Abstract
Description
[001] 本願は、参照によりその全体を本明細書に援用する、2017年9月27日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/563,960号の優先権の利益を主張する。
[002] 本開示は一般にリハビリ技法に関し、より詳細には患者を評価するためのコンピュータ支援方法に関する。
[003] 「結果評価ツール」としても知られる「結果測定」は、患者の変化する医学的状態又は機能状態を明らかにするために使用される一連の項目である。1つの結果測定は、機能状態を測定する方法を提供する機能的自立度評価法(FIM(登録商標):Functional Independence Measure)である。評価は運動的課題(13項目)及び認知的課題(5項目)で構成される18項目を含む。課題は完全介助から完全自立に及ぶ7段階の順序スケールに基づいて臨床家によって評点される。スコアは運動技能で7(最低)から91(最高)に及び、認知技能で7から35に及ぶ。項目は、摂食、整容、入浴、上半身更衣、下半身更衣、トイレ動作、排尿管理、排便管理、ベッドから椅子への移乗動作、トイレ移乗動作、シャワー移乗動作、移動(歩行又は車椅子レベル)、階段、理解、表出、社会的交流、問題解決、及び記憶を含む。
[008] 因子分析及び項目応答理論を組み込む結果評価を開発することにより、リハビリ患者の改善を正確に測定する問題を解決する。

Claims (12)
- 患者を評価するためのコンピュータ支援方法であって、
a.バランス、上肢機能、及び嚥下の領域内の項目を有するセルフケア分野内の前記患者の第1の評価の入力を受け付けること、
b.バランス、車椅子スキル、体位変更、ベッド移動度、及び移動度の領域内の項目を有する移動度分野内の前記患者の第2の評価の入力を受け付けること、
c.認知、記憶、及び意思伝達の領域内の項目を有する認知分野内の前記患者の第3の評価の入力を受け付けること、
d.前記受け付けた評価に基づいてスコアを計算すること、及び
e.前記計算したスコアを電子医療記録内に記憶すること
を含む動作を実行する計算装置を含む、方法。 - 前記電子医療記録から前記スコアを取得すること、及び
前記取得したスコアに基づいて治療計画を調節すること
を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記電子医療記録から導出されるデータに因子分析を適用することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記電子医療記録から導出される古典的項目分析データを適用することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- リハビリ患者の改善を測定する方法であって、
a.項目応答理論を使用し、複数の評価を予め選択すること、
b.セルフケアに関係する前記複数の評価の入力を受け付けること、
c.移動度に関係する前記複数の評価の入力を受け付けること、
d.認知に関係する前記複数の評価の入力を受け付けること、及び
e.前記受け付けた入力を電子医療記録内に記憶すること
を含む動作を実行する計算装置を含む、方法。 - 前記複数の評価が因子分析を使用して更に選択される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の評価が古典的項目分析を使用して更に選択される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記セルフケア、移動度、及び認知の評価のそれぞれが因子に分けられる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記セルフケアの因子がバランス、上肢機能、及び嚥下である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記計算装置が前記改善を測定するためのスコアを決定することを更に含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記計算装置が前記スコアを表示画面上に表示することを更に含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記計算装置が、
前記スコアを予測スコアと比較して治療必要性の領域を識別すること
