Description

The present invention relates to an auxiliary member that also serves as a cushioning material.

Conventionally, there has been proposed a power conditioner (10) that can maintain an aesthetic appearance and that facilitates wiring connection work. The power conditioner includes a main body (11) into which a plurality of wirings (4) are drawn from the bottom surface, and a lower housing (20) that can be attached to the bottom surface of the main body. It has openings that open from the top surface to the back surface, and the openings include a top opening (28) through which a plurality of wires pass from the inside to the main body, and a back opening through which at least part of the plurality of wires pass from the outside to the inside on the back side. (22) is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

In addition, multiple items can be packed compactly with a low loading height and with cushioning properties. An accessory set serving and shipping vacuum forming tray (10) has also been proposed. The vacuum forming tray for serving and shipping the accessory set consists of a sheet-shaped synthetic resin, a plate-shaped main body (12) which is substantially horizontal in the state of use, and a peripheral edge of the main body. A side surface portion (14) is provided and protrudes downward in use, and the main body portion is formed with an upwardly opening upper housing portion (22, 24, 26, 28) formed by a downward recessed portion, The upper storage part has a shape that accommodates the outer shape of the articles to be stored with a slight gap, and the same number as the number of storage parts is formed. (20) is known (see Patent Document 2, for example).

In recent years, a wall-mounted type power conditioner as shown in Patent Document 1 has become popular. Also, as a method of using the power conditioner, a method of using a storage battery provided in the electric vehicle by connecting it to an electric vehicle has been proposed. As a result, the number of cases where a connector device for connecting to a charging port of an electric vehicle is attached to a wall-mounted power conditioner is increasing. Under such circumstances, there is a need for a single worker to install the power conditioner, to which the connector device is connected, on the wall surface. In this case, the connector device connected to the power conditioner may interfere with the smooth operation of the operator, and there is a concern that the workability may deteriorate.

It is an auxiliary member that can be attached to the front side of the electronic device.

According to the present invention, a worker who installs an electronic device on a wall surface can install the electronic device on the wall surface without holding the connector device. In general, it is difficult for a worker to install an electronic device on a wall while holding a connector device, and there is a risk that the connector device will fall and be damaged during work. By holding the connector device with the auxiliary member in the present invention, work efficiency can be improved and the risk of the connector device falling and being damaged can be reduced. In addition, there is the convenience that the connector device can be held by the auxiliary member, and the electronic device can be transported with the auxiliary member attached.

Further, in the present invention, the cable is held by the cable holding portion, and the connector is held by the connector holding portion and attached to the electronic device, whereby the cable, the connector, and the electronic device are connected. It may be an auxiliary member that also serves as a cushioning material that provides cushioning to at least one of them. According to this, the connector device can be held by the auxiliary member, and the electronic device can be packed in a packing box and shipped with the auxiliary member attached to the electronic device. Vibrations and shocks may be applied to the connector device and the electronic equipment at the time of shipment, but they are buffered by the auxiliary member of the present invention.

Further, in the present invention, the cable is held by the cable holding portion and the connector is held by the connector holding portion while being attached to the electronic device. may be used as an auxiliary member that can be packed and shipped or unpacked and taken out. According to this, it is possible to save the trouble of attaching and detaching cables and connectors each time the package is packed or unpacked.

Further, in the present invention, the electronic device is a power conditioner having a substantially box shape having a top surface, a bottom surface, a side surface, a front surface side and a rear surface side, and having a connection port for connecting the cable, and the substrate section may be an auxiliary member that can be attached to the power conditioner so as to cover the front side of the power conditioner. According to this, the power conditioner can be used only by installing the power conditioner on the wall surface, and the state in which the connector device is stably connected to the power conditioner can be maintained.

Further, in the present invention, the cable holding portion may be an auxiliary member having a substantially circular shape in plan view. According to this, when the cable is wound around the cable holding portion, the cable is less likely to be damaged, and since the center of gravity is stabilized on the auxiliary member, the auxiliary member can be easily carried.

Further, in the present invention, the connector holding portion may be an auxiliary member that is a space in which the connector is arranged in the center portion of the substantially circular shape of the cable holding portion. According to this, since the center of gravity of the connector and the center of gravity of the power conditioner are aligned and stabilized, the auxiliary member can be easily carried.

Further, in the present invention, the power conditioner has a gripping portion extending like a hook at the upper and/or lower portion of the approximately box shape in the installed state, and the mounting portion is hooked on the gripping portion. Therefore, it may be an auxiliary member that can be attached to the power conditioner. According to this, when the power conditioner is installed on the wall surface, the state in which the auxiliary member is attached to the power conditioner can be reliably maintained. Even if vibration or impact is applied during packing and shipping, the state in which the auxiliary member is attached to the power conditioner can be firmly maintained.

Further, in the present invention, the attachment portion may be an auxiliary member that is hooked while leaving a part of the grip portion. According to this, even when the auxiliary member is attached to the power conditioner, the power conditioner can be easily transported. In general, when transporting the power conditioner, the power conditioner is held by hooking a finger on the grip portion of the power conditioner.

The means for solving the above problems can be used in combination with each other as much as possible.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, when installing a power conditioner on a wall surface, a connector apparatus can be hold|maintained integrally with a power conditioner. As a result, the operator who installs the power conditioner on the wall surface does not need to directly hold the connector device, which improves workability during installation.

In addition, the present invention has the following secondary effects by adding other limiting factors. That is, since the auxiliary member in the present invention also serves as a cushioning material, it is possible to absorb vibrations and shocks applied to the connector device held by the auxiliary member.

FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing an example of an auxiliary member having a holding function in Example 1. FIG. 2 is a projection view showing an example of an auxiliary member that also serves as a cushioning material in the second embodiment. FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view showing an example of packaging using an auxiliary member that also serves as a cushioning material according to the second embodiment.

[Example of application]
In this application example, an auxiliary member that also serves as a cushioning material will be described. The auxiliary member according to this application example can be attached to the power conditioner while holding the EV cable and EV gun that constitute the connector device, and the power conditioner can be installed on the wall surface with the auxiliary member attached. can be done.

FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing an example of an auxiliary member 1 having a holding function to which the present invention can be applied. 1A is a front view of the auxiliary member 1 and the connector device 2 seen from the front, FIG. 1B is a side view of each of the auxiliary member 1 and the power conditioner 3 seen from the direction of the arrow in FIG. 1A, and FIG. 1C is FIG. 1A. 1D is a side view of the auxiliary member 1, the connector device 2, and the power conditioner 3 seen from the direction of the arrow in FIG. 1C. FIG. 1D is a top view of the auxiliary member 1 and the power conditioner 3 seen from the direction of the arrow in FIG. 1C.

As shown in FIG. 1A, the auxiliary member 1 has a substantially plate-like substrate portion 10, and holds an EV cable 20 and an EV gun 21 that constitute the connector device 2 on the plane of the substrate portion 10. As shown in FIG. The EV cable 20 is held by being wound around the EV cable holding portion 11 of the auxiliary member 1 shown in FIG. 1B, and the EV gun 21 is held by being fitted into the EV gun holding portion 12 of the auxiliary member 1 shown in FIG. 1B. . As shown in FIG. 1C, the EV cable 20 connects the EV gun 21 and the power conditioner 3 to which the auxiliary member 1 is attached. Note that FIG. 1C omits illustration of the state in which the EV cable 20 is wound around the EV cable holding portion 11 . A cover is attached to the power conditioner 3, but its illustration is omitted. The auxiliary member 1 can hold the EV cable 20, the EV gun 21, and the power conditioner 3 integrally. Therefore, when installing the power conditioner 3 to which the auxiliary member 1 is attached, the worker can install the power conditioner 3 on the wall without holding the connector device 2 separately. Since the connector device 2 is generally too heavy to hold with one hand, holding it on the auxiliary member 1 reduces the risk of the connector device 2 dropping and improves workability.

As shown in FIG. 1B, the auxiliary member 1 has a mounting portion 13 on the surface opposite to the substrate portion 10 on which the EV cable holding portion 11 and the EV gun holding portion 12 are provided. As shown in FIG. 1C, the attachment portion 13 is hooked to the grip portion 30 of the power conditioner 3 while the EV cable 20 and the EV gun 21 are held by the EV cable holding portion 11 and the EV gun holding portion 12, respectively. Thus, the auxiliary member 1 is attached to the power conditioner 3 . The power conditioner 3 can be carried by placing a finger on the grip portion 30 .

[Example 1]
An auxiliary member that also serves as a cushioning material according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. In addition, the auxiliary member which also serves as a cushioning material according to the present invention is not intended to be limited to the following configuration.

<構成>
<Configuration>
Now, return to the description of FIG. As shown in FIG. 1A, the EV cable 20 is wound around the EV cable holding portion 11 so that the auxiliary member 1 holds the substantially circular shape in plan view. By holding the EV cable 20 in a substantially circular shape, the EV cable 20 is less likely to be damaged and stabilized on the auxiliary member 1 . Further, the EV gun 21 is held in the central portion of the substantially circular shape of the EV cable 20 by being fitted into the EV gun holding portion 12 . By holding the EV gun 21 in the center of the substantially circular shape of the EV cable 20, the center of gravity of the auxiliary member 1 is stabilized. In FIG. 1A, the EV cable 20 crosses the lower side of the auxiliary member 1 and is connected to the power conditioner 3 behind the auxiliary member 1 in plan view of the auxiliary member 1, but the EV cable 20 crosses The position is not limited to this. Here, the EV cable 20 and EV gun 21 correspond to the cable and connector in the present invention. Also, the EV cable holding portion 11 and the EV gun holding portion 12 correspond to the cable holding portion and the connector holding portion in the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 1C, the auxiliary member 1 is attached to the power conditioner 3 by hooking the concave portion of the attachment portion 13 so as to cover the grip portion 30, but the attachment method is not limited to this. For example, the auxiliary member 1 may be attached to the power conditioner 3 by fitting the attachment portion 13 and the grip portion 30 . Also, the auxiliary member 1 may be attached to a portion other than the grip portion 30 .

1C, both the mounting portion 13 and the gripping portion 30 extend in the depth direction, but the mounting portion 13 is partly positioned so as to avoid the gripping portion 30 in a top view or a bottom view. extends to The grip portion 30 indicated by solid lines in FIG. 1D is a portion that can be seen without being blocked by the attachment portion 13 when the attachment portion 13 and the grip portion 30 are viewed from the direction of the arrow in FIG. 1C. Since a part of the mounting portion 13 extends so as to avoid the grip portion 30, the operator can grip the grip portion 30 even when the auxiliary member 1 is attached to the power conditioner 3. Therefore, the power conditioner 3 can be easily transported.

[Example 2]
Next, Example 2 of the present invention will be described. Embodiment 2 describes an example in which the auxiliary member is used as a cushioning material.

FIG. 2 is a projection view showing an example of an auxiliary member 1a that also serves as a cushioning material in the second embodiment. 2A and 2B are a front view, a top view, a bottom view, a left side view, and a right side view of an auxiliary member 1a which also serves as a cushioning material, and those related to the auxiliary member 1a. In FIG. 2, an EV cable connecting the EV gun 21a and the power conditioner 3a is omitted.

The EV cable holding portion 11a shown in FIG. 2 has a substantially circular shape in a front view, like the EV cable holding portion 11 in the first embodiment. An EV gun holding portion 12a shown in FIG. 2 is a space inside a substantially circular shape in a front view, and unlike the EV gun holding portion 12 formed in a recessed shape on the plane of the auxiliary member 1 in the first embodiment, the auxiliary member 12a shown in FIG. It is not formed concavely on the plane of the member 1a. The EV gun 21a is held in the EV gun holding portion 12a by being tied with, for example, a vinyl string. By winding the EV cable around the EV cable holding portion 11a and tying the EV gun 21a to the EV gun holding portion 12a with a vinyl string or the like, the EV cable and the EV gun 21a are held by the auxiliary member 1a, and the auxiliary member 1a is connected to the power conditioner. 3a. The EV cable holding portion 11a in this embodiment is formed of a cylindrical wall member erected with respect to the substrate portion 10a, and four gaps are provided on the side surface of the cylinder. When holding the EV gun 21a, the EV cable is wound around the EV cable holding portion 11a, and the EV cable is passed through one of four gaps of the EV cable holding portion 11a, which has a substantially circular shape in the front view. In addition, the auxiliary member 1a can be transported while attached to the power conditioner 3a. As a result, the power conditioner 3a to which the auxiliary member 1a is attached can be packed and unpacked without the trouble of attaching and detaching the auxiliary member 1a. Since the auxiliary member 1a also serves as a cushioning material, it can be shipped as it is after packing. Even if the auxiliary member 1a is dropped during unpacking, the shock applied to the EV cable and the EV gun 21a held by the auxiliary member 1a can be buffered. The material of the auxiliary member 1a that also serves as a cushioning material is, for example, foamed resin, corrugated cardboard, or vacuum-molded resin.

FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view showing an example of packing using an auxiliary member 1a that also serves as a cushioning material according to the second embodiment. Here, it is an example in which the power conditioner 3a to which the auxiliary member 1a is attached is packed in the packing box 4. As shown in FIG. During packing, a second auxiliary member 5 is used as a cushioning material in addition to the auxiliary member 1a. The second auxiliary member 5 has a plate-like portion 50 and four columnar portions 51 . The plate-like portion 50 is laid on the bottom of the packing box 4, and the columnar portion 51 is erected on the inner corner of the packing box 4 to fill the gap between the power conditioner 3a and the packing box 4. The auxiliary member 1a and the second auxiliary member 5 cover the entire power conditioner 3a with a cushioning material to absorb vibrations and shocks applied during shipping. A cardboard 6 may be inserted between the auxiliary member 1a and the power conditioner 3a in order to further improve the cushioning performance. The material of the second auxiliary member 5 may also be cardboard, for example.

Although the EV cable and the EV gun 21a are not packed in the packing box 4 in FIG. 3, the EV cable and the EV gun 21a may be held in the auxiliary member 1a and packed in the packing box 4. From packing and shipping to unpacking and mounting the power conditioner 3a on the wall surface, the auxiliary member 1a holds the EV cable and the EV gun 21a and the auxiliary member 1a is mounted on the power conditioner 3a. state can be maintained. In addition, in order to align the directions of the power conditioners 3a to be put in the packing box 4, each of the auxiliary member 1a and the packing box 4 has a position reference mark at one of the four corners of the rectangle in plan view. The power conditioner 3a may be packed so that these marks overlap each other. Moreover, the packaging box 4 needs to be high enough to completely close the lid of the packaging box 4 with the power conditioner 3a having the auxiliary member 1a attached thereto. Note that the packing box 4 may be used for packing other than the power conditioner 3a to which the auxiliary member 1a is attached.
