Claims (15)
- 人工腱索の張力を調節するためのシステムであって、
クリップとアンカとの間に結合可能な人工腱索と、
心臓弁の弁尖と係合可能な前記クリップと、
乳頭筋または心臓壁と係合可能な前記アンカと
を備え、前記アンカは、
本体部、
前記人工腱索と結合可能であり、第1の方向での前記人工腱索の移動を許容するのに対して、前記第1の方向とは反対の第2の方向での前記人工腱索の移動を防止するように構成された、ロック部、および
前記ロック部に結合されたアクチュエータであって、前記ロック部を選択的に開放して、前記第2の方向での前記人工腱索の選択的移動を可能にするアクチュエータを含む、システム。 - 前記アンカは、ハウジング部をさらに備え、前記本体部、前記ロック部、および前記アクチュエータは前記ハウジング部の中、またはその上に配置される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- ユーザが、前記アクチュエータを起動させて、フィラメントに対して力を加えることによって前記ロック部を解放することができるように、前記アクチュエータは、カテーテルの中、またはその上に配置された、前記フィラメントに結合可能である、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記人工腱索が第2の方向で前記ロック部に対して力を加えるときに、前記ロック部がロックして前記人工腱索が第2の方向に移動するのを防止する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ロック部は、前記人工腱索が前記第2の方向に移動するのを防止するために、前記人工腱索をボールまたはローラと前記ロック部の壁部との間で押圧するための、ボールまたはローラを備える、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記アクチュエータは、前記ボールまたはローラに結合されて、前記ボールまたはローラを前記人工腱索から離れるように移動させて、前記人工腱索が前記第2の方向に移動することを可能にする、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記ボールまたはローラは、前記人工腱索の軸に対して角度「α」で配向された第1の壁部と、前記人工腱索の軸に平行に配向された第2の壁部とを有する、スロット内に移動可能に設置される、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の方向での前記人工腱索の移動は、前記人工腱索と前記第1および第2の壁部との間の摩擦力が前記第2の方向での前記人工腱索のさらなる移動を防止するまで、前記ボールまたはローラを前記人工腱索に対して押し付ける傾向を有する、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- ユーザが前記ボールまたはローラを前記第1の方向に手動で移動させ、前記人工腱索、前記ボールまたはローラと、前記第1および第2の壁部との間の摩擦力を減少させ、前記人工腱索が前記第2の方向に移動することを許容することを可能にするために、前記ボールまたはローラに結合されたフィラメントをさらに備える、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記人工腱索を前記第1の方向に移動させることは、前記クリップと前記アンカとの間の張力を増大させ、前記人工腱索を前記第2の方向に移動させることは、前記クリップと前記アンカとの間の張力を減少させる、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ロック部は、前記人工腱索に結合して前記人工腱索が前記第2の方向に移動するのを防止するための、スプリング要素を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ロック部は、前記人工腱索を係合するためのクランプを備え、前記アクチュエータは、前記クランプを前記人工腱索から係合解除するために前記クランプに結合されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ロック部は、第1の端部でアクチュエータに結合され、第2の端部で本体部に結合された、可撓性の編組部材を備え、前記可撓性の編組部材は、前記ハウジング部内部に配置され、前記人工腱索は、前記可撓性の編組部材と前記ハウジング部の側壁との間に配置される、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記ロック部がロック構成にあるとき、前記可撓性の編組部材が拡張されて前記人工腱索を前記ハウジング部の側壁に押し付けて、前記人工腱索が前記第1および第2の方向に移動するのを防止する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記ロック部は、前記人工腱索に係合するための係合表面を有する、回転可能なロック本体を備え、前記回転可能なロック本体は、前記係合表面と前記ロック部の本体部との間で前記人工腱索を挟み付けて、前記人工腱索の移動を防止するように回転可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
