Description

The present invention relates to packaging boxes for containing articles.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a packaging box made of a sheet material such as paper or plastic has been used to house articles. In general, a packaging box includes a rectangular tubular main body having a front face, a back face, and a pair of side faces, and a lid and a bottom that close the upper and lower openings of the main body. . The lid portion includes a lid body connected to the upper edge of, for example, the front portion of the body portion, and an insertion flap connected to the tip edge of the lid body.

When the lid closes the upper opening of the main body, the lid main body covers the upper opening, and the insertion flap is inserted between the back surface and the side flaps connected to the upper edges of the pair of side surfaces. The lid portion is fixed to the back portion by gluing the insertion flap to the inner surface of the pressing portion provided on a part of the back portion, thereby restricting the opening of the lid body (see Patent Document 1, for example).

To open the above-described conventional packaging box, first, the insertion flap is removed from the rear surface by pressing the pressing portion from the rear surface to separate it from the rear surface. The article can be taken out from the upper opening by pulling up and opening the lid body that can be freely opened and closed. To reseal the packaging box, the lid body is closed and the insert flap is inserted between the back and side flaps. The insertion flap is held inside the back part by friction with the side flaps, which prevents the lid body from opening naturally.

Registered utility model publication of utility model registration No. 3224507

Since the above-described conventional packaging box requires a back portion and side flaps in order to suppress the natural opening of the lid portion, the specifications of the packaging box are limited. Also, a gap is formed between the lid and the rear surface into which a finger can be pushed to open the lid. Once the gap is formed, the lid can easily be opened naturally from the closed state. Therefore, even if the lid portion is closed after the packaging box is opened and the packaging box is resealed, there is a problem that the lid portion opens halfway.

An object of the present invention is to provide a packaging box that can solve the above problems.

The packaging box 1 is a box in which articles are accommodated and individually packaged. The packaging box 1 includes rectangular tubular body portions 2 to 5 that partition the storage space for the articles, and a lid portion 6 that closes an opening 16 on one axial side (upper side in the illustrated example) of the body portions 2 to 5. and a bottom portion 7 that closes the openings on the other axial side (lower side in the illustrated example) of the main body portions 2 to 5 . The body portions 2 to 5 have a rectangular outline and are configured to include four surfaces, namely, a first surface portion 2 and a second surface portion 3 facing each other and a third surface portion 4 and a fourth surface portion 5 facing each other.

The first surface portion 2 is rectangular, although not particularly limited. The first surface portion 2 is taller than the second surface portion 3, the third surface portion 4, and the fourth surface portion 5, and the upper edge of the first surface portion 2 is higher than the upper edge of the opposing second surface portion 3. protruding. Outer surface portions 40 and 50 are provided on both side edges of the first surface portion 2, respectively. The outer surface portions 40 and 50 are perpendicular to the first surface portion 2 and protrude inward (toward the second surface portion 3).

The second surface portion 3 is generally rectangular, although not particularly limited. Inner surface portions 41 and 51 are provided on both side edges of the second surface portion 3, respectively. The inner surface portions 41 and 51 are perpendicular to the second surface portion 3 and protrude inward (toward the first surface portion 2). The inner surface portions 41 and 51 are overlapped inside the outer surface portions 40 and 50 and fixed to the outer surface portions 40 and 50 by, for example, an adhesive, an adhesive, an adhesive tape, or an adhesive tape. A third surface portion 4 is constituted by an outer surface portion 40 and an inner surface portion 41 provided at the edge of one side of the first surface portion 2 and the second surface portion 3, and the other side of the first surface portion 2 and the second surface portion 3 The fourth surface portion 5 is composed of the outer surface portion 50 and the inner surface portion 51 provided on the edge.

A concave groove 14 is formed in the widthwise center of the upper edge of the second surface portion 3 . The recessed groove 14 has a size that allows insertion of at least one finger (for example, thumb) of a person. A groove 15 is formed in the widthwise center of the lower edge of the second surface portion 3 . The groove 15 has a size that allows at least one finger (for example, thumb) of a person to be inserted therein.

A guide portion 13 is provided on the upper edge of the second surface portion 3 . The guide portion 13 is perpendicular to the second surface portion 3 and protrudes inward (toward the first surface portion 2). The guide portion 13 is provided at the upper edge of the second surface portion 3 with a gap corresponding to the thickness of the lid flap 8 to be described later left at both ends in the width direction of the upper edge. Moreover, in this embodiment, it is provided in a portion other than the groove 14 on the upper edge of the second surface portion 3 . An opening 16 is formed between the guide portion 13 and the first surface portion 2 .

The lid portion 6 is not particularly limited, but has a substantially rectangular shape. The lid portion 6 is provided on the first surface portion 2 so as to be foldable. Although not particularly limited, in the present embodiment, a connecting piece 10 is provided on one long side of the lid portion 6 (the edge on the side of the first surface portion 2) so as to be bendable. The connecting piece 10 is fixed to the inner surface of the first surface portion 2 with a tape, an adhesive tape, or the like, so that the lid portion 6 is provided on the first surface portion 2 so as to be foldable. Thereby, the lid portion 6 is opened and closed to open and close the opening portion 16 .

The longer side on the other side of the lid portion 6 (the edge on the side of the second surface portion 3) protrudes at the center in the width direction so as to fit into the cutout portion at the center in the width direction of the guide portion 13. A lid opening piece 11 is provided on the projecting portion so as to be foldable.

The lid opening piece 11 is fitted in the groove 14 at the upper edge of the second surface portion 3, and when the packaging box 1 is unopened, the lid opening piece 11 is cut in a perforated or half-cut shape. It is connected to the second surface portion 3 by a line 17 while being fitted in the groove 14 . When the packaging box 1 is unopened, the lid portion 6 is connected to the guide portion 13 so as to be flush with the guide portion 13 by perforated or half-cut cut lines 18, for example. Although the lid bottom opening piece 11 has a trapezoidal shape in this embodiment, the shape is not particularly limited, and may be a semicircular shape or the like.

Lid flaps 8 are provided on a pair of opposing short sides (edges on both sides) of the lid portion 6 . The lid flap 8 protrudes (hangs vertically) perpendicular to the lid portion 6 and inward (toward the bottom portion 7). Lid flap 8 is vertically oriented between first surface 2 and second surface 3 as shown in FIGS. 3, 4, 6 and 7 when lid 6 closes opening 16. inserted.

図4(A)に示す第一辺80の長さD1(第一辺80及び第二辺81の交点Oから第一辺80の先端までの距離)は、図4(D)に示す第二辺81の長さD4(第一辺80及び第二辺81の交点Oから第二辺81の先端までの距離)よりも長い。 As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the lid flap 8 has a first side 80 connecting to the lid portion 6, a second side 81 perpendicular to the first side 80, and the first side 80 and A contour is formed by a third side 82 connecting the second sides 81 . The first side 80 is linear and extends vertically between the first surface portion 2 and the second surface portion 3 when the lid portion 6 closes the opening portion 16 as shown in FIG. 4A. The second side 81 is linear and extends parallel to the first surface portion 2 and the second surface portion 3 as shown in FIG. 4A when the lid portion 6 closes the opening portion 16 . The length D1 of the first side 80 shown in FIG. 4A (the distance from the intersection point O of the first side 80 and the second side 81 to the tip of the first side 80) is the second side shown in FIG. 4D. It is longer than the length D4 of the side 81 (the distance from the intersection O of the first side 80 and the second side 81 to the tip of the second side 81).

The length D1 of the first side 80 is the same as the distance between the first surface portion 2 and the second surface portion 3 (the length from the inner surface of the first surface portion 2 to the inner surface of the second surface portion 3). The tip of the first side 80 reaches the inner surface of the second surface portion 3 as shown in FIG. 4A when the lid portion 6 closes the opening portion 16 . In this embodiment, since the lid portion 6 is provided on the inner surface of the first surface portion 2 via the connecting piece 10, the length D1 of the first side 80 of the lid flap 8 is strictly the length of the first surface portion. Although it may be shorter than the interval between 2 and the second surface portion 3 by the thickness of the connecting piece 10 , it is substantially the same length as the interval between the first surface portion 2 and the second surface portion 3 .

The length D4 of the second side 81 is shorter than the interval between the first surface portion 2 and the second surface portion 3 . The tip of the second side 81 does not reach the inner surface of the second surface portion 3 as shown in FIG. 4D when the lid portion 6 opens the opening portion 16 . After the lid portion 6 closes the opening portion 16 , the tip of the second side portion 81 hits the inner surface of the first surface portion 2 when the lid portion 6 is further pushed in, so that the lid portion 81 is further closed. To suppress the part 6 from being pushed.

The third side 82 includes contact portions 82A and 82C on the first side 80 side and a non-contact portion 82B on the second side 81 side. The contact portions 82A and 82C include a curved portion 82A on the non-contact portion 82B side and a straight portion 82C on the first side 80 side.

The straight portion 82</b>C extends vertically straight from the first side 80 . The distance from the intersection O of the first side 80 and the second side 81 of the straight portion 82C is equal to or greater than the length D1 of the first side 80, as can be seen from FIG. 4(A). Therefore, the distance from the intersection O of the first side 80 and the second side 81 of the straight portion 82C is longer than the interval between the first surface portion 2 and the second surface portion 3 .

The curved portion 82A extends from the straight portion 82C in a curved shape (for example, in an arc shape) and connects to the non-contact portion 80B. A distance D2 from the intersection point O of the first side 80 and the second side 81 of the curved portion 82A is longer than the interval between the first surface portion 2 and the second surface portion 3, as shown in FIG. 4B. In addition, the distance D2 from the intersection point O of the first side 80 and the second side 81 is the same as the interval between the first surface portion 2 and the second surface portion 3 at the connecting portion of the curved portion 82A and the non-contact portion 82B. . Since the curved portion 82A has a curved shape, the curved portion 82A smoothly abuts the inner surface of the second surface portion 3 when the lid portion 6 is opened and closed, although the details will be described later. In addition, the curved portion 82A does not necessarily have to be curved, and may be a polygonal line that is similar to a curved line by connecting a plurality of line segments at an obtuse angle.

The non-contact portion 82B extends from the curved portion 80A and connects to the second side 81 . A distance D3 from the intersection O of the first side 80 and the second side 81 of the non-contact portion 82B is shorter than the interval between the first surface portion 2 and the second surface portion 3, as shown in FIG. 4(C). In addition, the distance D3 from the intersection point O of the first side 80 and the second side 81 is the same as the interval between the first surface portion 2 and the second surface portion 3 at the connection point between the non-contact portion 82B and the curved portion 82A. . Although the non-contact portion 82B has a curved shape in this embodiment, it may have a polygonal line shape in which a plurality of line segments are connected at an angle.

As shown in FIGS. 4A to 4D, the lid flap 8 rotates around the intersection O of the first side 80 and the second side 81 when opening and closing the lid portion 6. It moves between a position that closes 16 and a position that opens opening 16 . At this time, the distance from the intersection point O of the first side 80 and the second side 81 at the contact portions 82A and 82C of the lid flap 8 is equal to or greater than the interval between the first surface portion 2 and the second surface portion 3. 4(A) and 4(B), it contacts the inner surface of the second surface portion 3. As shown in FIGS. On the other hand, in the non-contact portion 82B of the lid flap 8, the distance from the intersection O of the first side 80 and the second side 81 is shorter than the distance between the first surface portion 2 and the second surface portion 3. It does not come into contact with the inner surface of the second surface portion 3 as shown in (C) and (D).

6 and 7, when the lid portion 6 is opened and closed, the lid flap 8 has gaps on both sides of the guide portion 13 in the width direction, that is, the guide portion 13, the third surface portion 4, and the third surface portion 4. It is inserted between the first surface portion 2 and the second surface portion 3 between the four surface portions 5 . Since the lid flap 8 is guided by the guide portion 13 , the lid flap 8 is restricted from being bent inward from the state in which it is bent perpendicularly to the lid portion 6 , and is in the state in which it is bent perpendicularly to the lid portion 6 . , is inserted and removed between the first surface portion 2 and the second surface portion 3 as the lid portion 6 is opened and closed.

The bottom portion 7 has a rectangular shape, although it is not particularly limited. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the first surface portion 2 and the second surface portion 3 are perpendicular to a pair of opposed long sides of the bottom portion 7 (edges on the first surface portion 2 side and the second surface portion 3 side), respectively. It is designed to stand on. Bottom flaps 9 (shown in FIG. 5) are provided so as to stand vertically on a pair of opposing short sides (edges on both sides) of the bottom portion 7, and the third surface portion 4 and the fourth surface portion 5 are respectively It is located outside the bottom flap 9 .

One long side of the bottom portion 7 (the edge on the side of the second surface portion 3) is provided with a bottom opening piece 12 at the center in the width direction so that the bottom opening piece 12 can be bent. The bottom opening piece 12 is fitted into the groove 15 at the lower edge of the second surface portion 3, and when the packaging box 1 is unopened, the bottom opening piece 12 has a perforated or half-cut cut. It is connected to the second surface portion 3 by a line 19 while being fitted in the concave groove 15 . When the packaging box 1 is unopened, the bottom portion 7 is connected to the second surface portion 3 by perforated or half-cut cut lines 20 . Although the bottom opening piece 12 has a trapezoidal shape in this embodiment, the shape is not particularly limited, and may be a semicircular shape or the like.

The packaging box 1 described above can be assembled from a single blank sheet 100 shown in FIG. A ruled line 22 is provided at the boundary between the bottom surface portion 7 and the bottom opening piece 12 , and the bottom opening piece 12 can be bent with respect to the bottom surface portion 7 . A cut line 19 is provided at the boundary between the bottom opening piece 12 and the second surface portion 3 so that the bottom opening piece 12 can be separated from the second surface portion 3 . A cut line 20 is provided at the boundary between the bottom surface portion 7 and the second surface portion 3 , so that the second surface portion 3 can be bent with respect to the bottom portion 7 and the bottom portion 7 can be separated from the second surface portion 3 . A ruled line 23 is provided at the boundary between the second surface portion 3 and the guide portion 13 and at the boundary between the lid opening piece 11 and the lid portion 6, so that the guide portion 13 can be bent with respect to the second surface portion 3, The lid opening piece 11 can be bent with respect to the lid portion 6 . A cut line 17 is provided at the boundary between the lid opening piece 11 and the second surface portion 3 , and the lid opening piece 11 can be separated from the second surface portion 3 . A notch line 18 is provided at the boundary between the lid portion 6 and the guide portion 13 so that the lid portion 6 can be separated from the guide portion 13 . Ruled lines 25 and 26 are provided at boundaries between the first surface portion 2 and the outer surface portions 40 and 50 so that the outer surface portions 40 and 50 can be bent with respect to the first surface portion 2 . Ruled lines 27 and 28 are provided at the boundary between the bottom portion 7 and the bottom flap 9 so that the bottom flap 9 can be folded with respect to the bottom portion 7 . Ruled lines 29 and 30 are provided at boundaries between the second surface portion 3 and the inner surface portions 41 and 51 so that the inner surface portions 41 and 51 can be bent with respect to the second surface portion 3 . Ruled lines 31 and 32 are provided at the boundary between the lid portion 6 and the lid flap 8 so that the lid flap 8 can be folded with respect to the lid portion 6 .

Next, a procedure for assembling the packaging box 1 using the blank sheet 100 shown in FIG. 5 will be described. First, the first surface portion 2, the bottom portion 7, the second surface portion 3, and the lid portion 6 are bent at their boundaries by 90 degrees each, and the connecting piece 10 connected to the lid portion 6 is bent 90 degrees to form the first surface portion. 2, the first surface portion 2, the bottom portion 7, the second surface portion 3, and the lid portion 6 are connected to form a rectangular tube. The packaging box 1 is supplied to the user in this square tubular state (more specifically, in a flattened state), and the user stores articles in the internal space.

When the articles are accommodated, the pair of lid flaps 8 are folded at the boundary with the lid portion 6 at 90 degrees and the pair of bottom flaps 9 are folded at the boundary with the bottom portion 7 at 90 degrees to form the first surface portion 2 and the second surface portion 2, respectively. It is interposed between the two faces 3 . After that, the inner surface portions 41 and 51 are bent 90 degrees at the boundary with the second surface portion 3, and the outer surface portions 40 and 50 are bent 90 degrees at the boundary with the first surface portion 2 and superimposed on the outside of the inner surface portions 41 and 51. . Then, the third surface portion 4 and the fourth surface portion 5 are formed by attaching the outer surface portions 40 and 50 to the inner surface portions 41 and 51 . Thus, the packaging box 1 shown in FIG. 1 is assembled.

The assembled packaging box 1 can be opened by separating the lid opening piece 11 from the second surface part 3 along the cut line 17 and then cutting off the lid part 6 from the guide part 13 along the cut line 18. As shown in FIG. 3, when the lid 6 is opened, the contents of the packaging box 1 can be taken out through the opening 16 . Further, after the packaging box 1 is opened, the packaging box 1 can be resealed by closing the lid portion 6 as shown in FIG. 8, and opening and closing can be repeated.

In addition, although illustration is omitted after all the articles as contents are taken out, the packaging box 1 cuts the bottom part 7 after separating the bottom opening piece 12 from the second surface part 3 along the cut line 19. By cutting along the line 20 from the second surface 3, the packaging box 1 can be folded by opening the bottom 7, and the packaging box 1 can be easily discarded.

According to the packaging box 1 described above, when the lid portion 6 is closed after the packaging box 1 is opened and the packaging box 1 is resealed, as shown in FIGS. Abutting portions 82A and 82C of the lid flap 8 on both sides of the lid portion 6 abut against the inner surface of the second surface portion 3 . Therefore, the lid portion 6 is prevented from opening naturally due to the friction between the lid flap 8 and the second surface portion 3, and the lid portion 6 can be maintained in the closed state.

Further, when the lid portion 6 is opened, the curved portion 82A of the contact portions 82A and 82C of the lid flap 8 smoothly contacts the inner surface of the second surface portion 3 because the curved portion 82A has a smooth curved shape. Therefore, even if the lid flap 8 is in contact with the inner surface of the second surface portion 3, the lid portion 6 can be opened smoothly. Furthermore, when the lid portion 6 is opened to some extent, as shown in FIGS. , the lid portion 6 can be fully opened without difficulty, and the articles as contents can be easily taken out.

When the lid portion 6 is opened and closed, the lid flap 8 is inserted and pulled out between the first surface portion 2 and the second surface portion 3 while being guided by the guide portion 13, as shown in FIGS. . As a result, the lid flap 8 is maintained in a state of being bent perpendicularly to the lid portion 6 and follows the inner surfaces of the third surface portion 4 and the fourth surface portion 5, so that the lid flap 8 does not interfere with the contents of the article. It is possible to prevent the opening and closing of the lid portion 6 from being obstructed. In addition, when the lid flap 8 is bent inward (in the direction away from the third surface portion 4 and the fourth surface portion 5), the contact portions 82A and 82C of the lid flap 8 are less likely to contact the inner surface of the second surface portion 3. The lid part 6 can be easily opened naturally, but the guide part 13 keeps the lid flap 8 vertically bent with respect to the lid part 6, so that the lid part 6 can be effectively easily opened naturally. can be suppressed to
