前記時間間隔に先行する前記心臓電位図において発生している複数の心臓脱分極を識別することと、
前記複数の心臓脱分極のうちの隣接するものの間の1つ以上の間隔を判定することと、
前記判定された間隔に基づいて、前記時間間隔内の1つ以上の予想される心臓脱分極ウィンドウおよび1つ以上の予想される脱分極間ウィンドウを識別することと、
前記1つ以上の心臓脱分極ウィンドウの第1のエネルギーおよび前記1つ以上の脱分極間ウィンドウの第2のエネルギーを判定することと、
前記第2のエネルギーに対する前記第1のエネルギーの比較のメトリックを判定することと、
前記比較のメトリックが閾値を満たしていることを判定することと、を行うように構成された、請求項2または3に記載の医療システム。 - 前記処理回路が、
ある期間内の前記心静止検出基準の充足のインスタンスのカウントを判定することと、
前記カウントが少なくとも1つの心静止カウント基準を満たしているかどうかを判定することと、を行うように構成され、
前記処理回路は、前記カウントが少なくとも1つの心静止カウント基準を満たしていることを判定することに基づいて、前記複数の偽の心静止検出基準が満たされているかどうかを判定するように構成された、請求項1に記載の医療システム。 - 前記複数の電極が皮下移植用に構成され、前記心臓電位図が皮下心臓電位図を含む、上記請求項のいずれかに記載の医療システム。
- 前記複数の電極が血管外移植用に構成され、前記心臓電位図が血管外心臓電位図を含む、上記請求項のいずれかに記載の医療システム。
