Claims (8)
- 電気療法用の刺激装置、特に除細動器及び/又は外部ペースメーカ装置であって、
患者の身体上の適切な刺激位置に適用することができ、患者(10)の身体に電流パルスを印加することができる少なくとも2つの接触電極(11、12)であって、前記少なくとも2つの接触電極(11、12)のうちの第1の接触電極は、放出された電流パルスに対して正極性を有する充電電極(12)として機能し、前記少なくとも2つの接触電極(11、12)のうちの第2の接触電極は、放出された電流パルスに対して負極性を有する放電電極(11)として機能する、少なくとも2つの接触電極(11、12)と、
ライン接続部(21、17)によって接触電極(11、12)に接続されているか、又は接続され得る、電流パルス発生器(14)と、
を備え、
患者(10)の身体上の接触電極(11、12)の適用位置を決定するために、接触電極(11、12)に接続されているか、又は接続され得る、信号の評価ユニット(15)を備えることを特徴とする、
刺激装置。 - 患者(10)の身体上の充電電極(12)及び放電電極(11)の適用位置を表示する表示装置(18)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の刺激装置。
- 電流パルス発生器(14)と接触電極(11、12)との間のライン接続(21、17)を切り替える切替手段(19、20)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の刺激装置。
- 前記切替手段(19、20)が、切替スイッチ(20)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の刺激装置。
- 前記切替スイッチ(20)が、前記評価ユニット(15)により制御された方法で作動され得ることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の刺激装置。
- 電気療法用の刺激装置(13)、特に除細動装置及び/又はペースメーカ装置の患者(10)の身体に適用される接触電極(11、12)の極性を確認する方法であって、
患者の身体に適用される接触電極(11、12)によって、接触電極のそれぞれの適用位置に固有の身体自体の信号が記録され、評価ユニット(15)に送信され、
評価ユニット(15)は、接触電極(11、12)で検出された信号に基づいて、患者の身体上の接触電極の実際の位置を決定する、
方法。 - 評価ユニット(15)は、それぞれの接触電極に実際に印加され、電気療法に提供される治療電流の極性を、それぞれの実際の位置における接触電極上の目標極性と比較し、実際の極性と目標極性とが一致しない場合に、信号を出力し、及び/又は実際の極性を目標極性に変更することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 固有の前記信号がECG信号であることを特徴とする、請求項6又は請求項7に記載の方法。
