Description
Claims (15)
- 第1端部及び第2端部を含むブリッジと、
ブリッジの第1端部から延びる第1レグと、
ブリッジの第2端部から延びる第2レグと、を含む整形外科用インプラントであって、
前記ブリッジは、前記第1レグ及び前記第2レグの間に設けられ、前記ブリッジから前記第1レグ及び第2レグと同じ方向に延びる金属スペーサ構造を含み、前記金属スペーサ構造は、2つの骨切りの骨面の間に挿入されるように構成される、整形外科用インプラント。 - 前記金属スペーサ構造と、第1レグ及び/又は第2レグの間に設けられたさらなるレグをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の整形外科用インプラント。
- 前記金属スペーサ構造は、金属スペーサ構造が2つの骨切りの骨面の間に位置した後、金属スペーサ構造への骨の成長を促すための多孔性の穿孔構造を有する、請求項1に記載の整形外科用インプラント。
- 前記金属スペーサ構造は、三角形のくさび状のプロファイルを有し、第1及び第2レグに対向する2つの平面を有する、請求項1に記載の整形外科用インプラント。
- 前記金属スペーサ構造は、台形状のプロファイルを有し、第1及び第2レグに対向する2つの平面を有する、請求項1に記載の整形外科用インプラント。
- 少なくとも前記ブリッジ及び第1レグは、形状記憶材料からなる、請求項1に記載の整形外科用インプラント。
- 第1端部及び第2端部を含むブリッジであって、前記ブリッジの第1端部及び第2端部のそれぞれに骨ネジを収容するための1つ以上の孔が形成されるブリッジと、
第1端部及び第2端部の間に設けられ、前記ブリッジから延びる第1レグ及び第2レグと、を含む、整形外科用インプラント。 - 骨ネジ用の孔は、固定ネジのネジ頭を収容するようにネジ状である、請求項7に記載の整形外科用インプラント。
- 少なくとも前記ブリッジ及びレグは、形状記憶材料からなる、請求項7に記載の整形外科用インプラント。
- 第1端部及び第2端部を含むブリッジと、
前記ブリッジの第1端部から延びる第1レグと、
前記ブリッジの第2端部から延びる第2レグと、を含む、整形外科用インプラントであって、
前記整形外科用インプラントの少なくともブリッジの部分は、ブリッジが、挿入形状と移植された形状との間で移動可能なように形状記憶材料からなり、挿入形状の場合、前記ブリッジは、直線であり、移植された形状の場合、前記ブリッジは、第1レグ及び第2レグの延長方向とは反対方向に曲がり、第1レグと第2レグとが互いに向かって付勢する、整形外科用インプラント。 - 縦軸を有し、第1端部及び第2端部を含むブリッジと、
第1端部及び第2端部のそれぞれに設けられるブリッジ延長部であって、前記ブリッジの縦軸に対して横方向に延びるブリッジ延長部と、
それぞれのブリッジ延長部から延びる複数のレグを含む、整形外科用インプラントであって、
前記整形外科用インプラントは、挿入形状と移植された形状との間で移動可能なように形状記憶材料からなり、
移植された形状において、複数のレグは、1つ以上の予め設定された方向に付勢されて1つ以上の予め設定された方向に圧縮荷重を生成する、整形外科用インプラント。 - 移植された形状において、1つ以上の予め設定された方向は、ブリッジの縦軸と一直線となる平面で圧縮を生成する少なくとも1つの方向を含む、請求項11に記載の整形外科用インプラント。
- 移植された形状において、1つ以上の予め設定された方向は、ブリッジの縦軸を横切る平面で圧縮を生成する少なくとも1つの方向を含む、請求項11に記載の整形外科用インプラント。
- 前記横方向が、ブリッジの縦軸に対して直角でない、請求項13に記載の整形外科用インプラント。
- 第1端部と第2端部との間のブリッジから延びる1つ以上のレグをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の整形外科用インプラント。
