Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 相互接続された支柱を有し、折り畳み構成から拡張構成へと拡張するように構成されたフレームと、

- 前記相互接続された支柱は、前記相互接続された支柱のうち複数の支柱が互いに接続されて頂点を形成するように配置され、また前記突出フィーチャのうちの1つが前記頂点から延びている、請求項1に記載の回収デバイス。
- 前記相互接続された支柱は、前記突出フィーチャの前記1つと反対の前記頂点の側に間隙を形成する、請求項3に記載の回収デバイス。
- 前記突出フィーチャのそれぞれが、ステムを備えた前記フレームから延び、前記突出フィーチャはそれぞれ、その端部で終端してヘッドを形成する、請求項1に記載の回収デバイス。
- 前記ヘッドは、前記ステムの幅よりも大きい幅を有する、請求項5に記載の回収デバイス。
- 前記ヘッドは、前記ステムから延びる複数の部分を有する、請求項5に記載の回収デバイス。
- 前記ヘッドは開口部を形成している、請求項5に記載の回収デバイス。
- 前記ステムは、その長さに沿って、パターン化されたテクスチャを形成している、請求項5に記載の回収デバイス。
- 前記突出フィーチャは、前記フレームとモノリシックに形成される、請求項1に記載の回収デバイス。
- フレームであって、前記フレームを通って長手方向に延びる管腔、及び前記フレームの外部から前記管腔まで延びる開口部を規定しており、且つ、折り畳み構成から拡張構成へと拡張するように構成されているフレームと、
前記フレームから延びる突出フィーチャであって、
前記折り畳み構成において、前記突出フィーチャは、前記開口部内で長手方向に延び、
前記拡張構成において、前記突出フィーチャは、前記管腔内へと半径方向内側に延びる、
突出フィーチャと
を有する回収デバイス。 - 前記フレームの遠位端に捕捉部材をさらに有し、前記捕捉部材は、前記捕捉部材が前記フレームから離れるように遠位方向に延びにつれて、前記フレームの断面寸法から、前記フレームの中心軸に向かって先細になっている、請求項11に記載の回収デバイス。
- 前記フレームの近位端に接続されたアンカー部分であって、前記フレームの中心軸から半径方向にオフセットされたアンカー部分と、
前記アンカー部分を前記フレームに接続する中間部分であって、前記管腔の一部を形成する中間部分と
をさらに有する、請求項11に記載の回収デバイス。 - 前記フレームが、
近位フレーム部分と、
中間フレーム部分と、
遠位フレーム部分と
を規定しており、前記近位フレーム部分及び前記遠位フレーム部分は、前記中間フレーム部分の断面寸法よりも大きい断面寸法を有している、請求項11に記載の回収デバイス。 - 前記突出フィーチャは、
前記近位フレーム部分から半径方向内側に延びる近位突出フィーチャと、
前記遠位フレーム部分から半径方向内側に延びる遠位突出フィーチャと
を有し、
前記回収デバイスは、前記中間フレーム部分から半径方向外側に延びる中間突出フィーチャをさらに有している、請求項14に記載の回収デバイス。 - 前記突出フィーチャは、前記フレームとモノリシックに形成される、請求項11に記載の回収デバイス。
- 送達システムの少なくとも一部を、少なくとも部分的に血栓を横切るように配置するステップであって、前記送達システムは送達デバイスを含み、前記送達デバイスは、前記送達デバイスの管腔内にある間は折り畳み構成にある回収デバイスを含む、ステップと、
前記送達デバイスの外部に前記回収デバイスを拡張させるステップと、
拡張構成において前記血栓を前記回収デバイスに係合させるステップであって、前記血栓との係合は、前記血栓を前記回収デバイスの突出フィーチャと接触させることを含み、前記突出フィーチャは、前記回収デバイスのフレームから半径方向内側に延びている、ステップと、
前記回収デバイスを前記送達デバイスに向かって引っ込めるステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記回収デバイスを拡張させるステップは、前記フレームを前記血栓内に拡張させることを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記回収デバイスを拡張させるステップは、前記突出フィーチャを、前記フレームの開口部内の位置から、前記フレームを通って延びる管腔内の位置へと移行させることを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記回収デバイスを拡張させるステップは、前記突出フィーチャを、長手方向に延びることから、半径方向内側に延びことへと移行させることを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
