Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to footwear such as athletic shoes and low shoes having an upper with a heel portion.

Footwear having a heel must be worn so as not to crush the heel. This is because if the heel is crushed, the foot will wobble in the shoe when walking, making it difficult to walk or shortening the life of the shoe.

In reality, however, it is troublesome to use the hands when putting on the shoes, and the heels of the shoes are often damaged.

Patent document 2 below discloses a shoe in which a counter (moon-shaped core) provided in the heel part is raised to a position below the ankle for the purpose of preventing the heel part from slipping out or floating when walking. It is In addition to this configuration, this shoe is described to provide a warped portion over the entire upper end of the counter. The reason why the curved portion is formed is to allow the user to put on the shoes smoothly without stepping on the upper end of the counter.

However, although the warped part functions as an insertion guide part so that the shoe can be put on smoothly, it is a warped shape to prevent the upper end from being stepped on and made it easy to insert the foot. is not. For this reason, when inserting the foot into the opening, it is necessary to do it in the same way as ordinary shoes. In addition, the warped part that is also warped under the ankle cannot be formed long in consideration of the appearance.

The main object of the present invention is to make it possible to put on shoes without using hands.

A means for achieving this is footwear having a heel portion at the rear end of the upper, and a hard projecting piece portion extending obliquely upward and rearward is formed at the upper end of the heel portion.

With this configuration, the projecting piece reliably guides the heel of the foot that is put down from above into the footwear. Since the projecting piece extends obliquely upward and rearward, it also functions as a holding portion when holding the shoe and provides a distinctive appearance.

According to this invention, since the protruding piece guides the heel of the foot into the footwear, the shoe can be put on correctly without using hands or a shoehorn. Moreover, since the protruding piece extends obliquely upward and rearward, it can be made longer to improve the ease of wearing and to give a unique and beautiful appearance.

One mode for carrying out the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

The present invention simplifies the operation of putting on the footwear 11. The footwear 11 here is composed of a sole 12 and an upper 13 as shown in FIG. It has a heel portion 14 . In this example, low shoes 11a are shown as an example of footwear 11, but footwear 11 may be other types of footwear such as athletic shoes.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of only the right side of a pair of left and right short shoes, viewed obliquely from the rear. The sole 12 of the short shoe 11a serves as a base for supporting the foot, and the upper 13 wraps and protects the foot. part.

The upper 13 has a shoe opening 15 into which the foot is inserted, the toe side of the foot is accommodated in the part on the front side of the shoe opening 15, and the part behind the shoe opening 15, that is, the heel part 14 supports the heel of the foot. .

As described above, in order to simplify the operation of putting the shoes on, the short shoe 11a has a hard protruding piece 16 formed at the upper end of the heel portion 14 and extending obliquely upward and rearward. The protruding piece 16 is a part of the upper 13, is integral with the heel portion 14, and extends only obliquely upward and rearward.

The protruding piece 16 has a cross-sectional shape in which the inner side, in other words, the front side, is concave, and the contour of the tip 16a is rounded. In other words, the upper end of the heel portion 14 is extended upward and obliquely rearward while being recessed from the front side like the upper end of the heel portion 14, and the tip 16a is rounded in a semicircular shape in plan view. The width of the tip of the protruding piece 16 is set narrower than the width of the base, and can be set, for example, about half to slightly wider than half the width of the heel 14 .

The base of the projecting piece 16 is formed smoothly rearward from the edges on both the left and right sides of the opening 15, and the portion ahead of this is gradually tapered toward the tip of the projecting piece 16, becoming the tip 16a. Connected to the arc-shaped part. In other words, the contour shape of the projecting piece 16 is a substantially triangular mountain shape with a curved upper portion and a straight or curved lower portion, and has substantially triangular inclined side portions 16b on both left and right sides. As described above, since the projecting piece 16 has a curved shape with a concave front surface side, the contour lines of the left and right inclined side portions 16b of the projecting piece 16 are aligned horizontally with an interval therebetween. The outlines of the inclined side portions 16b that are aligned to the left and right are in the shape of an inverted "V" that opens forward.

The protruding piece 16 is hard as described above, and unlike the upper end of a normal heel portion, it has such a rigidity that it does not easily crush or break even when stepped on. Such rigidity is obtained by providing a moon-shaped core extension portion 17b extending from a main body portion 17a of a moon-shaped core 17 provided in the heel portion 14 of the low shoe 11a as the core of the projecting piece portion 16. As shown in FIG.

The moon-shaped core 17 is formed of a hot-melt type synthetic sheet, also called a chemi-sheet, and is sandwiched between the exterior material 14 a and the interior material 14 b of the heel portion 14 .

FIG. 2 shows a rear view, a longitudinal sectional view and a transverse sectional view of the moon-shaped core 17. As shown in FIG. In FIG. 2, (a) is a rear view, (b) is a cross-sectional view along line AA, and (c) is a cross-sectional view along line BB. As shown in these figures, the moon-shaped core 17 has a main body portion 17a which has a semi-circular cross-sectional shape along the cross-sectional shape of the heel portion 14, and has a substantially semi-circular body portion 17a which narrows upwardly. , a moon-shaped core extension 17b is formed from the upper end of the widthwise middle position of the main body 17a.

The moon-shaped core extension 17b is generally strip-shaped with a concave front side, and extends obliquely upward and rearward continuously from the upper end of the main body 17a, which projects forward and curves corresponding to the constriction of the upper portion of the back of the heel of the foot. ing. A curved portion 17c having an arcuate vertical cross-section corresponds to the upper constriction of the back of the heel, and a linear portion 17d extending linearly above the curved portion 17c. Although the size of the curved portion 17c and the angle and length of the straight portion 17d can be appropriately set, the angle of the straight portion 17d is preferably steeper than 45 degrees. This is because the heel can be smoothly guided without damaging the moon-shaped core 17 even when the foot is stepped on.

As described above, the projecting piece 16 has a substantially triangular mountain shape, whereas the moon-shaped core extension 17b has a substantially strip-like shape. The moon-shaped core 17 does not exist. Therefore, the inclined side portion 16b of the protruding piece portion 16 has no rigidity and is in a state of being easily deformed compared to the portion having the moon-shaped core extension portion 17b.

Thus, the projecting piece 16 is not wholly rigid, but partially rigid, and the part is a portion centered on the center line passing through the middle in the left-right direction.

FIG. 3 shows a side view of the low boot 11a. As shown in this figure, the projecting pieces 16 extend obliquely upward and rearward from portions of the left and right side edges of the opening 15 corresponding to below the ankles. The relationship between the height H (the length extending above the height of the normal heel portion (see the virtual line S)) and the rearward protrusion length L is H>L in the example of FIG. The top end height T1 of the projecting piece 16 is higher than the front end height T2 of the opening 15 . The height H of the projecting piece 16 may be determined according to the relationship with the length D of the opening 15 in the front-rear direction.

Further, as shown in the partially broken side view of FIG. 4, a pair of right and left pad portions 18 are formed on the inner surface of the heel portion 14 so as to correspond to the upper portion of the heel 32 of the foot 31 of the human body. The pad portion 18 is for holding the heel 32 when the shoe is worn, and is formed by integrating an appropriate elastic material (not shown) into a portion of the flexible interior material 14b of the heel portion 14. formed by The pad portion 18 has a substantially circular shape when viewed from the front, and as shown in the transverse cross-sectional view of FIG.

The interior material 16c forming the projecting piece 16 is made of smooth and slippery fabric. The interior material 16c may be made of the same material as the interior material 14b of the heel portion 14. As shown in FIG.

The short shoe 11a constructed as described above can be easily put on by simply inserting the foot 31 into the opening 15 of the upper 13. As shown in FIG. That is, when the toe 33 of the foot 31 is inserted into the opening 15 and the heel 32 is lowered as shown by the phantom lines in FIG. Since the projecting piece 16 is hard, it does not deform like being crushed, and slides the heel 32 forward to encourage the foot 31 to enter the shoe.

The protruding piece 16 functions as a slide for the heel 32, and when the heel 32 falls on the heel portion of the sole 12, the foot 31 is accommodated in the short shoe 11a. When the heel 32 descends, the inclined side portion 16b of the protruding piece 16 has no rigidity and is deformable, so that it acts to widen the portion into which the heel 32 slides. For this reason, the heel 32 is more reliably and smoothly accommodated.

When the heel 32 is lowered and stored in the upper 13 , the heel 32 is positioned so as to be wrapped by the heel portion 14 and the pad portion 18 contacts the opposing portion of the foot 31 . Since the pad portion 18 contacts the foot 31, the fitting feeling is improved and the heel 32 can be held at a predetermined position.

In this way, the operation for putting on the low shoes 11a is simple, and there is no need to use a shoehorn. For this reason, it can be suitably used, for example, as footwear for people requiring nursing care or people with disabilities.

Moreover, since the protruding piece 16 extends only upward and obliquely rearward, the outer appearance of the shoe opening 15 is lengthened in the front-to-rear direction to facilitate insertion of the foot 31, and the heel 32 is slid forward and dropped. Visualize the action.

Also, since the tip height T1 of the protruding piece 16 is higher than the front end height T2 of the opening 15, the protruding piece 16 is conspicuous when worn, and the probability of stepping on the protruding piece 16 can be reduced.

A moon-shaped core extension portion 17b serving as a core material of the projecting piece portion 16 is composed of a curved portion 17c at the base and a straight portion 17d above it. For this reason, the tip 16a of the protruding piece 16, that is, the tip of the linear portion 17d, can be prevented from being locally concentrated and damaged, and the guide function can be reliably performed.

Since the projecting piece 16 has a curved cross-sectional shape in which the inner surface side is recessed, the rigidity is high from this point as well, and a reliable action can be expected.

Although the rigidity is high, the tip 16a of the projecting piece 16 has a rounded shape, so that the contact with the heel 32 is soft and easy to wear. Moreover, since the projecting piece 16 can be formed into a shape having a smoothly continuous contour, a beautiful appearance can be obtained.

In addition, since the projecting piece 16 is provided with a moon-shaped core extension 17b extending from the moon-shaped core 17 provided in the heel portion 14 as a core, the configuration can be simplified and the weight is unnecessarily increased. can be avoided. As a result, it is also comfortable to wear.

The above configuration is one mode for carrying out the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the configuration described above, and other configurations can be employed.

For example, the projecting piece 16 may be provided with a core material different from the moon-shaped core 17 . Moreover, the projecting piece 16 can be made of a separate member instead of being made rigid by incorporating a core material.

The protruding piece 16 may have rigidity partially as in the above example, or may have rigidity as a whole.

Moreover, in order to increase the strength of the projecting piece 16 so that it does not break easily, for example, as shown in FIG. FIG. 6(a) shows an example in which the main body portion 17a and the moon-shaped core extension portion 17b are entirely double-layered, and FIG. It shows an example where

The tip height T1 of the projecting piece 16 may be lower than the front end height T2 of the opening 15, as shown in FIG. With such a configuration, the toe 33 can be bent at a small angle when worn, and the appearance of the footwear having the protrusion 16 is made different from that of the above-described example to reduce the presence of the protrusion 16. gives the appearance of
