Abstract
Description
本出願は、米国特許商標庁において2018年12月20日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/783,152号および2019年5月6日に米国特許商標庁において出願された米国仮特許出願第16/403,799号に対する米国特許法第119条の優先権を主張するものであり、これらの開示は、その全体が参照により本明細書に組み込まれている。
しかしながら、タイル群ヘッダ(tile group header)といった構造でさえ、MANEに容易にアクセスできるようにさせる特性を有するように設計することができる。ただし、既存のビデオ圧縮技術および標準は、そのようにしていないことがある。
ビデオ符号化シンタックスは、NALユニットヘッダといったハイレベルシンタックス構造におけるタイルまたは他の画像を識別する、容易に識別可能/解析可能なシンタックス要素を欠いている。

Claims (1)
- ビデオ復号化のための方法であって、
固定長コードワードを含むネットワーク抽象化層(NAL)ユニットヘッダ内のレイヤの識別を搬送するバイナリ符号化レイヤ識別子を復号化するステップと、
前記NALユニットヘッダ内のバイナリ符号化レイヤ識別子の復号化に基づいて、レイヤ識別子が、復号化されるタイルのリストに含まれていることを判断するステップと、
前記レイヤ識別子が復号化されるタイルのリストに含まれていることを判断するステップに基づいて、タイルを再構成するステップと、を含み、
前記NALユニットヘッダは、NALユニットが搬送するデータのタイプを示すnal_unit_typeシンタックス要素、レイヤ識別子を示すnuh_layer_idシンタックス要素、および、前記NALユニットが属する符号化ピクチャの時間レイヤを示すnuh_temporal_id_pluslシンタックス要素のみを含む、
