Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention This invention relates to a vehicle interior member, and more particularly to a vehicle interior member provided with a heating device.
2. Description of the Related Art In general, various automobiles such as passenger cars are provided with a console box as a vehicle interior member between the front seats (driver's seat and front passenger's seat) to store personal items in a detachable manner. This console box consists of a console body, which is a main body in which an article storage section for storing various articles is defined, and an opening/closing member that is supported by a support mechanism on the rear upper part of the main body and opens and closes an upper opening of the article storage section. a lid member; Since such a console box is located on the side of the front seat, it is often installed by adjusting the upper surface of the lid member to a suitable height for use as an armrest ( For example, Patent Document 1).
By the way, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, there is a heating device for cold weather in which a nichrome wire heater is built in the cover member or the handle of the console box so as to directly warm the fingers of the driver. However, since such a heating device is inferior in its shape-following property, there is a problem that the place where the heating device is installed is limited. In addition, many automobiles are equipped with an air conditioner such as an air conditioner as a heating device, and are configured to keep the passenger compartment at an appropriate temperature in cold weather. However, such air conditioners and heaters such as nichrome wire heaters consume a large amount of power. For this reason, in a conventional vehicle that uses an internal combustion engine (engine) that obtains power by burning fuel such as gasoline as a power source, such a heating system can be used without problems, but electric vehicles Automobiles such as electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles that use an electric motor alone or in combination as a power source have a limited amount of electric power that can be used for a heating system, and there is a possibility that its use will be restricted.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention has been proposed in view of the above-mentioned problems inherent in the prior art, and has been proposed to preferably solve the problems. An object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle interior member.
In order to solve the above problems and achieve the intended purpose, the first invention is
A vehicle interior member configured to cover the surface of a foam having cushioning properties with a skin material,
a flexible base sheet having insulating properties;
a plurality of mutually separated wiring patterns formed on the base sheet and connected to a power supply;
a heat generating portion having PTC characteristics formed on the base sheet so as to connect the plurality of wiring patterns;
is provided between the foam and the skin material.
In this way, by providing a film heating element with a wiring pattern and a heat generating portion on a flexible base sheet as a heating device between the foam and the skin material, the deformation of the foam can be followed. The film heating element can be easily deformed, and heating can be effectively performed while maintaining a good feeling of use. In other words, the heating device can be preferably installed even on a vehicle interior member requiring cushioning properties for which it has been difficult to install a heating device in the past. Moreover, since the heat-generating part has the PTC characteristic, it is possible to prevent excessive temperature rise autonomously without providing a temperature sensor such as a thermostat or a controller for temperature control, and at the same time, it is possible to suppress power consumption.
The second invention is
The plurality of wiring patterns are formed in a comb shape having a pattern base line extending in a predetermined direction and branch pattern lines provided at predetermined intervals with respect to the extending direction of the pattern base line. The gist is that a branch pattern line of another wiring pattern is positioned between two branch pattern lines.
Thus, by forming the wiring pattern of the film heating element in a comb shape, the distance between the wiring patterns can be set short, so that the electrical conductivity of the heat generating portion is improved, and the heat generating property of the heat generating portion is improved.
The third invention is
The base sheet is made of a thermoplastic elastomer sheet, and the wiring pattern is formed by printing with a silver paste, and the heating portion is formed by printing with a carbon paste.
By forming the film heating element using the thermoplastic elastomer sheet as the base sheet in this way, the film heating element itself has flexibility, and the feeling of use when the passenger touches it can be improved.
The fourth invention is
The film heating element has a connection wiring part connected to the wiring pattern,
A power supply wiring connected to a power supply is provided on the back side of the base material that supports the foam,
The skin material covering the surface of the foam is fixed by winding the end of the skin material on the back side of the base material and extending from the end of the skin material wound on the back side of the base material. The gist is that a terminal of the connection wiring portion is configured to be connected to the power supply wiring.
In this way, by extending the connection wiring part of the film heating element from the end of the skin material wrapped around the back side of the base material, the connection wiring part can be easily connected to the power supply wiring on the back side of the base material. can. In addition, since the film heating element provided between the foam and the skin material can be connected to the power wiring without perforating the foam or the base material, the cushioning properties of the foam can be maintained. A good feeling of use can be realized.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the degree of freedom of an installation location is high and power consumption can be suppressed.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Next, preferred embodiments of a vehicle interior member according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the embodiment, a
As shown in FIG. 1, a
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The
Further, as shown in FIG. 1 , an operating
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 4, the
Here, as the
Each of the
The
The
Further, the heat-generating
Further, the
Here, as shown in FIG. 4(a), each of the
Next, the operation of the vehicle interior member according to the present embodiment described above will be described. As shown in FIG. 4A, the
In this way, the
A
Also, the
Furthermore, by using a thermoplastic elastomer sheet for the
