又、前述のハンドルレバー(2)の回転軸の中心(6)には、ハンドルレバー(2)を固定する為のネジ(7)が具備されており、キャップ(4)にて回転軸の中心(6)に、ハンドルレバー(2)を固定する構造となっている。この固定用キャップ(4)の外形部には六角形の部分が具備されており、釣り人が自由にスパナ等の工具で固定用キャップ(4)を取り外しできる。
本考案はこの回転軸中心(6)のネジ構造、釣り人がスパナで取り外しが簡単に可能な固定用キャップ(4)に着目し、固定用キャップ(4)の代わりに、外部電動モータ(9)の回転力を手巻きリールのハンドルレバー(2)の回転軸中心(6)に動力を伝達する連結部材(8)でかつ電力モータ(9)と回転軸中心(6)が自在に着脱可能な構成を備える事で、釣り糸を巻き上げ最中に釣り針に魚がかかった場合には即座に電動モータ(9)を外して、手巻用ハンドル(3)で魚を釣り上げる事が出来る。
