Claims (20)
- 心臓弁を治療するための方法であって、

前記1つまたは複数のコイルを締め付けて前記標的心室の直径を縮小するステップと、

- 前記ロッキング機構は、コードロック構成要素を備える引きひも機構を備える、請求項17に記載のコイルデバイス。
- 前記コードロック構成要素は、前記コイルデバイスの第1の部分に結合され、前記コイルデバイスの第2の部分を受け、前記コイルデバイスの前記第2の部分を前記コイルデバイスの前記第1の部分に固定するように構成される、請求項19に記載のコイルデバイス。
