Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- ロータブレード(2)の外表面(20)に装着された付属品パーツ(3)の長手方向エッジ(3E)に沿ってエッジシール(S1,S01,S01F)を提供する方法であって、
前記付属品パーツ(3)の前記長手方向エッジ(3E)における高さ(t1)を特定するステップと、
前記ロータブレード表面(20)に適用される前記エッジシール(S1,S01,S01F)のための幅(δ1)を選択するステップであって、前記エッジシール(S1,S01,S01F)の前記幅(δ1)は、前記付属品パーツ(3)の前記長手方向エッジ(3E)における前記高さ(t1)を少なくとも20倍だけ超えるように選択される、ステップと、
少なくとも前記付属品パーツ(3)の前記長手方向エッジ(3E)における前記高さ(t1)および選択された前記エッジシール幅(δ1)によって規定される体積で前記ロータブレード表面(20)にシーラント材(S)を適用することにより、前記エッジシール(S1,S01,S01F)を形成するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記エッジシール幅(δ1)は、好ましくは少なくとも12mmである、請求項1記載の方法。
- エッジシール幅(δ1)と前記付属品パーツ(3)の前記長手方向エッジ(3E)における高さ(t1)との比は、最大で100:1である、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記付属品パーツ(3)の前記長手方向エッジ(3E)に隣接する重なり領域におけるエッジシール重なり(Sov)の幅(δ0)を特定するステップを含み、前記重なり幅(δ0)は、前記付属品パーツ(3)の前記長手方向エッジ(3E)における前記高さ(t1)に基づいて特定される、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 重なり幅(δ0)と前記長手方向エッジ(3E)における高さ(t1)との比は、10:1~50:1の範囲内にある、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記エッジシール(S1,S01,S01F)を形成する前記ステップは、前記付属品パーツ(3)の前記重なり領域にも前記シーラント材を適用することをさらに含む、請求項4または5記載の方法。
- 前記エッジシール(S01,S01F)の前記高さ(t01)が、前記付属品パーツ(3)の前記長手方向エッジ(3E)における前記高さ(t1)を超えるように、前記シーラント材は、前記重なり幅(δ0)および前記エッジシール幅(δ1)にわたって適用される、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記エッジシール(S01F)を形成する前記ステップに先行して、前記付属品パーツ(3)の前記長手方向エッジ(3E)に沿ってフィラー材(F)を適用するステップが行われ、前記フィラー材(F)が占める体積は、前記エッジシール(S01F)の意図される前記体積よりも小さい、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記シーラント材は、前記付属品パーツ(3)の前記エッジ(3E)から前記ロータブレード表面(20)への所望のスムーズな移行を規定するように成形されたテンプレート(4)を使用して適用される、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記テンプレート(4)は、前記付属品パーツ(3)の前記重なり領域に前記シーラント材を分配するようにも成形されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記エッジシール幅(δ1)は、前記ロータブレード(2)の曲率によってさらに特定される、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記エッジシール(S1,S01,S01F)を形成する前記ステップは、
少なくとも前記付属品パーツ(3)の前記長手方向エッジ(3E)に並んで前記ロータブレード(2)の前記表面にシーラント材(S)を堆積させるステップと、
下準備工具(T0)を使用して、前記付属品パーツ(3)の前記長手方向エッジ(3E)および選択された前記エッジシール幅(δ1)によって画定された領域に前記シーラント材(S)を広げるステップと、
前記下準備工具(T0)よりも低い硬さと、所望のエッジシール形状に基づく輪郭とを有する洗練工具(T1)を使用して、前記下準備工具(T0)によって広げられた前記シーラント(S)の形状を洗練するステップと、
を含む、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 風力タービンロータブレード(2)であって、
前記ロータブレード(2)の外表面(20)に装着された少なくとも1つの付属品パーツ(3)と、
前記付属品パーツ(3)の少なくとも1つの長手方向エッジ(3E)に沿って形成された、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のエッジシール(S1,S01,S01F)と、
を備える風力タービンロータブレード(2)。 - 付属品パーツ(3)は、前縁保護カバー、後縁パネル、渦発生パネル、プレートまたはセンサパネルのうちのいずれかを備える、請求項13記載の風力タービンロータブレード。
- 前記付属品パーツ(3)の長手方向エッジ(3E)における厚さは、0.5~1.5mmの範囲内にある、請求項13または14記載の風力タービンロータブレード。
