Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 分配される流体を収容する貯留器と、
前面と後面とを有し、使用時にその平面が垂直になるように配向され、振動して前記前面から流体を分配するように送出可能な、平面ピエゾ素子と、
前記貯留器から中間室へ所定量の流体を吸引し、前記所定量の流体を前記中間室から分配用の前記ピエゾ素子の前記後面にある分配室へ大気圧より高い所定の圧力で送出するポンプと、
を備える、分配装置。 - 前記ピエゾ素子は、多孔質であり、これにより前記素子の前記後面に接触した流体を前記素子の前記前面から分配することを許容する、請求項1に記載の分配装置。
- 前記ポンプは、往復動ピストンポンプである、請求項1又は2に記載の分配装置。
- 前記貯留器からの前記流体の前記吸引、及び、分配のための前記流体の前記送出が、前記ポンプの1サイクルであり、
ポンプサイクルは、前記往復動ピストンの2つの別々のストロークで構成される、請求項3に記載の分配装置。 - 2つの一方向弁をさらに備える、請求項3又は4に記載の分配装置。
- ポンプ室と、
前記貯留器からの前記ポンプ室への流体の流入を許容する一方の一方向弁と、
前記ピエゾ素子の前記後面にある前記分配室への前記ポンプ室からの流体の流出を許容する他方の一方向弁と、を備え、
前記往復動ピストンは、前記ポンプ室の容積を変化させ、それにより、選択的に、前記貯留器から前記ポンプ室へ流体を吸引する又は前記ポンプ室から前記分配室へ流体を送出することが可能である、請求項5に記載の分配装置。 - 前記ポンプ室から前記分配室への流体の流出を許容する前記一方向弁が、前記ポンプ室の容積に対する前記分配室の容積を最小にするように、前記ピエゾ素子の前記後面に近接して配置されている、請求項6に記載の分配装置。
- 前記往復動ピストンポンプは、リンク機構によって前記往復動ピストンに接続された回転モータによって駆動され、
前記モータと前記リンク機構は、前記ポンプが前記ピエゾ素子の前記後面へ大気圧より高い圧力で前記所定量の流体を送出する際に、前記ピストンを設定された速度で分配ストロークにわたって移動させるように適合され、これにより前記ポンプ室内の前記流体が前記分配ストロークにわたって実質的に一定の流量で前記分配室へ流れる、請求項3~7のいずれか一項に記載の分配装置。 - 前記モータ及び前記リンク機構は、前記ピストンが所定の速度で充填ストロークにわたって移動するように適合され、これにより前記所定の量の流体が前記貯留器から前記分配室へ吸引される、請求項8に記載の分配装置。
- 前記リンク機構は、カム及び/又はスコッチヨークを備える、請求項8又は9に記載の分配装置。
- 前記ピエゾ素子は、使用時に前記貯留器内の前記流体の上面の高さの上に垂直に配置される、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の分配装置。
- 流体を分配するように、前記ピエゾ素子と協働して前記ポンプを作動させるコントローラをさらに備える、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の分配装置。
- 前記コントローラは、前記ポンプを作動させる前に前記ピエゾ素子を作動させるように適合されている、請求項12に記載の分配装置。
- 前記コントローラは、前記ポンプが前記ピエゾ素子の前記後面へ大気圧より高い圧力で前記所定量の流体を送出している間、及び、前記ポンプが前記ピエゾ素子の前記後面への流体の送出を停止した後の期間、前記ピエゾ素子を振動させるように適合されている、請求項12又は13に記載の分配装置。
- 前記貯留器は、前記装置に取り外し可能に取り付けられている、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の分配装置。
