- 熱溶解積層法によって3D物品を製造するための方法であって、3D印刷可能材料を含む押出物を層ごとに堆積させて、3D印刷された材料を含む前記3D物品を提供する3D印刷段階を含み、前記3D物品が、3D印刷された材料の複数の層を含み、前記3D印刷段階が、
3D印刷された材料の第1の層を提供することを含む垂直支持提供段階であって、前記第1の層が、基材に対する第1の層上部高さを有する第1の層上部と、前記基材に対する第1の層下部高さを有する第1の層下部と、を有し、前記第1の層が、前記第1の層上部高さと前記第1の層下部高さとの間の差によって定義される第1の層高さH1を有し、前記第1の層下部高さの値が、前記第1の層高さの値と少なくとも等しい、垂直支持提供段階と、
3D印刷された材料の第2の層を、前記基材と実質的に平行な方向で前記第1の層の隣に前記第1の層と接触して支持なしで堆積させることを含む空中印刷段階であって、前記第2の層が、第2の層上部を有し、前記第2の層上部の少なくとも一部が、前記第1の層上部の少なくとも一部の上に延在し、かつ前記第1の層上部の前記少なくとも一部と共形である、空中印刷段階と、を含む方法。 - プリンタノズルを含むプリンタヘッドを備える熱溶解積層法3Dプリンタが使用され、前記プリンタノズルがノズル領域を有し、前記空中印刷段階が、前記ノズル領域の10〜50%を前記第1の層の上に最大距離0.5*H1で維持しながら、前記第2の層を支持なしで堆積させることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記空中印刷段階が、前記ノズル領域の15〜35%を前記第1の層の上に最大距離0.5*H1で維持しながら、前記第2の層を支持なしで堆積させることを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記3D印刷可能材料が、第1のガラス転移温度を有し、前記空中印刷段階が、3D印刷された材料の前記第2の層を、前記第1の層の隣に前記第1の層と接触して支持なしで堆積させることを含み、前記第1の層が、少なくとも前記第1のガラス転移温度の温度にある、又は前記第2の層の一部と接触される前記第1の層の一部が、少なくとも前記第1のガラス転移温度の温度にされる、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の層が、第1の断面領域を包囲する第1の包囲体として構成されており、前記方法が、3D印刷された材料の前記第2の層を、前記第1の層の隣に前記第1の層と接触して堆積させて、前記第1の断面領域よりも大きいか又は小さい第2の断面領域を有する第2の包囲体を提供することを含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記空中印刷段階を複数回実行することを含み、後に次の空中印刷段階が続く空中印刷段階において得られた前記第2の層が、前記次の空中印刷段階において前記第1の層として使用される、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記層が長手方向軸を有し、複数の前記長手方向軸のうちの2つ以上に対して平行な又は接線方向にある平面が、水平に対して0〜45°の範囲から選択される最小角度を有する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記3D印刷可能材料が、光透過性材料を含む、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 3D印刷された材料を含む3D物品であって、前記3D物品が、3D印刷された材料の複数の層を含み、前記3D物品が、少なくとも1組の隣り合う層を含み、前記少なくとも1組の隣り合う層が、
3D印刷された材料の第1の層であって、第1の層上部及び第1の層下部を有し、前記第1の層上部が、第1の方向において前記第1の層下部から第1の層高さだけ隔てられる、第1の層と、
前記第1の層と接触する3D印刷された材料の第2の層であって、前記第1の方向と実質的に垂直な第2の方向において前記第1の層の隣にあり、前記第2の層が、第2の層上部及び第2の層下部を有し、前記第2の層上部の少なくとも一部が、前記第1の層上部の少なくとも一部の上に延在し、かつ前記第1の層上部の前記少なくとも一部と共形である、第2の層と
を含む3D物品。 - 前記第2の層上部が第2の層上面を有し、前記第2の層下部が第2の層下面を有し、前記第2の層の長手方向軸と垂直な横断面において、前記第2の層上面が平坦であり、前記第2の層下面が湾曲している、請求項9に記載の3D物品。
- 前記3D印刷された材料が、光透過性材料を含む、請求項9又は10に記載の3D物品。
- 複数の第2の層を含み、前記第2の層上部が隣の第2の層によって部分的に覆われる各第2の層が、前記隣の第2の層に対する第1の層として構成されている、請求項9乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の3D物品。
- 請求項9乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の3D物品を備える照明デバイスであって、前記3D物品が、(i)照明デバイスハウジングの少なくとも一部、(ii)照明チャンバの壁の少なくとも一部、及び(iii)光学要素のうちの1つ以上として構成されている、照明デバイス。
- コンピュータ上で実行されるときに、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の方法をもたらすことが可能である、ソフトウェア。
- 熱溶解積層法3Dプリンタであって、(a)プリンタノズルを含むプリンタヘッドと、(b)前記プリンタヘッドに3D印刷可能材料を供給するように構成される3D印刷可能材料供給デバイスであって、前記熱溶解積層法3Dプリンタが、前記3D印刷可能材料を基材に供給し、それにより、3D印刷された材料を含む3D物品を提供するように構成されている、3D印刷可能材料供給デバイスと、(c)請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の方法を制御モードで実行するように構成される制御システムと、を備える熱溶解積層法3Dプリンタ。
