Claims (20)
- 燃料電池スタックに空気を供給する空気供給ラインと、
前記燃料電池スタックに連結され、前記燃料電池スタックから排気される排気ガスを案内する排出ラインと、
前記排出ラインに連結され、前記排気ガスを外部に排出する排出アダプタと、
一端は前記空気供給ラインに連結され、他端は前記排出アダプタに連結され、前記空気供給ラインから前記排出アダプタに前記空気を選択的にバイパスさせるバイパスラインと、を含む、燃料電池システム。 - 前記排出アダプタは、
前記排出ラインと連通する排出流路が設けられたアダプタ本体と、
前記アダプタ本体に設けられ、前記バイパスラインが連結される空気流入ポートと、
前記アダプタ本体に設けられており、前記排出流路と区画され、前記空気流入ポートと連通する空気噴射流路を定義するアダプタガイドと、を含む、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記排出流路の出口と前記空気噴射流路の出口は、互いに同一の方向を向くように形成される、請求項2に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記空気流入ポートの入口は第1断面積を有するように定義され、前記空気噴射流路の出口は前記第1断面積よりも小さい第2断面積を有するように定義される、請求項2に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記空気噴射流路は、入口端から出口端に行くに従って次第に縮小される断面積を有するように形成される、請求項2に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記空気噴射流路は流線形の断面形態を有するように形成される、請求項5に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記アダプタガイドは、前記アダプタ本体の周方向に沿って連続的なリング状を有するように提供され、
前記空気噴射流路は、前記アダプタ本体の周方向に沿って連続的なリング状を成すように形成される、請求項2に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記排出流路と連通するように前記アダプタ本体に形成され、前記アダプタ本体の外部空気が流入される流入孔を含む、請求項2に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記流入孔は、前記アダプタ本体の周方向に沿って離隔するように複数個が設けられる、請求項8に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記排出ラインに連結され、前記排出ラインを選択的に開閉する弁ユニットを含み、
前記排出アダプタは前記弁ユニットに連結される、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記弁ユニットは、
前記排出ラインと連通する弁流路が形成された弁ハウジングと、
前記弁流路を選択的に開閉する弁部材と、を含む、請求項10に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記弁ハウジングと前記排出アダプタとの間に介在されるシーリング部材を含む、請求項11に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記排出アダプタの端部に延び、前記弁ハウジングの出口ポートの外周面を囲むように配置される締結フラップと、
前記出口ポートに対して前記締結フラップを拘束するクランプ部材と、を含む、請求項11に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記締結フラップに形成される切欠きスリットを含む、請求項13に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記出口ポートの外周面に設けられる係止突起と、
前記締結フラップの内周面に設けられ、前記係止突起が収容される係止凹部と、を含む、請求項13に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記空気供給ラインに連結され、前記燃料電池スタックに供給される前記空気を圧縮する空気圧縮機を含む、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 燃料電池スタックから排気される排気ガスを排出する排出ラインに設けられ、前記排出ラインを選択的に開閉する弁ユニットと、
前記弁ユニットに連結され、前記燃料電池スタックに供給される空気と前記排気ガスを外部にともに排出する排出アダプタと、を含む、排気ガス処理処置。 - 前記弁ユニットは、
前記排出ラインと連通する弁流路が形成された弁ハウジングと、
前記弁流路を選択的に開閉する弁部材と、を含む、請求項17に記載の排気ガス処理処置。 - 前記排出アダプタは、
前記弁流路と連通する排出流路が設けられたアダプタ本体と、
前記アダプタ本体に設けられ、前記空気が流入される空気流入ポートと、
前記アダプタ本体に設けられており、前記排出流路と区画され、前記空気流入ポートと連通する空気噴射流路を定義するアダプタガイドと、を含む、請求項18に記載の排気ガス処理処置。 - 前記排出流路と連通するように前記アダプタ本体に形成され、前記アダプタ本体の外部空気が流入される流入孔を含む、請求項19に記載の排気ガス処理処置。
