizontal member 13 are arranged in the same plane as the fence support 11, or The second cutouts 34b, 35b and the third cutouts 34c, 35c in which the lower horizontal member 13 is arranged when it is arranged on the rear side of the column 11 are provided at different positions. It is characterized by

As a result, even if the lower horizontal member 13 of the fence 10 is arranged in the same plane as the fence support 11, it is common even if it is arranged on the front side or the rear side of the fence support 11. It is possible to firmly fix the lower mounting member 30 to the lower horizontal member 13 by using the lower mounting member 30 of .

In the fence 100 according to the present invention, the vertical plate portions 31 and 32 of the lower mounting member 30 and the fence post 40 have through holes 31a, 32a, 44, and 45 passing through in the left-right direction, respectively. The vertical plate portion 31 is fixed to the fence post 40 via the bolt member 63 inserted through the holes 32a, 44, and 45, and the through holes 44 and 45 of the fence post 40 are long holes elongated in the vertical direction. may be

As a result, the height position of the lower mounting member 30 with respect to the fence post 40 can be arbitrarily changed, so that the height position of the lower mounting member 30 can be easily adjusted according to the height of the lower horizontal member 13. .

According to the present invention, in the fence, since the fence body can be attached via the fence post fixed to the fence, the fence body can be used not only for newly installed fences but also for existing fences. A fence body can be attached via a support.
