Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 浸漬された膜システムを操作する方法であって、
複数の浸漬された膜ユニットを有する膜タンクを提供するステップと、
前記膜タンクに流入液を供給するステップと、
前記流入液を複数の部分に分割するステップと、
前記流入液の部分の1つを、前記複数の浸漬された膜ユニットの各々の底部に方向付けるステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記浸漬された膜システムは、戻り活性汚泥の流量を少なくとも1Q又は少なくとも2Qとして操作される膜バイオリアクタの一部である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記流入液の部分の1つを、前記複数の膜ユニットを通して上向きに方向付けることをさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記膜タンクは細長い形状を有し、かつ/又は、前記複数の膜ユニットは前記膜タンクの長さに沿って互いに離隔している、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記膜タンクに供給される前記流入液の少なくとも90%が、前記浸漬された膜ユニットの底部に直接流れる、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の部分の各々の流量は、前記複数の部分の平均流量の10%以内である、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記流入液を任意にダクトに流すことをさらに含み、前記複数の部分の各々が別個の開口部を通って前記ダクトから流出する、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記流入液が実質1つの経路で前記膜ユニット内を流れる、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記膜ユニットにおける上向きの速度は0.025m/s以上である、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 膜タンクと、
前記膜タンク内に離隔配置された複数の浸漬された膜ユニットと、
前記膜タンクへの入口から、前記複数の膜ユニットに対応する複数の開口部まで延びる1つ又は複数のダクトと、
を有する膜ろ過システム。 - 前記複数の膜ユニットの各々は、平坦シート又は平坦セラミック膜エレメントの1つ又は複数を有するカセットを膜ケース内に有し、前記カセットを通り垂直に方向付けられた流路を形成する、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の膜ユニットは、全体として、それらの幅の少なくとも2倍の長さを有する、請求項10又は11に記載のシステム。
- 複数のバッフルを備えたダクトをさらに有し、前記バッフルは該バッフルの上方の膜ユニットの少なくとも一部の下方を水平方向に延びる、請求項10~12のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のバッフルは、前記ダクトの上部の下方に垂直方向に配置される、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の開口部は互いに異なる寸法を有する、請求項10~14のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の開口部の寸法は、前記膜ユニットのフットプリントの50%未満である、請求項10~15のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
