Claims (28)
- 蒸気供給システムのための多孔質要素であって

前記ロッドの長さの少なくとも一部分にわたって少なくとも1つの側面に施された金属コーティングと
を備える、多孔質要素。 - 前記金属コーティングが、前記1つ以上の側面の全ての側面に施されている、請求項1に記載の多孔質要素。
- 前記金属コーティングが、前記1つ以上の側面の周囲に連続的に延設されている、請求項2に記載の多孔質要素。
- 前記ロッドのコーティングされていない端部部分を設けるために、前記第1の端面に隣接する前記1つ以上の側面の各々の一部分が金属コーティングを有していない、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質要素。
- 前記コーティングされていない端部部分が、前記ロッドの長さの10%~50%を占めている、請求項4に記載の多孔質要素。
- 前記金属コーティングが、実質的に前記第2の端面まで前記1つ以上の側面に施されている、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質要素。
- 前記金属コーティングが、前記第2の端面にも施されている、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質要素。
- 前記1つ以上の側面が単一の側面を含み、前記ロッドが円形又は楕円形の円筒である、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質要素。
- 前記金属コーティングが、スパッタリング、化学蒸着又は物理蒸着によって施されている、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質要素。
- 前記金属がニッケル、金、コバルト又はニッケルクロム合金を含む、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質要素。
- 前記金属コーティングが、1μm~50μmの範囲の厚さを有する、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質要素。
- 前記金属コーティングの少なくとも一部分が、5μm未満の厚さを有し、液体の漏洩を抑制するために前記ロッド上に封入層を構成する、請求項11に記載の多孔質要素。
- 誘導加熱によって細長い前記ロッドを加熱するためのサセプタを構成するために、前記金属コーティングの少なくとも一部分が5μm以上の厚さを有する、請求項11又は12に記載の多孔質要素。
- 前記金属コーティングが、5μm~20μmの範囲の厚さを有する、請求項13に記載の多孔質要素。
- 前記金属コーティングが、前記ロッドの長さに沿う位置によって変わる厚さを有する、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質要素。
