Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sheet package.
2. Description of the Related Art A sheet package such as a pocket tissue is configured by accommodating a sheet such as tissue paper in a packaging bag formed of a resin film. Perforations are formed on the top surface of the packaging bag, and an outlet is formed by tearing the perforations. By inserting the fingertips into the packaging bag through the outlet and pinching the uppermost sheet, the sheet is pulled out (for example, Patent Document 1).
In addition, a sheet package in which a perforation is opened to form an ejection port breaks the sheet when the perforation is opened. There are problems such as not being able to use it cleanly until the end. As a sheet package that solves these problems, there is a sheet package that can be repeatedly opened and closed by covering the outlet with a seal member that can be peeled and adhered (for example, Patent Document 2).
However, in a sheet package having an outlet covered with a seal member, when the outlet is repeatedly opened and closed, the seal member sticks to the sheet, resulting in breakage of the sheet or deterioration of adhesiveness of the seal member.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a sheet package in which a sheet is less likely to stick to a sealing member.
A first aspect of the present invention includes a packaging bag for accommodating a plurality of stacked sheets, an outlet opening to the top surface when a part of the top surface of the packaging bag is cleaved, and the cleaved top surface. and a sealing member fixed to the lid and detachably adhered to the top surface. a first edge connected to the top surface and extending in a first direction; a second edge extending to a terminal end, wherein the sealing member includes a fixing portion fixed to the portion of the top surface and an adhesive detachably adhered to a portion of the top surface other than the portion. and a free end that is adjacent to the adhesive portion and is not adhered to the top surface, and a non-adhesive portion overlapping the second edge is formed between the fixed portion and the adhesive portion. It is a sheet package.
In this specification, the take-out port that opens to the top surface when a part of the top surface of the packaging bag is cleaved has a cut line for tearing formed on the top surface, and the top surface of the packaging bag is opened by tearing the cut line for tearing. 4 shows an aperture formed in a face; Covering the outlet in an openable/closable manner means that the outlet can be opened from a state in which the lid covers the outlet, and the opened outlet can be covered again with the lid.
The first direction indicates a direction along a predetermined one direction on the top surface of the packaging bag. A second direction that intersects with the first direction indicates a direction perpendicular to the first direction or a direction that intersects the brace on the same plane as the top surface of the packaging bag.
The first edge connected to the top surface indicates the fixed end of the lid connected to the top surface with the extraction port open even if the tearing cut line is cleaved. A second edge that is not connected to the top surface is formed when the tearing score line is cleaved, and indicates a free end of the lid that is not connected to the top surface when the outlet is open. The second edge being convex and extending from one end of the first edge to the other end means that the second edge is spaced apart from the first edge while being connected to both ends of the first edge. It shows that it protrudes in a plan view in the direction.
The portion other than a portion of the top surface to which the adhesive portion of the sealing member adheres means the portion of the top surface excluding the lid. To be detachably adhered to the top surface means that it can be peeled off from the state of being adhered to the top surface, and can be adhered to the top surface again from the state of being peeled off. The free end indicates a portion that can constitute a handle or knob of the sealing member that is neither fixed nor adhered to the top surface.
The non-adhesive portion indicates a partial region or portion of the seal member that does not substantially have a function of adhering to the top surface. The non-bonded portion overlaps the second edge means that the non-bonded portion is arranged on at least part of the portion covered by the sealing member on the second edge.
In the first aspect, a non-adhesive portion overlapping the second edge of the lid is formed between the fixed portion and the adhesive portion of the sealing member, thereby unsealing or opening or resealing or closing the outlet. The sheet is less likely to stick to the sealing member when opening and closing the outlet (hereinafter referred to as opening and closing). As a result, when the cover to which the sealing member is fixed is used to open and close the outlet, damage to the sheet can be suppressed, and furthermore, deterioration of adhesiveness of the sealing member can be prevented.
In addition, in the first aspect, when the sealing member is peeled off from the top surface, the outlet is cleaved on the top surface, and a part of the cleaved top surface serves as a lid, so that the top surface of the packaging bag is not pressed. The outlet can be opened immediately. Therefore, in the first aspect, it is possible to prevent the sheet from tearing when the outlet is opened.
In addition, in the first aspect, a part of the cleaved top surface constitutes a lid body that covers the outlet so that it can be opened and closed, so that the outlet can be closed. It becomes difficult for dust to enter. Thereby, in the first aspect, the sheet package can be used hygienically.
Further, in the first aspect, the first edge of the lid is connected to the top surface, so that the lid constituting part of the torn top surface is connected to the top surface without being separated from the packaging bag. It becomes a small piece. Therefore, in the first aspect, it is possible to prevent generation of fragments (such as fragments separated from the packaging bag) when the outlet is unsealed (or opened).
Furthermore, in the first aspect, the second edge of the lid is not connected to the top surface and is protruded in a second direction intersecting the first direction from one end of the first edge to the other end. The extension facilitates fixing of the sealing member to the lid.
A second aspect of the present invention is the sheet package, wherein the non-bonded portion is arranged along the second edge. In the second aspect, since the non-bonded portion of the sealing member is arranged along the second edge of the lid, the non-bonded portion tends to overlap the entire portion of the second edge covered with the sealing member. Become. Therefore, in the second aspect, it is possible to prevent the sheet from sticking to the seal member when opening and closing the outlet.
Furthermore, in the first aspect, the sealing member has a fixed portion fixed to the lid, an adhesive portion detachably adhered to a portion of the top surface excluding the lid, and a free end portion not adhered to the top surface. , the sealing member may constitute a trigger for opening and closing the outlet of the top surface. Therefore, in the first aspect, the lid can be easily opened and closed by attaching and detaching the sealing member.
A third aspect of the present invention is the sheet package, wherein the non-bonded portion has a linear shape in plan view. As used herein, the term "linear" refers to an elongated shape having a predetermined width. In the third aspect, by making the planar view shape of the non-bonded portion of the sealing member linear, the entire portion of the second edge covered by the sealing member can be covered with the non-bonded portion. Therefore, in the third aspect, it is possible to further prevent the sheet from sticking to the seal member when opening and closing the outlet.
In a fourth aspect of the present invention, the edge of the non-bonded portion on the fixed portion side is arranged near the second edge of the portion of the top surface, and the adhesive portion of the non-bonded portion A side edge is arranged near the second edge of the portion excluding the part of the top surface. In this specification, a part of the top surface near the second edge indicates the vicinity of the second edge on the lid. The vicinity of the second edge of the portion excluding a portion of the top surface indicates the vicinity of the second edge on the portion of the top surface excluding the lid.
In the fourth aspect, the edge of the non-bonded portion on the fixed portion side is arranged near the second edge of a portion of the top surface, and the edge on the adhesive portion side of the non-bonded portion excludes a portion of the top surface. By being arranged near the second edge of the portion, the sealing member can be provided with a linear non-bonded portion overlapping the second edge along the second edge. Therefore, in the fourth aspect, it is possible to further prevent the sheet from sticking to the seal member when opening and closing the outlet.
A fifth aspect of the present invention is the sheet packaging body, wherein the planar view shape of the non-bonded portion is dot-shaped. In this specification, the dot shape indicates that the non-bonded portion is composed of a plurality of dots (or points), and the dots are distributed regularly or randomly. In the fifth aspect, by making the non-bonded portion have a dot shape in plan view, it is possible to suppress sticking of the sheet to the sealing member when opening and closing the outlet.
In addition, in the fifth aspect, since the fixed portion and the adhesive portion of the sealing member are not separated by providing the non-adhesive portion having a dot shape in plan view, the top surface is partly cleaved to open the outlet. When doing so, the force of peeling off the adhesive part tends to be gently transmitted toward the fixed part. Therefore, in the fifth aspect, it is possible to suppress peeling of the fixing portion when the packaging bag is opened.
A sixth aspect of the present invention is the sheet packaging body, wherein the non-bonded portion is formed by cutting out a part of the sealing member. In the present specification, the phrase "formed by notching" means that the non-bonded portion is formed by a notch provided in the sealing member.
In the sixth aspect, since the non-bonded portion is configured by such a notch portion, it is possible to provide the non-bonded portion to the sealing member while reducing the size of the sealing member. Further, since the non-bonded portion is formed only by notching the sealing member, the non-bonded portion can be easily formed in the sealing member.
A seventh aspect of the present invention is the sheet package, wherein the width of the adhesive portion in the first direction narrows from the free end side toward the fixed portion side. In this specification, the width of the adhesive portion in the first direction indicates the width of the adhesive portion that extends along the first direction.
In the seventh aspect, the width of the adhesive portion in the first direction narrows from the free end side toward the fixed portion side, so that the force for peeling off the adhesive portion is easily transmitted toward the fixed portion side. The outlet can be unsealed or opened by force. In addition, in the seventh aspect, the outlet can be opened or unsealed with a small force, so even if the non-adhesive portion is configured by a notch portion in which a part of the sealing member is notched, the packaging bag can be opened. To suppress peeling of the fixed part when unsealing.
An eighth aspect of the present invention is a sheet package, wherein the width of the non-bonded portion in the second direction is 40% or more and 60% or less of the width of the adhesive portion in the second direction. .
A width L6 of the
In this embodiment, by setting the width L6 of the
The shape of the

The form of the sealing
The material of the base material BM is not limited, but resin materials such as the flexible film used for the
Although the material of the adhesive G1 of the fixing
The adhesive force between the adhesive G1 of the fixing

When the sealing
A
In addition, the form of the non-adhesive portion that does not substantially have an adhesive function is arbitrary. For example, the non-adhesive portion may be coated with the same adhesive as the fixed portion and the adhesive portion, and then coated with varnish or the like or pasted with a film to lose adhesiveness. Moreover, the non-adhesive portion may be configured in a state where the adhesive is not applied from the beginning or in a state where the adhesive is applied to such an extent that the adhesive function is not substantially exhibited. Furthermore, the non-bonded portion may be formed by cutting out a part of the sealing member.
The
Also, the
When the
The
In the
An
In the present embodiment, as described above, the
In addition, in the present embodiment, when the
In addition, in the present embodiment, the
In addition, in the present embodiment, the
In this embodiment, since the
In addition, in the present embodiment, the
In addition, in this embodiment, the sealing
In addition, in the present embodiment, the
Furthermore, in this embodiment, the
In this embodiment, as described above, the
In the present embodiment, the
In addition, in the present embodiment, the
In this embodiment, the
In the present embodiment, the
In this embodiment, the
In the present embodiment, as described above, the width L7 of the
In addition, in the present embodiment, the width L4 of the fixing

The
Further, in the second embodiment, each dot 65A forming the
In the second embodiment, the
In the second embodiment, by making the planar view shape of the
In addition, in the second embodiment, since the fixed
FIG. 15 is an enlarged view of the sealing member in the sheet package of the third embodiment. FIG. 16 is a view of the seal member in FIG. 15 as seen from the back side. In FIGS. 15 and 16, portions common to the first embodiment are denoted by the reference numerals of FIGS. 9 and 10 or corresponding reference numerals, and descriptions thereof are omitted.
In the
In the third embodiment, the
Further, in the
In the present embodiment, the non-bonded portions 66 (
In this embodiment, the width W3 of the
Hereinafter, the present embodiment will be specifically described using examples. Examples and comparative examples were evaluated by the following tests.
